I placed an order($160), for my wife, as a surprise to be delivered at her place of work. The phone conversation went well and I was left with confidence that she would be happy when she received her gift.I get a text from my wife hours later thanking me for her surprise. I found out that 1/2 the order got delivered. I immediately called the store and explained the situation. The same lady that took my order, earlier in the day, was now very short and rude with me. Not only did the driver forget to drop off the entire order but the order was incorrect. The lady proceeded to tell me that I did not order any Mylar balloons which is not true at all. We literally had a long conversation about these balloons and the arrangements that I ordered and why I was sending them. The driver finally dropped off the dipped strawberries and they were not what I ordered. They were supposed to be Halloween themed. She said she could make ghosts and other Halloween themed ideas. The strawberries did have congrats on them which I found odd because that was never a request of mine. I did, however, ask that one of the Mylar balloons sat congrats and the other one say happy Halloween.Needless to say - the experience was completely ruined and for the amount of money that they charge, I expected a lot more. I will never give this business another penny of my hard earned money - and by reading all these bad reviews, its amazing that they are still in business.

I ordered a fruit platter on Monday to be picked up Friday at 3 for my mother in law’s funeral services.I had to give my information 4 times before it clicked (that should’ve been my first clue).I show up Friday at 3 to get my fruit platter and it wasn’t ready. I waited there for thirty minutes for something that should have been done and ready to be picked up, they had plenty of notice.Finally, I get my “platter” and I paid 48 bucks for this! What joke, I will definitely do this myself or go to the grocery store and get a real platter of fruit not a small container that was just thrown together.I should’ve read the reviews first, but I thought this was what they do best sell fruit and it would be worth it. Boy I was wrong. Unfortunately I will not go back.

I ordered a happy bosss day arrangement online. The balloons were nothing like the picture they just said thanks and its your day if I would have known they didnt have bosss day like pictured I would have not ordered. I could have just bought those at the 1$ store than paying extra for something that was not online as pictured. Another thing I arrived past noon to pick up the order no one was up front for like 5-6 minutes I no longer waited for my order and took it out the fridge myself and left. (Ofc it was paid online) however terrible customer service to never come up front to give me my order.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! i wish i read the reviews before ordering because they would of never had my business in the first place truthfully. i ordered same day delivery for a small order at 11am, i call at 2pm to get an update and they’re still making it. i understand that they have other customers but it takes 3 hours for 6 chocolate strawberries and a dozen cookies? interesting. the girl i spoke with assured me it would be delivered before 6pm. i continued to check the online status tracker which it then stayed in “out for delivery” for another couple hours. 6pm comes around and it says my delivery was unsuccessful with no reason why listed. i didn’t receive one point of communication regarding this until i got OVER 20 emails informing me that EA messed up my simple order. multiple customers have had this happen it seems like, so i’d probably suggest to step it up so you don’t lose another valuable customer like myself. very disappointed that your company’s error ruined a special day.

Terrible, I ordered online for a family member who just had cancer surgery. Was provided an online tracking #, the order was never delivered. When I tried to call customer service I was passed around to numerous different stores (none of them even could locate the order) and finally corporate. Corporate just offered a refund and said good bye. I missed a precious opportunity to provide a family member a smile after a major surgery. I rarely do negative reviews as I prefer to provide the benefit of the doubt, but Edible get your act together!

I wouldnt even give this place a star if possible!! I was expecting a birthday order that I never got! But wait thats not the worst they stated that they tried delivering 3 times And I was home all evening.. 🤔! Then after putting a complaint and Never getting a refund because never received the order they denied it but wait comes to find out that apt number that they wrote down doesnt even exist so how is it that they even knocked at a door that does not exist!! So currently disputing this issue, unsatisfied 1000%never will I recommend this place at ALL!

