Good sales... Cashier zero on personally... Didnt say one word to customers... Young boy needs training...

We wanted to purchase 4 Rib EyeSteaks the workers behind the the counter at approx 2 05 today said go around the corner, I wanted to purchase butcher cut steaks that were in the meat counter not around the corner. Attached is a copy of how they were thrown together not wrapped tight very sloppy work not to mention his attitude. We just moved from a place where people are grateful to work if you have attitude and want to talk to co workers and not help customers find another jobMeat dept D-

Older but well maintained plant.Excellent deli crew.Meat department is great (I used to be a meat cutter, few decades back).This Albertsons has been one my 3 primary grocery shopping destinations for 15 yrs.

We were in there for our COVID Booster shots. Everything went well!

This is my Go-To grocery store. Produce is always nicely displayed. Judy and Pat at the check stands are terrific. Sometimes the associates in the Deli are a bit grumpy but that cant be a fun job. The guy cleaning the carts upon entry is delightful. Wish I would have caught his name! Overall, a well stocked place to shop. The Just For You coupons are worth your time!

Store not to busy. Picking up essentials for Tacos. And dessert. Tiramisu.Friendly and courteous staff.

I used to go to Albertsons all the time for my fresh seafood. Unfortunately it was not fresh when I visited last week. My family and I were having a seafood day which included Lobster, scallops, shrimp, crab legs, Cod, salmon, and oysters. We could not buy it from this Albertsons because all of this Seafood looked extremely dry. I did end up buying two lobster tails however they were not fresh at all. They actually taste it freezer burnt. I would not recommend this store for fresh seafood which is a shame because this is where I used to get all my fresh seafood but not any longer

Food in the Deli is always fresh...Produce is some of the best Ive seen in a long time

Sales can be decent but too many customers for such a short staff

Well its a grocery store its okay you can get what you need quick if you dont feel like going all the way in Surprise the coke guy last time we were there is very nice just looking for some Dr peppers was on sale and it wasnt on the shelf but he said it was in the back probably buried but he will go get it and help us out you know I figured I was getting blown off like a lot of people do when theyre busy you know that gentleman surely did he went back and within 10 minutes he had the12 packs of Dr pepper we was ready to go out the store now I appreciate that and thats service I would go back to Albertsons I kind of like the chicken too

I hate Albertsons and shop here because its closest to home. However, its clean, well stocked, and the staff is always helpful. The store just seems to have a strange layout.

Nice store, very clean and well staffed. They could do a better job of stocking sale items as they usually run out and wont give rain checks on most sale items. Other stores seem to do a better job.

I used to love this store. I want to still love it, but the rosy glasses are off now. Fruits n veg are not lasting over 2-3 days MAX and meat is very pricey here now. Expiration dates need to be checked when purchasing. Dairy section/ aisle and dry foods both had expired items out (I was in store 4/24). Each time Im in Albertsons now, it seems Im bringing the expired items to someone. I mentioned to a clerk that the elderly people might not see the dates that are of and it could hurt them. I just was met with a blank stare. I think next time Ill ask for a manager. I see the same cashiers all the time, and I love how friendly they are, but the prices and outdated food outweighs the good now.

Its a bit more convenient and a good deli.

Clean updated store, masks are still being worn by associates. Selection of products are good. Good alternative to other grocery stores. No names Wally.

I like Albertsons here in Surprise as there are limited stores now and they are clean and always friendly staff is a great shopping experience.

The food is beyond delicious on my past experiences. I cant wait to see what tomorrow brings. 😇🥰😍🤩

This Albertsons on Rheems Rd and Grand is very neighborhood oriented to an elderly cliental. Store staff is very accommodating when it comes to a making an adjustment on a receipt error.Very nice place to shop ☺️

One of the nicest albertsons Ive been to. The deli is fantastic and has a great selection. I wouldnt mind something other than a Starbucks however. Theres one across the bloody street! I get it.... they own the world coffee industry...

The Good: The store was neat and clean. Everyone was friendly. Prices were decent. When I finally got to a cashier, she was friendly.The Bad: There was clearly bad fruit on display, the meat section was just ok, my first impression of the store was seeing only 2 cashier lanes open with senior citizens standing in long lines (some struggling to stand). I figured by the time I finished my grocery shopping that they would open more lanes but that wasnt the case. Employees were standing around yapping and chatting it up. I blame management for that scene. This store needs to be more efficient and thoughtful of its patrons.

