Wife and I wanted an interior window installed in our business. We contacted Olson glass and mirror. Eric the owner walked us through the process. We felt very comfortable with him and hired him. Eric and his son Logan showed up on time. They performed their work, cleaned up as they went along. The work was excellent, very professional and swift without the sense of them hurrying to finish. We are very happy!! Give them a try!!

After the job we found a small chip in our new shower door. Rather than try to fill the chip, Eric offered to replace the entire shower door at no cost. We were very happy with our new shower door and the customer service Eric and his team provided! We will definitely use them again in the future.

After 2 companies telling us they couldnt install a shower door on our shower and one company not wanting to give a price they just told us its custom so itll be expensive, we found Olson Glass & Mirror. Eric and his son were great to work with, very reasonably priced, and did an amazing job on the glass door and enclosure around our shower.

Called to purchase a large piece of glass (40 x 60) for picture frame. Person I spoke with said they were driving and asked me to e-mail them what I wanted. Okay... No problem and e-mailed them. Called several days later to inquire further and he asked me to e-mail again (he was driving again) because the first e-mail must of fallen into his junk mail. He was obviously too busy and unorganized to handle my order. Next time, take the time to pull to the side of the road and take down the customers information. I should probably be thanking him because I found another local glass shop and got the glass I wanted for $65 cheaper! Very disappointed.

A broken window from my sons baseball was not ideal. Finding a family owned and operated business to replace it with excellent customer service and pricing made this unfortunate event manageable.Eric is great to deal with. Getting on the schedule was a breeze. A quick stop to measure the glass and immediate follow up to schedule replacement once thee glass arrived. Communication was great.Very professional on all levels. Very easy too talk with and the conversation was great as well. The glass replacement was perfect and the price beat any competitors. I needed glass tabletops for my new dining room and patio tables. I did some comparison shopping and was impressed with Erics knowledge, recommendations and fair price. The glass tabletops were ready when promised. Eric gave me a one-hour window for delivery and called when he was 15 minutes away. He was meticulous in placing and cleaning the glass. I asked for his business card so that I could recommend him to my friends and family.

I needed a replacement for a broken glass in a bathroom exhaust fan. I gave the measurements to Eric and he had a piece cut and ready for me very quickly and for a reasonable price.

I set an appointment with Eric and waited one week and then he canceled so I set another appointment he text me and canceled again and the said he would be over after weekend no show no call back after I called just seems like a poor way to run a business.i will move on to a Company that wants my business because a repair could of turned into a new door.
