Johns level of customer service was above and beyond helpful. I needed a lock cut (I lost my keys) then cleaned out a unit Ive had for over a year. I downsized to a smaller unit and he found me one on the same floor and had all the info ready and waiting while I was moving. The process was smooth and painless. John had a great attitude and had very helpful tips along the way that saved me money. Thanks John!

Jessica was a great help! Very friendly and informative. The storage building is quite large but the units are air conditioned and secure. Your code is required to enter the building and use the elevators. Great price for everything they offer. Im very satisfied with Public Storage.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The employee staff is excellent.I cant think of anything to make this facility better except one thing.Be prepared for regular rate increases and Im not talking about the expiration of introductory offers.I ended up paying $100 more per month in just 2 years.Again, not from an online introductory offer. Customer loyalty is clearly not their business model. Be prepared to pay more shortly after you move your things in.My problem is with Public Storage corporate and not the staff at this facility. They are attentive and always provided excellent customer service.If price is no object, then I highly recommend this facility.

My wife spoken to Eric about completing our rental online. The system is not a user friendly but Eric was very patient and we think he should be recognized for it.

I spoke with Jessica and she talked me through the process of up grading my unit to a 10x25. And then I inquired about possibly needing some help with my heavy item she said there was none but that she would put on her gloves and help if I needed it. That is true customer service and going above and beyond her job. Thank you nothing but good things to say about public storage and customer service.

She was extremely knowledgeable of her product. She was courteous and didnt mind repeating herself making sure I was clear on the policy and product I purchased. Due to COVID I have been unable to close my storage unit and she came up with a solution to get my locker closed out, so I don’t have to keep paying on a virtually empty storage unit from out of state. Ive never got such amazing service in my entire life from one of there managers Ty. Set aside the fact we have the same name, he was incredibly nice and helpful. He made my entire experience at public storage easy and actually enjoyable. Moving furniture is hard and daunting in of itself, but Ty made it a much easier task. If I could give him 8 stars I would. Today was the big move from Chicago to Arizona. I rented the storage unit here prior to the semi trucks arrival. ERiC, in the office was so very professional and accommodating. Having used storage units before I was very impressed by Eric’s kindness, professionalism and direction with the movers . Eric made us feel relaxed, as a interstate move is very stressful.The Public storage unit is very clean, with cart availability, washrooms on the office, and ample parking.I rarely give 5 ⭐️ ratings, but today I had excellent service and felt it only proper to give the highest rating.Sun ( screen name ).

So Jessica is the front in property manager here at the public storage where we keep our things locked up and we so happened to forget to put the lock on our unit and she called us everyday to let us know and was kind enough to put a lock on it tell we came and put one of out own back on. And just all around she has been very gracious with us and has very good customer service skills !! Thanks Jessica we are very much thankful for everything... !!!

Was met at the main office entrance door by a friendly employee named Eric. Within 2 minutes of being in the office Eric had all of my pertinent pulled up on his screen and he was then ready to show me the unit I had reserved previously on my smart phone. I was impressed with the customer service and happily began renting out a unit.

Nice location with good security procedures and a very friendly staff. Al did a great job of setting us up in the right size unit for our needs and perfectly explained the entire rate structure and policies. I never felt that a hidden fee was lurking around the corner.Ill admit, indoor storage isnt my favorite. The halls always seem to be a few inches too short to easily carry a couch down. The same holds true here, but I wont knock a star off for that. It is what it is.Climate control is a big plus. With any electronic equipment, the temperature is always in a concern and the idea of my stuff sweltering in a metal tin sitting in 120 degree heat just didnt sit well. Thankfully, Public Storage is controlled and my stuff is as safe as if it was in my living room. That is a major plus for me.

This place sucks! I cant get carts at times the have no set time for lunch, so if you do get a cart and want to get your drivers license back they may not be there. They have also raised the rent on units maybe 5 times since weve been there. Even after our unit got broke into. There was like many units broke into that night. They had them on camera but when asked to get a copy they couldnt give it to us so the police officer recorded it on his phone. They said they just tape right over it. Ive even tried calling the General Manager and got no phone calls back. The one door going into the units are always broke! I really hate going to the storage, I would change if I could. Ive been there when it was like 7 in the morning and the main door is propped open. I dont know who is in there or spent the night in there. My Grandson and I seen what looked like someone living in the unitManagement called me and after along talk he was great. They fixed a lot of the problems!!

This five star review is for Jessica, who went above and beyond being extra kind. I was tired and in a bad mood after a long day and being surprised by the insurance fee, paperwork, and cost of the lock, etc. Jessica was super friendly, in the sort of way that can help a person feel better about the human race on a rough day. The place is laid out conveniently and the temperature is comfortable.