What a nightmare! I asked the check out cashier if he wanted my coupons now or at the end. He said he would take it all at the end. As Im walking to my car and loading my groceries, Im thinking how did I spend $220? Then I realized the cashier never took the coupons off! I had to go back in to Customer service and stand in line (I felt sorry for the people behind me)!Hey Albertsons, I have your loyalty card. Cant that be enough? Why all the coupons, the online Just For U stuff? Just give me the best price with my loyalty card. Do you think that most of us Senior Citizens enjoy messing around with all this other stuff? Well, we dont!!!

Albertsons always seems to have the best produce.

We went to this store during what are their supposedly senior only hours, which they advertise due to Covid. There were many non-seniors in the store and the store seemed to forget their seniors only policy. Other than that I was pleased with the store.

I thought I would shop here instead of Safeway since its the closest location to my new home in Wittman but I am going to make the longer drive to Safeway!I gave it two tries, first time no one was at the seafood counter,waited for over five minutes until someone showed up...and seemed bothered!Then when I went to checkout the cashier was short with me when i asked if my Safeway app coupons works with my phone number here!Second time was ignored by an older man at the deli counter, he looked right at me and kept making coleslaw, no hello, no someone will be right with you,nothing! Then when the other employee finished helping people on the other side he finally came over. He was polite, but he definitely seemed irritated the other man wasnt helping people and the line was getting really backed up...Is it just me or are the employees miserable here?!

Clean and friendly staff most of the time self check are the most friendly. Make sure when you enter the store you log into their App otherwise you wont get the digital coupon deals just by using your phone # 2x now I have paid regular price and it wasnt until after I paid regular price I asked my self check clerk and she told that is the only way to have the digital deals will show up. I must say Frys app is so much more customer friendly Albertsons E Commerce and web developer can take some lessons. Albertsons is closer to home.

If I had a option to rate this a 0 I would! For starters the night manager (John) was being very ignorant. I was trying to buy a flower but the I realized it had a crack in it and was leaking but that flower looked the nicest of them all. All the other flowers where deteriating and brown! I confronted the (qoute on qoute) manager about this and asked if he had any flowers available that did not have a leaking vase but unfortunately the manager (John) said either I but it with the crack in it or leave it. I can beleive someone so foolish would say that I did but it though and the rose oil from the vase got all over my expensive interrior in my car! This is going to cost me lots of money to fix unlike the cost of the flower.

Went here looking for specific items for my July 4 barbecue. The meat department had good quality steaks at a decent price. Didnt have the beer brand I wanted. Didnt shop the whole store, so not able to review that. Not conveniently located to my house, so I wouldnt regularly shop here.

Tonight I went to Albertsons in Surprise on Grand avenue for the second night in a row, having to go there a second time to see if they had gotten items in that they were out of yesterday when I went there. Im sorry to say they still had not gotten the items in. If youre going to place sodas and things on sale, please stock up Albertsons! So that we all can share in the savings! This seems to be a regular situation at this Albertsons and I must say I am disappointed in it. In addition when I went to check out they didnt have any lines open with a cashier,, so I had to use the self-scan machine, which does not work very well at this Albertsons. I believe I may have to start going to Frys and Safeway much more often. Please get it together Albertsons, thank you.

Exceptionally well stocked. Bakery is good and the fresh baked bread selection is good. Check prices at the butcher counter BEFORE you buy from the aisle.

The woman that rang me out was very kind, she made conversation, made me laugh, and was quick despite my full cart 🔥 even asked me if I needed help out, so sweet!!

Stood at the Starbucks for a good 15 mins no Starbucks employee was there. as arrived to the stand a courtesy clerk was getting himself a cup of water no acknowledgement from him. Waited 5 mins before we started to get annoyed looked around locked eyes with maybe 3 employees of the store over the course of another 5 mins no help offered nothing. Then of course after locking eyes and maybe thinking someone would do something the next 5 minutes passes before we finally just leave. Awful customer service.

Always a good experience they do have a really small meat department though and I really wish they had a bigger gluten free section or at least all of it in one area

Albertsons as wonderful store theyre a little more pricey but theyre store its a little bit upgraded on some stuff their food and specially their Seafood meat I mean and Seafood you put your phone number and and you get free stuff we get free eggs all the time half price on the bakery stuff $2 off usually things like that we love that

It serves it purpose as a grocery store. Other than that if you arent the color of paper the staff watches you like a hawk as if youre going to walk out of the store without paying. I hate that its the closest grocery store.
