**Materials are great quality and very affordable, much cheaper than lowes or home depot** Everyone is very nice and helpful. The delivery guys were amazing and on top of making sure your product is the way its spose to be.. we had purchased French doors and unfortunately it was a big mess due to the office staff. The guy who did our order told us the wrong information about the way it swings and opens. Had to refuse it twice. Finally got the correct door. During the whole issue they were amazing with making sure the order got done correct. We also purchased baseboards and they have a wide variety. They look amazing!!

Would not recommend. We do a lot of remodeling on homes, I contacted them two weeks ago, ordered and paid for baseboards. I was told they would be in by that Tuesday (4 days later) and would get a call when ready for pick up. We never heard from them, I called them 12 days later and they said they would check on the order and call me back, never heard back so I called them again and the guy checked again and came back on and said those baseboards are on back order and we have no idea when they will be available, do you want to cancel the order -- Thanks for putting our project two weeks behind... a simple courtesy phone call would have been sufficient. Poor customer service!!

The rep was real helpful and was able to offer his knowledge while I was purchasing baseboards.

I need doors replaced without the pain of replacing the frame. BBD&M made it very easy to bring in my old doors to have them copied to a 2 panel, more modern look for my entire home. Lead time was 2 week but well worth the wait. Cuts were spot-on and fitment was perfect! Thanks guys.

Great serviceeeee fast and friendly

Stopped in last week to get a door for a barn door project we were working on. Miguel greeted me and was very helpful in finding the right door at the right price and he even had it in stock! While waiting for Miguel to retrieve the door for me Daniel spoke with me and wanted to make sure I was being taken care of. Miguel also loaded the door into me car for me, how is that for service!!!These guys are very attentive and have earned my business in the future!

I went here to get baseboard they took forever I finally get my baseboard and the guys says everyone went to lunch I waited for him to load one guy and 30 minutes later they still didn’t get my trim in my truck. I went back in and wasn’t going to wait and I said refund and they did it. Took forever

Check this place out before purchasing at the big box stores. We recently purchased baseboards from them and they by far have the best prices available. Will definitely comeback when its time to do flooring.
