I dont hand out 5 stars but I love this place! Great selection, always fresh and the staff is always helpful and friendly! This is my go-to for fresh produce!

It was our first time. Nice to look around and see what they had. Wanted produce and plant based food.

Quick, easy shopping, they had a vitamin thatwas hard to find, not sure they had it, anymore.Male clerk knew where it was immediately, put his hand on the productIn a different place.Very knowledgeable,helpful, nice.Store shining clean

The new store on 43rd and T-bird is amazing! I was sad and a little disappointed when the one at 51st and Peoria closed (2minutes from my house lol) but a majority of the amazing staff did go to the new store. So glad to see familiar faces and wow! What a beautiful store!

Love this location. The staff is very helpful & friendly. I can usually find all my items, but if I need help, a team member is always easy to find to assist me. Store is clean & staff takes pride in their departments. Food is always fresh & tasty!

Love this store, can always get the items needed/ wanted. However, I cannot take my husband or daughter into the store during this time is yr. They are allergic to cinnamon. There are pinecones that are drenched in the cinnamon sent.

PLEASE BRING A SUSHI BAR & a consistent inventory not just to this property but to ALL. We ❤ Sprouts. But it is getting EXTREMELY frustrating trying to complete the same shopping lists at various properties. Sadly very inconsistent. The idea of providing items to accommodate each neighborhood is honestly annoying. Bragging about Sprouts and items doesnt help when items can not be found and associates can not help when at times they have no clue what items we are asking about...because its a different location. Just as one location will have delicious fresh sushi, honey smoked salmon and even a juice bar, while others do not!? Odd feeling when I ask for these things at another property and workers say we wish we had that here or really? That must be new. Noticing the new locations might have these items and older properties do not. Fingers crossed 🙄🤞🤞💛 & Thank you.

Anthony my checker this evening had a completely sore attitude, barely processed my exchange but not before slamming the closed lane sign down and leaving several customers waiting even longer inline behind me. Should be placed better stocking than working with your customers.

I had such a great experience today. Two cashiers who bent over backwards to make sure I was able to use my coupon. One even gave me an extra coupon. They were so patient and had wonderful customer service!

They have papayas which cure cancer. Worked in my Mom. The small green one is very expensive but after 2 weeks her cancer is gone. Hawaiian or Brazillian papaya. Small and green.

Always Friendly Service! Theyre always willing to find a specialty item for you whether in person or over the phone.My daughters vegan needs are easily met here! Great variety on these specialty items!Awesome produce! Wide variety & competitive prices.Store is always clean, organized & stocked. My only complaint would be the small isles which really cant be helped do to the way the building is made. Its a bit difficult to navigate with the handicap cart when the store is busy. (Especially Holidays).😷 Note - While Shopping at ALL stores:Social distancing may be an issue this holiday season. Just a fair statement for those with compromised immune systems. Please make sure yours & loved ones masks are properly worn (covering nose & mouth) & N95 rated.Ok, one more comment & additional advice on face masks 😷 ...Silly disposable paper masks are NOT N95 rated nor are the cute decorative cloth masks. Wear N95 masks to be safe. 💖

On 07/30/2020The most uncomfortable shopping experience in my life! How would the reader feel if you have a disability and someone came up to you in the store and told you, that you could not have your service animal in the store? As soon as I get asked into an isle an employee was sitting In the toothpaste isle working and left right away. Shortly came another employee named Anita she might have been a manager and said here you go mam and tried to hand me a mask. I informed her that I have a medical condition. She replied that we are going to go ahead and service you this time, but you can go ahead and shop online. Then she went in the office and brought a paper and said here you go, which I presumed it was a policy paper and I informed her just to put it in the cart. She was basically telling me that I’m no longer welcome to your store. I was shocked and just could not even remember my shopping list. I could’ve made a scene, I could’ve made a big deal and I could’ve also pointed that masks don’t work and it says so on the box! I did not just crawl from under a rock, I see the signs all over about masks. It’s insulting what she did to me, all of your employees are very rude now and unwelcoming. I have not had one person greet me while I have been shopping there for the past few months and they all seem to treat me as if I’m some sort of walking disease. It seems that you prefer people coming into your stores masked up so they can snatch people’s purses while they shop there! It seems you prefer criminals in your stores. This happened a couple of months ago in your Surprise location. If you do reply to me about you caring about the safety of your employees and shoppers there, save it. I don’t care what the governor has mandated about this election flu. I’m curious why didn’t you chase people around and harass them in the store before and make them wear masks when there was a tuberculosis outbreak a couple of years ago! That illnesses is airborne and it would make sense to muzzle people up for it! I will not spend a penny in store online or otherwise ever! You care more about harassing people! I will spread the word about your store!

AWFUL STORE. GILBERT RD STORE IS THE BEST. THIS SURPRISE STORE SELLS STALE BAKERY GOODS, MEATS LOOK VERY OLD, AND STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY. WENT TO THE PHOENIX STORE ON GLENDALE. ANOTHER EXCELLENT STORE. I WILL TAKE THE DRIVE FOR GOOD FOOD AND IT WONT BE THIS SURPRISE STORE.

