Went out of their way to make things difficult. Glad the Chester location made up for it. Do yourself a favor and skip the Susanville location and go to Orileys or Auto Zone or go to the Chester Location.

This little Napa store has the largest selection of reasonably priced tools & odds & ends, Ive ever seen. Who ever runs this store, i have to give him or her Props. The selection if random items takes up most of the walkways, a clutter of awesome deals!

One guy in here is an idiot. I went in for a simple fuel filler hose and the guy acts like he doesnt want to order it for me or something. Same guy didnt even know what those little rubber vacuum plugs for carburetors were. I prefer to shop elsewhere. Many auto parts stores in susanville, this one blows.

Best service, parts, and mechanics gear in town bar none. Ive relied on Susanville Napa for going on 20 years and they never failed me yet. Their tools and products are top shelf quality craftsmanship. In my opinion youd be a fool to go anywhere else, Napa know how is held up here absolutely.

Excellent, the only place in town that had what I needed for an older Dodge truck !!

Although I frequently shop NAPA for my parts, Ive never been in this one before. I was driving cross country to NY and had a little problem with my truck. I went in knowing what I needed and started to select it when one of the employees stopped by and made a suggestion of a name brand part that cost less than the store brand. Huge props and much appreciation for saving me money.

Great help. Always have what I need or get it the next day.