My sister placed an order in the morning to be picked up in the afternoon. When I went to pick it up, it hasnt even started being made, then I was told no order was ever placed (thankfully this was a mistake). I waited 30 minutes for this thing to be made like seriously????The smoothie I got to kill time was good and the bouquet itself was cute though, which was nice. Just double and triple check your order is ready before you get your time wasted standing around awkwardly

Not good experience. When you order you can’t pick a specific time of delivery. I requested delivery within a 2 hour time window and they said this was possible. They attempted to deliver, but the recipient was away the time. I called back and told them to re-deliver. The delivery has currently been out for delivery for almost 3 hours. No ETA, store is closed so I can’t call for an ETA. I have no idea the times in which they deliver. Additionally, they sent me 9 automatic emails saying attempted delivery over the span of an hour, so I had no idea how many times they actually tried to deliver. The delivery eventually came as I wrote this review, but overall the experience was very confusing and not user friendly.

Update: The owner called to let me know that the delivery was refused. He told me that it was ordered for yesterday and was flexed to the next day. I told him that I ordered it for two days ago and have the email with the confirmation. He was still trying to deny it. Either way, no where on the website does it say the orders will be flexed, and no communication was made. He was essentially telling me I was incorrect about the date I ordered the delivery for. Wth?? He had no answer for no one answering the phone all day. I will never buy from this store again.Horrible service. I ordered dipped strawberries to be delivered the day before Mothers Day. I tried calling for a status update....apparently they shut their phone off before they close. I have been trying to call all day today but no one answers. They finally tried delivering about two hours ago which is TWO days late. I refused them and will be making sure that they dont get my money. Do NOT buy from this store. HORRIBLE!! Not sure how they are still open with all these bad reviews.

My granddaughter ordered 2 arrangements for Mothers Day totaling over $250, that were never delivered. I tried to call for hours each day, for 2 days, and got no answer. I wasnt the only person who had this problem. Fortunately for me, and unfortunately for them, I got the 800# to call from one of those reviews. Of course corporate was more than happy to refund her money, and now we know better than to rely on such an irresponsible franchise.

Got a cute edible arrangement for my mom for mothers day I kept asking her if something from me got delivered she said nope not yet when I called no one answered. I tried calling a few times but no one picked up Im going to my bank now to stop the transaction horrible service! Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with this store I bought one from another store and theres showed up on time and looking amazing dont use this store!!

After reading the other reviews, it seems like I’m not the only one who never received my order this past Mother’s Day. I have been trying to contact the store and they will not pick up the phone. If you cannot satisfy a lot of deliveries, THEN STOP TAKING ORDERS. Don’t take money from customers and never deliver their order. I have ordered edible arrangements from other locations many times but this is definitely the last time. Horrible!

Do not use this store. Have been waiting two days for a birthday arrangement. When we called the store no one seemed to care in the least about us waiting home all day for this surprise to come. We finally went out to a birthday dinner and low and behold, it was being delivered at 6 pm. Next day, waiting home again and it’s now 3 pm and no delivery. I called the store again and they say it will be delivered by 7 pm. You have to be kidding me. I don’t even wait for a repair man this long. Oh and the store employee was so uncaring. What has happened to customer service. Shame on you edible arrangements Surprise Az.

Update: This order was delivered on Thursday 5/13 (5 days late). We were lucky the recipient was home because they showed up at 7 pm without warning - we had no idea the order was being delivered - and they called us because no one was answering the door. We called the store the next day and did speak to someone, who told us our delivery fee was refunded. While we are relieved the delivery was finally made and felt it was courteous of them to refund our delivery fee, the lateness of the delivery and lack of communication was a real disappointment. They could have saved themselves a lot of complaints if they had communicated with their customers up front about the issues they were having, and given us the choice of rescheduling delivery or getting a refund.****We ordered an arrangement on 5/4 to be delivered in time for Mothers Day. This order was never delivered. We have called both numbers we have for them, multiple times, but no one picks up the phone and there is no way to leave a message. We put in a help ticket with Edible Arrangements, but they just shared our concerns with the delivery service. Needless to say we will be contacting our credit card company about this and will tell everyone we know to stay away from this service.

Absolutely awful. Never received my order and cant get any response from customer service. No actual help from the 800 number as it just transfers you to an automated system so the issue cant actually be resolved. Made an order for mothers day but I will make sure to never do that again and expect the order to show up when it is scheduled to.