I went into Sprouts in Surprise AZ over the weekend. To my amazement, the parking lot was practically empty. At first I thought I got lucky and hit it at the right time. However upon entering with abut 8 other individuals, without our masks on, we were approached, one by one and was told that although our Gov. released mask mandates, Sprouts was still requiring we where them. I 100% agree that is your choice as a business, I personally feel its bad business. I left the items in my cart and walked out with a few others. We then proceeded to Frys, maskless with hundreds of others and did our shopping. Frys was packed, we had to park in the 2nd to last row. It dawned on me that the people are speaking and that is why your once crowded parking lot on a Sunday was practically Empty. I know my $500 grocery bill isnt much to you, but add that up over the dozens of empty parking spaces and I am sure it adds. up. So Cheers to you and your manager for expressing your freedom as a business and cheers to all the others expressing their freedom to walk away. I hope you come around before it hurts you too bad!

Good beef jerky selection

This is a great Sprouts store. And today I found something I have been looking for at all the other grocery stores: Beyond Meats breakfast sausage! Saturday pancakes tomorrow. Woo hoo!

This is a very nice store. Clean and well organized. We shop there once or twice a month. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be challenging when Bell Road is busy. Many products that used to be self-serve, like nuts, are now pre-packaged due to the Covid concerns.

We love shopping at this location. We just wish they had a better Beef selection, never any ribs or turkey wings. Have to go elsewhere for these items.

I used to like this place when I first started shopping there but I changed it to one star because I avoid it completely. They do a terrible job with their organic fruit. The quality is always poor and a lot of times there is mold growing on the product.

This is one of my favorite stores! My other favorite store is Trader Joes. Both are very healthy affordable places to shop. If youre trying to eat healthy this is The place to go! 👍😊

Great selection of bakery items from little cookies to muffins. Produce is always fresh. Vitamin selection is huge and they have staff who can help with all your needs. Bulk selection is vast. Very friendly staff.

Great selections of produces, seafood, food, etc. The sales have excellent prices. Quality of staff and food are superior. It is my favorite grocery store for years.

Always a great experience. Produce is always fresh, deli counter is always clean and fruit is fresh. Wish they had more corn on the cob out.

Sprouts discriminates against their customers. They would rather their customers suffer from a medical emergency and kick them out of the store instead of doing what is right.The corporate office supports this discrimination. Their associates are extremely aggressive and Sprouts is not a safe place to shop.

Happy with the selection and the friendliness of employees. They need to open more registers because with social distancing the lines get so long they often block traffic walking around. Theres a sign out front stating masks are required for entry and an employee out front as well. While in line to check out I noticed a customer 2 carts in front of me who did not have a mask on. I asked the clerk if theyre allowed to say anything and she told me no. The clerk actually knew this customer by her first name and told me that she had Covid but recovered. Why is there a sign out front stating its required for entry but theyre not enforcing it which puts others at risk?

One of my favorite stores. Food is always fresh and help is pleasant and helpful...a far cry from Walmart. They still know the term customer service.

LOVED THE SELECTION! how ever there was little to no social distancing. 4 or 5 people were shopping without a mask (even though the state is requiring it) 1 lady in particular i ran into 4 different times while she hollered on the phone at someone right next to me pregnant wife all 4 times..... then checking out i was LITERALLY back to back with the guy making his purchase next to me...

Excellent specialty grocery store. And they make really good sandwichs to order at the Deli counter.

I love shopping here for some of my meats because it is very high quality as well as the employees are very friendly and sometimes come up to ask you if you need help even if you dont.

I used to love my sprouts in Santa fe. But, I haven’t been to sprouts in years because the one on Shea in Scottsdale, which was near to me, is a disaster, in my opinion. But, I stopped on impulse at this one to see if they had fresh Carolina reapers (I heard sprouts had them...) and they did. And omg!I had forgotten what a sprouts could and should be! For the first time in ages, I’m actually interested in food again. Thanks for the reapers and thanks for all the other good food I got as well!One star off because as per usual, all sprouts parking lots are a mess. Lol.

Sprouts always has the products I am looking for. The store is always clean and bright (the lighting). At the time that I went it was not crowded at all and my checkout was quick.

Organic Produce is excellent quality, wide variety of healthy choices.

Definitely the best produce and meats. Easy access. Definitely following social distancing and sanitization procedures. Wider parking spaces and closer cart corals, and easily seen.

I love this place to shop. The people are nice, the produce is generally pretty good, but sometimes the prices are over priced. What can you expect from this type of place for food though? Honestly, it is my favorite produce place though. I would rather buy produce from here than many other stores in the Surprise area.

Great place to shop for produce, organic to chose from and good prices. Sales on meat and fish . And they have large selection of healthy supplements. Their sale ad overlaps on Weds. You get the sales from the current week ads and the week before. Many bin items.

We used to love Sprouts. However, they dont respect the ADA. We have filed complaints and will no longer support this business.

Sad to say I’ll not be shopping at sprouts. I’ve been a veteran for 40 years, carrying my side arm for the same amount of time. I’ll not disarm myself just to make some “feel” safe when they’re not. Crazy/unstable people don’t care about your no firearm sign. I do, therefore you will not be having me or my family as shoppers.
