Had a slow leak in one tire. Let it their hands and came back in about 2hrs. Repair was done and then found that it was complimentary! Ive been in Susanville less than a year and this was my first auto repair of any kind... very pleasant experience. Thank you Les Schwab.

I pulled in to get help with the tire that was losing air. I had already been to two other service stations on other occasions and been told there was no problem. This person today Les Schwab right at closing took extra time to find the problem which was a nail he repaired it within 15 minutes I was back on the road. they did not even charge me for this service he would not even accept a tip. His comment when I tried to tip was it is against Les Schwabs policy for us to accept tips Les Schwab takes good care of its employees so we can take good care of you. My response was All my future business will definitely be done with you guys. Thanks a Bunch! Left smiling. 😃

Les Swab is hit and miss. Sometimes you go in and they’re willing to help you other times you go in and they try to upsell you . recently my town of Greenville California burnt down in The Dixie fire. While we were being evacuated I picked up a piece of metal in my tire which caused a flat I had to change the tire on the side of the road just a couple of miles out of the fire while being evacuated. Kind of scary. I reached the Susanville Les Swab at about 5:30 PM with the temporary on my 2013 Dodge grand Caravan I had 90,000 miles on the van. I had just put new tires on the van at about 75,000 miles but when I went in to Les Schwab in a state of shock from being evacuated from my home the two yahoos that were working there told me my tires were bald and I need a new tires.Not! At that point I turned around and walked out and went over to Carlsons tire pros Who sold me a nice used tire for $35 mounted balanced and said there was nothing wrong with my tires I’ve had this happen with Les Swab one too many times.

Pricey, but they always helpful and have stores everywhere for your warranty needs.

They did a great job on rotating and rebalancing my tires. As always they were very friendly and courteous as well as efficient. I have been a costumer of Les Schwab for over 30 years and they have never let me down yet. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the people that work at Les Schwab. The gave me a heads up about a safety issue with my truck. In short they put safety ahead of making a sale. It will not be forgotten. Was able to get the parts on the truck.

Had a 1pm appt for simple trip check. It is 1:40. They still havent started. Car is in parking lot. I have a 4:00 appt. in Reno. waisted 59 miles to Susanville. They are now moving the car out of the parking lot. It is 1:53. Have to leave in 7 minutes.

From out of town and we’re very worried about my front end. Called them on short notice and monte was able to get us in right away with good costumer service and good results. Highly recommend them for any auto services!!!

They always find something wrong with your tires and say they cant put them on just so you have to buy new ones. Its happened more than once. I go to other places and theres not a problem. Also when I asked for a written statement saying why the tires were bad they couldnt provide me with one, that seems suspicious.

Always get exceptional care when coming here. And they get the job done fast!

Came in with a wheel that had loose/stripped lug nuts (quite scary), and was almost coming off. We have been on a 3 week rd trip. We had a tire seperate on us. They were great at replacing our tire and balancing the others. So friendly and they even recommended and helped with directions of an rv park to stay in for the night. Top notch guys.

The service was great and the only thing better than that was the staff! Im here from out of town and my front left tire got a flat. They fixed the flat and also found a nail in my rear tire. Which of course they also fixed. Thank you staff at Les Scwab in Susanville!

Ive always had the best service when I go to Les Schwab. The prices are good, but the service is always great. As soon as you pull in, they welcome you. Never had a problem, ever.

I was a camp nurse at Eagle Lake,Cal. When I noticed I flat tire. Tires were new. Took the tire to the tire to Les Schwab in Susanville, Ca. Where they found 2 small nails and fixed it. I then could drive 200 miles home. Thank you I really Appreciated their help. Dana

It has the normal good service you can expect from a Les Schwab. They didnt have the tires in the brand and type that my trailer uses. Also they failed to replace the valve stems when they put on the tires. The outside tire is now low and i will take it to a different les Schwab place to get the tire checked, Alturas and Lakeview have top level stores.

Les Schwab always takes great care of me and my vehicles. Always nice and respectful. They have 10 stars from me, awesome people.