My husband placed an order for me for Mothers Day and I never received it! We waited until 10:00pm last night and nothing! I have been on hold with the Surprise store location for over 30 mins and no one answers. We will never do this again, my husband and kids were so upset that I didnt get my gift. I am now on hold with customer service, lets hope that this gets taken care of, because it was alot of money spent for no gift!Just horrible!!!

Worst edible arrangements experience ever. What was supposed to be delivered the day before Mothers Day actually arrived the night after. On top of that, it was completely pathetic looking. Over 100 for truly awful flowers and some strawberries. This place is a joke!

If I could give this one no stars I would. Ordered an arrangement for my mother before mothersday, mothersday comes and goes, nothing. I went on to the corporate website and filed a complaint and asked for a full refund, they called me on the 11th from this phone number and said sorry and gave me a refund. After looking at other comments here, it looks as if my mother day was not the only one they ruined. Corporate probably needs to look into this location and get new management. I would recommend not using this store and seek another. A scripted reply means nothing. Actually do something about it or I am sure you will most likely be out of business soon.

Ordered a Mothers Day Gift from this shop and several things were wrong.The delivery occurred TWO DAYS LATE. The chocolate was MELTED. The fruit on the inside was ROTTEN. The package/box it was delivered in was partially CRUSHED. All around this was a bad service. The only redemption this store gets is from its HQ for refunding my payment in full, else this would have been zero stars.

Delivered to billing address not delivery address. And it was an anniversary arrangement, the balloons were cheer up and two different emojis. I called and I got Well Im sorry sir Not even close to worth the money. And the fruit was mushy and old. Just a really horrible experience all together. DONT DO IT!!!

Order an arrangment for my mother and paid an extra $15 for it to be delivered on Mothers Day. It never showed up. Ive tried to call the store multiple times and it rings for 15 minutes, then hangs up on you. Must have multiple complaints. Just called my credit card company to ask for the money back because Im not spending all day on the phone. This was the only gift for my mother. How embarassing. Dont order from this store.

My son ordered an arrangement for my wife on her birthday. He did not know we would be out of town on the day of delivery. I called the store the morning in which it was to be delivered and explained that we would be out of town. The person I spoke to was very friendly, understanding and accommodating. She allowed us to change the date. The arrangement arrived the day after we arrived back home. It was perfect. Beautifully made and very fresh. My wife loved it! Fruit was delicious. Per other reviews, it appears others have had issues but we experienced none. We would highly recommend.

Do not order anything from this location. Placed an order for Mother’s Day a few days prior, received a confirmation that my order was “received by store”. Mom/Grandma never received anything on Sunday (after paying an additional $14.99 for delivery on that specific day). Called multiple times prior to close on Sunday, was on hold till call timed out each time (about 12 minutes). Called again today multiple times, same result. No communication from them as to the status of my order, completely in the dark on this still.

Horrible service. Placed an order. Website said to contact store to get update on delivery times. Called store, on hold for 2.5 hours before deciding to just cancel. Apparently they dont know how to conduct a business, or use basic customer service skills. Wven corporate didnt have any empathy towards it.

Sadly to say, my arrangement was not ready as expected, following day was still not ready, I received my strawberries dipped in chocolate and it looked that they were done in a rush, and my flowers were dead like they needed water for about a day or so. I am dissatisfied.

2nd Edit**** After speaking to the store (Ruby) and coming to a resolution that included my order being delivered on Monday AFTER Mothers Day, The Store did NOT deliver my order again, and to NO SURPRISE, There was again NO CONTACT! I have given up hope that the management of this store cares even one bit.Edit**** Store finally answered phone and we came to a Compromise to get my Mother her gift. Will add another star if it shows up today as promised!Worst experience with a company EVER! Ordered a Mothers day arrangement, paid a PREMIUM delivery price, and of course it was not delivered. No one can be reached at the local office or at corporate office. WHY CAN NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS PLACE????? Do NOT waste your time. I will never order through edible arrangements again I order with them a while ago and a few items I never received (Cupcakes) and when I tried to call to let them know so it can be fixed the lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and she told me that a manager would call me back but never did this was a terrible experience being my first time ever ordering from here.

