Our first visit to Baker Bros was to evaluate product and installation. We were greeted by showroom manager Brett. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We selected our product and arranged for an in-home measure and estimate ( which Brett did himself).We found their pricing very reasonable and set an installation date. Estimated completion time was 4 days. Three rooms including carpet removal and new floors installed was completed in just two and one half days. The installers were extremely efficient and precise. I would sincerely recommend Baker Bros to anyone with flooring needs.

It was clear from his feedback, he was interested in servicing us rather than just making money. The installation also went smoothly. We just experienced our second time doing business with Mike Gallozzi at Baker Bros. in Surprise. This was as terrific as the first time about three years ago. We wouldnt consider going anywhere else for new products.

Spent time researching laminate flooring and liked the Baker Bros online site where you can download a picture of your room and place different flooring on it for comparison. After doing that, I went to Baker Bros in Surprise and was assisted by Brett Mossey who answered my questions and showed me various floor samples. No sales pressure. He came to my house with samples and I made my choice. Bretts suggestions were helpful with respect to which way to lay out the planks, color, etc. The installation happened within 2 weeks of my decision. The installers were fast, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with results and I expect to return for new carpeting.

Brett and the installation crews were great. The guys who installed were very neat with there work, pleasant to be around, and prompt with times. A great experience.

Mike was absolutely awesome! Such great customer service! I called with a small project and a specific tile. They not only were super accommodating but Mike followed up with me every time he said he would! They didn’t overcharge me or push me away since I had a small project. Such a great place to do business with and the customer service was amazing!

My husband and I recently purchased new tables and chairs for ourliving room and needed an area rug. We choose Baker Bros. in Surprise,AZ and worked with Brett who was very helpful and we are very happy with our purchase and our experience with Baker Bros.

My $1700 area rug is approx 18 months old and already there is an area that the backing in showing thru. When I called the store,I was told that the warranty was only good for one (1) year. The personal at the store are nice to deal with but the rugs they sell are junk. I have NEVER had a carpet wear out in a year and a half!!!!

Only company that does give free estimates, they charge $75.00 for a professional estimator and refunds only if you buy there goods. If you find products elsewhere that is less money your out the $75.00... strange business practice!

Spoke with Brett Mossey, who was very professional, polite and helpful. He not only answered our questions, but also informed us about the things we should be thinking about like static weight pressure and how it effects the flooring.

We had used Baker Brothers on 2 previous jobs. They did such a great job that we requested our general contractor use them when our floor needed to be replaced after a flood. Well, the third time and fourth time (I will explain that) did not go so well.First of all the Baker Brothers sales department made it sound like the installers were Baker Brothers employees. It turned out that the company Baker Brothers uses for installation is Exotic Flooring.When we initially needed this job done, we were out of town, so once the space was emptied it should have been a quick and easy flooring removal and installation. We had many problems with the install and it was blamed on defective product. After we moved back in, it was determined that over 50 planks of our new floor needed to be replaced, so it was decided that they would rip it all out and replace it. We were forced to have same crew as according to the ROC they must be given the opportunity to make it right. We were also informed that we werent even the customer because it was our General Contractor that hired Baker Brothers.Baker Brothers would not commit to paying for our hotel and food while we were forced out of our house due the so called defective product I will thank them for finally agreeing to cover these costs we had out of pocket, but it sure would have been better customer service if they had assured us up front. Baker Brothers is not about customer service, they are about cutting corners, saving money and profits first. It seems like the customer is the last concern of this company. They have fancy showrooms with nice sales personnel, but when it comes to the installation, you get unmarked vans and trucks with no Baker Brothers employees!When they started the job (4th time floor installation) it was clear that the product was the same and they had to have more shipped in from California. I confirmed that Baker Brothers had a claim with Bruce Hardwood E550 product, but I dont know any of the details of that claim.The job is finally done and we had one last board replaced. I just took the weights off after 48 hours and it was obvious that too much glue was used leaving a mess for me to scrape up and clean. Job was supposed to be done on or before October 15, 2016. The last plank that had to be replaced was done on February 24, 2017.I hope this review helps other people avoid the pitfalls that we experienced.