I visited this location to inquire on possibly renting a storage unit. The manager that I worked with was Ty. He was able to explain in detail the prices for the unit I may need as well as explaining the benefits of some of the merchandise. We appreciated him recommending the damp check to avoid any possible flooding issues. We recommend going to see Ty for any of your storage needs!!

I recently visited Public Storage and was pleasantly surprised. The Property Manager Ty was very helpful with providing all the information I will need. The office was also very clean and seemed kept up. I expect to move soon and will defiantly be making another visit to the Public Storage in Surprise to store my items.

My wife Connie and I decided to go with Public Storage after speaking online with Curtis. His service was great so we elected to use Public Storage over three other competitors. Immediately after our online conversation we were contacted by Jeff from the local store. We went there to make arrangements for our storage unit. Jeff and Sandy were very prompt, professional and courteous. We were given a tour and had our paperwork done in 15 minutes. We had our stuff moved into our unit before the end of the day. Excellent staff, excellent facility. We highly recommend Public Storage in Surprise, AZ to anyone looking for this service.

Really nice facility. Everything is in doors and air conditioned. When we moved in, it was extremely clean.Now? HORRIBLY RUDE office staff. We moved in under the previous owner, the changeover was anything but smooth. We were harassed and threatened when we didnt immediately come in to sign a new contract (like their change in ownership was our choice?). The due date changed, fees increased, and the customer service went in the toilet. There can only be one unit owner with this company, so they wont talk to a spouse (or they make you feel like some scam artist when you are trying to talk to them about your unit), so make sure you list the person that will handle all the bills with them. Not to mention, it isnt nearly as spotless and easy to use as it was before. When we moved in, there were plenty of rolling carts available whenever you were there. Now, they are only available to you when the office is open and you must go give your drivers license to check one out. Oh, and there is the added pleasure of dealing with the rude office staff who act like your goal is to steal the cart and run away with it.Seriously, the only reason we havent moved out is the cost of moving an entire house worth of stuff before we are ready.

Based on her demeanor and the information she gave us, we decided to reserve a 10 X 10 unit and go see it the next day. When we arrived at the Willow Ave location, Joni helped us. She, like Shelley, was very upbeat, professional, helpful & knowledgeable. We enjoyed our conversation with Joni and we were impressed with how clean and cool (climate control) the unit itself was. We also liked to total indoor storage because it seems more secure. We rented the unit that day and look forward to our move in. The people at this Public Storage facility are so likeable and their prices are comparably reasonable. We were very pleased!

I had an above and beyond experience with the Public Storage associate (Jeff)! He was very courteous and attentive. I originally reserved a storage unit online. I received a message from the store with the associates name and phone number, wasnt expecting that. I called the next day to reschedule my appointment for Monday. When we arrived on Monday Jeff took care of our every need by making sure we had enough space, boxes and tape. Thank you Jeff!

My initial online instructions were clear. The response from office staff via phone to confirm my reservation was more than adequate. I found the location with no problems and began to move in with the assistance of knowledgeable people on site. The air cooled building is pleasant and clean. The only hitch Ive experienced so far is the elevator.

So the reviews here are mostly fake, and are family members helping them keep the job. also all their spaces are not what they state, some are actually smaller than what they say they are.

Al assisted me with reserving a unit. He was very friendly and knew his way around the facility. He was fast and efficient with the paperwork process and made sure that he answered all of my questions. He was very helpful and professional in every aspect possible.I reserved a unit online the night before I realized I needed a storage unit and was able to move everything in within 24 hrs. Al contacted me the next morning to formally introduce himself and was able to accommodate my last minute schedule.After researching a few other units, I found that this was the place to go. The units are VERY CLEAN and are constantly monitored via cameras so I feel secure leaving my stuff here.

Just rented a 10x15 unit and the employees were fantastic although after getting online I learned that unit is $25 cheaper online than if you walk in which I think is not as honest as welcoming a tenant face to face. Its more sincere and personal. On line is more like saying we would rather you interact with a computer instead of communicating with their tenants on a more personal level

My need for a storage unit was unexpected and highly stressful. I decided to head over there 10 minutes before they closed on the Sunday before Labor Day. JEFF had me checked in, programmed and paid and completed by 5:10, even staying a bit late to get it done for me and walk me through everything. He was so pleasant and easygoing and informative. I never felt he was rushing me or wishing I hadnt cut into his holiday time. He just took care of everything efficiently and professionally. I am just so grateful. And everything is clean, cool, and well equipped. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