So my sister in law sent my mother in law chocolate covered strawberries yesterday to comfort her because it was the 2 year anniversary of Jordan passing. Early this morning she ate one and discovered she was allergic to the chocolate. She looked on the edible arrangements website and there was no clear policy on returns or exchanges. We then drove to the location to see what our options were. The woman behind the counter was so rude to us when it was her turn to help us. She said it wasnt their responsibility to know if we were allergic or not and that if they did anything to help us it would just be a waste of product. My MIL was very nice and was just trying to see what our options were. The lady told us that we should have just given it to other family members instead. My MIL explained that it was just meant for her and she shouldnt have to give her gift to someone else. She ended up giving us a refund and then when my mother asked how much the refund would be so she could tell my sister in law things escalated. The lady got even more rude with us and thats when my MIL said that she got the gift because her son passed away. The lady then told us. PEOPLE DIE EVERYDAY. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM OR EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS. My MIL genuinely asked if she was having a bad day. And she said YES I AM AND I DONT CARE THAT YOUR SON DIED. She then told us GET THE F*** OUT OF MY STORE. I told her we would call corporate because while the refund was nice, her attitude and heartless comments were completely unacceptable. She then told me F*** you go ahead. I said F*** you too and we left. I called customer service right away and was advised that the GM of that location was emailed.I have never seen such disrespect from some one that is supposed to be providing CUSTOMER SERVICE. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Weve gotten deliveries from this Edible Arrangement store many times. We have loved every arrangement weve ever ordered! Their fruit products are always top quality, the arrangements are beautiful and delicious, their shop is cute and clean, and above all their SERVICE is outstanding! Their staff is friendly and helpful, and address any questions or issues right away. Kudos to the staff!As important to me though, is that this is a LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED small business, not some big franchise owner adding one more store-notch to his belt. Some other store owners run 10 or more stores... great for them I guess, but I think the personal touch of a community store owner - and the care they put into their product and image is lost. I totally support local business owners like this one and love to see our community and economy grow.... and with product and service THIS GOOD... this Edible Arrangements store is a WIN-WIN for everyone.If youre in the area, be sure to visit the: 13980 W Bell Rd #18, Surprise, Location. Ordered several days in advance online for Mothers Day. Their site allowed me to select Sunday for delivery. No delivery was made. Called Monday and after playing merrry-go-round with their phone system, FINALLY got a live person, who while very nice said she would walk my order through and get it on the delivery truck shortly and she proceeded to refund me my delivery charge. My order is STILL NOT delivered. I cannot get through on their phone system, mailbox is full. Went online to initiate a case and have heard nothing yet. I called corporate and after 1 hr 10 minutes on hold it seemed I was going to get real help only to end up in the merry-go-round phone system of the local store. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

February 13, 2018. Only got 2 stars because my arrangement did end up getting delivered.I called at 10am to have a delivery made to my sister (a kindergarten teacher) on her birthday during her class time so she would have a fun surprise during her day. I called to make sure that it would be delivered before she left the school for the day (3:30pm). I was told they would leave within 20-30 minutes while on the phone-- only after being put on hold for 10 minutes. But that was fine, I was happy.I selected a birthday arrangement because its my sisters BIRTHDAY. Well, I was only able to select from the Valentines arrangements which is convenient for them because theyre all much more expensive!At 3pm I receive a call that they are just now on their way. They got it to her just minutes before she left the school.This company is supposed to be a service that brings joy to gifting and making other people days better. This was the worst experience.

Very disappointed in the customer service! Mothers Day order was canceled at 830pm night of schedule delivery, due to the lack of delivery drivers available to make the necessary delivery to fulfill a simple order. This order was place well in advance, allowing edible arrangements to accept payment and send confirmation to me confirming they would in fact deliver on requested day( paying a typical inflated delivery charge. This would have been my 3rd order for the weekend. Both of the others arrived, but being very late in the night for delivery. I would definitely think about another gift option for your occasion. This business does not have its customers as a priority. With all the chaos in todays world, small businesses should take pride in the fact that there are patrons out there willing to support them! Ac if they would have called me earlier I would have been happy to pick up my arrangements so it could get to its destination. COMMUNICATION is key. I will not be going this route for any further occasions, I would highly suggest the same for you. - I will atleast say, they did offer to deliver the arrangement the next day at no extra charge. Hahahaha!

