I just had Amandas team install new granite in my kitchen and it was an easy transition! Pick your slab, the template is drawn and then the granite is installed and it was all an easy transition! I love my composite sink! Next is the backsplash and I have an all new kitchen look! Thank you Amanda and team!

This is the second time we have used Cost Plus 20. The first time was in 2017 when they did the counter tops and backsplash in the kitchen. This year we decided to do a walk in shower in the master bathroom and because we were so happy with the way the kitchen turned out, we once again turned to Cost Plus 20. Jeff designed the most beautiful shower ever!All of the sub contractors were great! They were courteous and efficient. The whole job was don in a week and a half! We couldn’t be happier!!!

UPDATE: After posting our initial review we received a call about them coming to see what the problem was and fixing it. They came out to fix it today and it looks much better, like it should have the first time. We are very pleased with their quick response and willingness to make things right. So, I’m changing my review from one star to four stars.I do NOT recommend “Cost Plus 20” for buying carpet. If I could have given them a “zero” as a rating, I would have. We bought 3,000.00 worth of carpet and they did a LOUSY, LOUSY job installing it. In one area which is very noticeable, the seams don’t even come together. In another, the carpet doesn’t even come to the wall. I wished I had used almost anybody else.

Cost Plus 20 helped us upgrade our bathroom from a 20 year old tub and shower into a beautiful walk in shower. Amanda helped us design the shower, she was there every step of the way and answered all our questions. The shower turned out beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about remodeling their home.

Installers were on time, work was excellent and cleaned up after completed.

The employee would not leave us be to look around the store. We had to sit and listen to how we were being told what we wanted, go figure!!!When we finally just got up to go look at the tiles, then the employee wanted to show us what tiles HE liked, and what cabinets went with the flooring HE picked out. Who cares!!!We then just tried to leave, as politely as possible.

My wife and I searched high an low looking for a local contractor. We looked for someone who could do a walk in shower.I went to see how Cost + 20 would could help us. They were amazing! Amanda took care of everything. The entire project was completed on time . The cost was better than anyone I had look at the project. I would definitely choose Cost+20 anytime I can. Theyre complete craftsman and professional.

I LOVE our tiled floor!! Its everything I dreamed of. Our experience with Cost Plus was nothing but the best in every way. Amanda was great to work with. Knowledgeable, personable, and committed to quality. The guys who put in our floor were AWESOME....professional, respectful, and took pride in their work. Our floor could not be more beautiful!!!! We shopped many stores, from the big boxes to other, smaller dealers, before choosing Cost + 20% to install our new granite countertops. Wed met Jeff earlier, when we stopped in to discuss the project, and his knowledge and suggestions led us to feel he would be the best choice. Now that the project is complete, Im certain we chose well. Jeff spent all the time necessary to explain the process, answer questions, and to tour the granite shop with us, assisting in our choice of a pattern that complements our decor. We love our kitchen, and we highly recommend Jeff and his staff at Cost + 20%. Great service, excellent price, and fine workmanship.

Cost+20% in Surprise is a tremendous choice for your flooring needs. I had been to 3-4 different flooring companies and big box stores before I found Cost+20%. They were extremely helpful in choosing the flooring and coordinating the best grout and baseboards to complement our flooring, plus they were very price competitive. Additionally, Cost+20% has their own company installation teams so they controlled the quality of the installation unlike most companies that use outside contractors for the flooring installation. I highly recommend Cost+20%

We had someone come out so we could get a quote for our kitchen remodel. He seemed disinterested in every idea we brought up and was constantly assuming about our financial situation. He then left saying he may write it up that day or another day. 2 days later we called to see if there was any progress and he told us he was not interested in doing the job and did not bother working on anything.I dont mind if he did not want to do the job, but some professionalism would have been nice. Tell me you are not interested and we can all move on.If this is what happens even before anything is started, I cant imagine the troubles that would have come up if they actually started the work. Dont waste your time like they did ours.Edit: I am not sure how to respond to the owner that commented below so I will add something to my review.It amazes me how your experienced salesman could shut down so completely once we told him we have family that are contractors, a topic that only came up because of the construction questions brought up while he was here. I believe he was insulting the height of the breakfast bar they built. We said we did not want to go through them and thats why we had him come out. I do not like having my time wasted so I am not about to start wasting someones elses.This whole family in the business thing is just an excuse because your employee was unprofessional and failed to do anything resembling any form of customer service/contracting.For anyone else who is reading this please see that this type of push the blame attitude is not one you want to deal with when doing business.

Im only giving 1 star because there is no option to leave 0 stars. The crew the company uses to install the floors took their sweet time, so a job that should have taken 4-5 days took 9 days. We were told we could go home on the 8th day, and they had not even fished laying all the tile. Jeff, who took our measurements and quoted us the cost, forgot to oder backer board since they are laying tile on an upper floor and conveniently left the cost of the backer board out of the quote. On top of that we are being expected to pay for the extra labor when his team dragged their feet getting their job done. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There is no communication between Jeff and his team which caused delays in the work.Also, almost a month later and I am still finding pieces of material the crew used to lay the tile in my back yard. I have two dogs that play back there, and they could easily choke on those pieces. Just today I found a metal piece with sharp prongs that could easily fit down their throats. The lack of care in their work and clean up is horrendous.

Everything was done we we were out of town, on the return we were suprised on the quality of the craftsmanship and how clean & neat they left our home. Everthing was just like we pictured it. Couldnt be happier!

These people are crooks. Hired for a 900 sq foot straight install, on concrete. 3 - 4 day job total. $7900.00 job, now has cost me over $27,000.00 so far. Contractual date of completion to be by 11/20. They confirmed on the 10/29 they had all product and guaranteed completion date.They hired kids, botched job, tile not level throughout, tiles tilted and tweaked from the laying the tile and grouting at same time. Tiles a complete inch higher than other places. Over 60 complete hollow tiles, crumbling grout throughout. Tiles where they put now grout lines, installed chipped and broken tile, broke half of the molding and left big holes in walls. Used the wrong grout color. Filled up 5 sinks, 2 bath tubs with mortar and grout and back up the sewage to the street. Bent the bathtub faucet 45 degrees and pulled out of wall, They trashed the place and how you see the photos is additionally what they did as second attempt and abandoned the job. On second attempt, just abandoned after day and half but called daily saying he was working on it for the next 8 days while I am in a hotel waiting to get into my home.. These people had a total of 24 days in my home with my keys and me out of the house for them to do it. Amanda said on 2nd attempt she would come daily to check progress and keep the demo and reinstall on track if I gave them a chance to fix it. Lied, never intended to, never sent the tiles or mortar or grout to redo the floor. So now a total of almost 4 weeks to do a 3 - 4 day job and still had to hire yet another company to demo and redo job. The new company, 2 days demo, 4 days to install. They confirmed this kid had no idea what he was doing and that the floor underneath was level. They unfathomable tile job and gross negligence that this tile job was, bad enough. Insult to injury is Jeff Fogel and Amanda Saberi wore even worse. Jeff told me to just run water down the lines, they would be fine, that they would pass me a few bucks to my water bill. He also told the house cleaning service that he would pay them to clean up the mess left by their crew of which he didnt. Amanda tried to turn this into we see pictures of dirty stuff, how do we know it wasnt like that when they came. Like I poured grout an mortar down my drains. They have lied and lied and lied throughout. So now 3 months later I am still dealing with this. RUN RUN RUN. Keep in mind the pictures attached are how the left my house. Period.