I ordered strawberries and apple wedges three weeks ago for Mother’s Day. They were supposed to be delivered the 9th just in case they had any issues. The 9th rolls around nothing gets delivered. I call the store of coarse no pick or returns any calls. I call cooperate and they tell me ups picked up the package and it will be there at 9pm. 9pm rolls around nothing get delivered. I call next day they have no idea what happened to stuff they are telling me they ran out of supplies then to they tried to delete everything them they were all over the place with excuses. Monday the 11th roles around my strawberries and apple wedges get delivered. I see the ups on my security cameras I go outside to get my present. Chocolate is literally dripping from the ups box. I rush inside and try not making a mess everywhere. I open the box and the strawberries are completed melted and they have MOLD!!!!!!!! All over them. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I contact the store again no answer of coarse. I call corporate they tried blaming it on ups. This place is a scam and fraud I already reported them to the city for fraudulent activities and refusing to refund my money. Stay AWAY!!!!!!

Horrible customer service! They opened almost 30 min late, the employee and owner were both incredibly rude anout the whole experience. For the price and quality you could go to one of the other locally owned edible arrangements and at least not get totally crapped on by the awful owner.

I pre-ordered a Mothers day gift 6 days in advance to be delivered on Saturday May 9th. I paid extra delivery fees bc it was a Saturday delivery on a holiday weekend. I received a confirmation email confirming my order and nothing else. My order was never delivered and I was never contacted about any issues. I have attempted to call, email and message on Facebook regarding my order and have not received a response or explanation as to why my order was not fulfilled. Because I posted on Facebook about the issue another customer of yours reached out and told me her mom went into the store looking for her order only to be told they didnt receive their produce delivery. So she was issued a refund but I live out of state and cannot walk into the store and no one is returning messages.My credit card was charged and bc I cannot reach anyone I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This is horrible customer service and poor business practices. I will never utilize this location again.

Horrible customer service. Store hours are state they open at 9am and the store did not open until 930. When asked to speak to the manager the employee was extremely rude and said to us. “Well you know stuff happens.” This was extremely sarcastic and rude. And the owner was the exact same way rude! I will not take my business back here and you should not either.

Pretty poor operation. No customer service, does not care about customers at all. I ordered a mothers day arrangement. Mothers day is on a Sunday this year. At 4PM, I did not see the order out for delivery so I called the store. The person who answered the phone said that they have too many orders and have no intention of delivering the order. I asked why they made absolutely no attempt to contact a customer to let them know they were not going to fill the order so that I could get something else. She said they were busy and could not get to it. I asked to speak to the manager, and this person replies do you think that will do any good?Then the manager, Jasmine, finally came to the phone 15 minutes later, she said they were not going to fill the order and that they were not going to get beat up on the phone due to their lack of any consideration at all for their customers. Its amazing how a business cannot care one bit about customers, and even care less after hosing a customer.

Was looking for something to send to someone who is really struggling with their dog being put down today. I know she loves fruit, and flowers, so I decided an edible arrangement would be perfect. Did some googling to see if I could set up a delivery myself, but I was unable to figure it out for some reason (really, I just got lazy) but thankfully when I picked up the phone Jasmine answered. She was so helpful and understanding of what I was trying to accomplish, and even set my delivery as one of the first ones because the recipient is off work 2 hours after they start delivering. And bless her heart, she even helped me figure out what to say because I really couldnt think of the right words. Jasmine was Awesome! And Ill definitely use EA more often because of her. Thank You Jasmine! Madison is gunna love it :)

Called to see if his Mom had gotten hers..as I was speaking to her delivery arrived..she told them you just missed his grandmother We live 10 mnts apart.6:30pm called store again..We are REALLY busy, had over 500 orders today but we will get your order to you tonight.7:36pm They called me..so sorry we are so busy you are a re delivery, we will get there as soon as they load the truck...I thought my delivery was already on truck riding around😡10 pm turned off porch light, sent review to store not very happy.Monday morning, thought I would get a call..NO..Waited until noon called them, Kimmi answered relayed My dissatisfaction..and stated your customer service sucks..she hung up, called back she hung up again..My husband called..she spoke to him and said I swore at her..he corrected her and told her sucks is not a cure word and explained that he felt she took it personally.She said our order would be delivered today,He called again at 2:30 to verify we would receive order..she said yes we would.5:34 pm still no order..Have placed call to corporate, will file a complaint with BBB..I worked with the public my entire working life..the first thing you learn is The customer is ALWAYS right..even when they are wrong.I will tell anyone and everyone what terrible experience this has been and hopefully Corporate will take necessary action to correct this..from other reviews this is not an isolated incident.What really ticks me off is my Grandson risks his life on a daily basis for less thanI am sure the customer service person,kimmi makes and he did not get what he paid for..actually he got zilch.....Rant over thank you

We just love the Edible Arrangements Store (#474) in the Kohls shopping plaza on Bell Road near Litchfield Road in Surprise, AZ! When we walk in for a treat while we are shopping nearby, the shop is always spotless and cheerful, and we are waited on promptly. There is always a nice selection of goodies to take with us.Over the years, Ashley Ochs, the owner, and her staff, have been very helpful to us. We have sent arrangements to our mother in a nursing home in nearby Peoria and to family in Michigan for a funeral. Everything was handled with such care and compassion; they made everything easy for us.We would recommend this Edible Arrangements Shop for all your gift giving needs!

I had a very bad experience here. I placed an order for a Mothers Day fruit basket to pick up today at 10am. Only to find out that the order didnt go through, they said we should have gotten an email and phone calls which we didnt get either of those. We were charged the full amount either way. There were 4 employees there today and all of them were clueless not knowing where my order was.. for paying over $100 I would expect they would take care of their customers a little better. I am not coming back to purchase from this company ever again.

I made an online order & tried to call several times the next day @ 10am, couldnt get through for 30min, got hung-up on once, to finally ask for a delivery after 3pm if possible. However they tried to deliver a week early instead. And so after talking with a lady at the Surprise branch again I thought it was all straight. When my order was delivered, at 12:30pm, instead of after 3pm, and the driver was questioned, he replied there was no note on the order for time. I am very unhappy and feeling that i wasnt listened to at all, even after multiple conversations they still got it wrong. Im glad it got delivered at all, however, had I not already paid for it beforehand online I wouldve taken my business elsewhere, maybe the branch in Peoria instead.

I wohld give 0 stars I place an order yesterday at 3 oclock and they have no record of it and cannot find it standing in the store for 30 minutes on Mothers Day only thing my wife asked for and they cant provide it yet I payed for it never go here ever.. Unless you like disappointment

I had ordered the best valantines day gift to be delivered to my girlfriend because i unfortunately had to work 10hours on valantines day. first the delivery driver called her, well before the delivery so it was not a surprise as i intended, that is somewhat understandable. But upon her calling me to thank me i asked how she liked the bear, ballons, note etc. none of which was included in the delivery. it was suppose came with a bear, a personalized note, baloons, and the arrangments. this is my first time being a customer and had an awful expirience with 75% of my order missing. i called the store and was on hold for the majority of the time, with a total call length of 15+ min on the phone. they came back and said we can give you $20 credit back to your card, thats less than 16% of what i spent for 75% of my order being missing. very disatisfied and would not reccomend!

Had an issue with our arrangement from mothers day, when we called customer service they said that we would get a call back from a store manager in within 24-48 hours... we never received a call and when we called customer service back it said that our issue had been resolved... we were supposed to get a call again from this location and never heard from them, so finally corporate office arranged for a refund for such poor customer service on the stores end... the arrangement was just ok, the fruit was rather sour and it was missing a piece... will never go back to this location again!!!