Chelton was a great help and very handsome. We had a plastic cover scraping on the floor and coming off. He was more than willing to stop his work and help. He got under our vehicle and pulled it off free of charge. He was very respectful, friendly and professional. We tried to give him a tip for his time but he refused, saying it was a pleasure. Purchased four tires and have had to have two replaced because the treads separated. I got the second one replaced last Wednesday. (Of course both tires were credited for $20.00 each.) Like the other reviewer they said theyd call when it was done, they didnt. I finally went to the store and it was outside leaning against the tire rack. I made an appointment for Friday to have the tires rotated and an alignment.To their credit I didnt get there when I said I would but did later in the day around 1300. They said they had a 1400 opening for the alignment so I agreed and waited. At 1520 they let me know the truck was ready but they didnt perform the alignment because the powersteering gearbox was leaking and the tire wear looked good. (Ive paid Les Schwab hundreds of dollars to fix the front end on this truck over a couple of occasions.) So I made an appointment yesterday for this morning to have the work done. The gearbox did need to be replaced (I think). Mike, the manager, did let me change the channel to watch the news. He did call the customer who left his jacket at the store.Today I was 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to have it there (0745). I dropped the truck off and went about town. Again, ran out of things to do, so as we were passing Les Schwab around 1230, there the truck was parked. No call again. I went inside and got the truck. Just over $450.00 it was ready.So the big reason Im writing this is when I stopped at the McDonalds I looked under the truck to look at the 2 bolt gearbox. The rubber grease cover was cut at the connection of the steering arm and gearbox. Seeing that, I checked the P/S fluid level. It wasnt even registering on the dip stick. So between the $104.00 tire and the $450.00 + gearbox/alignment I now have to replace the knuckle at the gearbox and have real concerns about the quality of their work.As an after note, the $256.00 gearbox I paid for lists for $151.00 at the OReillys up the street from Les Schwab. The cost did not include the cost of the labor to install it. That was another $100.00.I hope you have better luck than I did.

I have had some bad luck with work Ive had done here. They fixed their problems, but I go to other tire shops now.

I stopped doing business with les schwab 20 years ago, because they have low quality products. I gave them another shot because I was in a pinch. They didnt know when they could get me a quality tire, but they could get me some double coins. I told them I already had a ruined tire I didnt need to buy one and left.

Incredible customer service here. Coming from Las Vegas where there is limited friendly customer service, this place was great. They had the odd trailer tire in stock for my 5th wheel trailer and were able to put a new tire on in less than an hour while they were noticably busy. Alicia was great on the phone and as a cashier, and Ron was helpful nice and very quick with the tire.

I will not do business with them again. Had my brakes replaced ten months ago and was happy with their service. Went back six months later to get new tires. It took four times as longs as they said it would and they did not bother to call when it was ready like they told me they would. I started having brake trouble last month, when I took my truck back to Les Schwab they admitted they had adjusted the brakes improperly when they had replaced them earlier. It took a week for them to find time to fix it. When my wife picked up the truck they would not explain to her what they had done to our truck and was so rude to her to the point that she had to find a manager to get any answers about the work that had been done. It is too bad, most Les Schwabs do good business, the one in Susanville will not be getting any more of my business.

Les Schwab on 72nd and Pacific Ave in Tacoma Wa is my store, and they have fixed non Schwab flats for me at no charge, plus regular business over the years. A couple of weeks ago, I drove my little Toyota Motorhome up through Nevada on 95 and then over to 395, The tread on my right inner rear tire pealed away between Reno and Susanville. I called my son who found the Susanville store for me on the Web. I made it ok to them and they put 2 new tires on the front and switched all the others around so I had 4 good ones on the back, with a good spare. 6plys out the door with tax $250 within less then 2 hours. Mike pulled me up on his computer showing my business with Les Schwab in Tacoma, Wa. That probably helped with the pricing.

Ha d them order parts to do ball joints on my truck they said the would call when in.Never called went back and the parts were never ordered told me it would take a couple more days to get my truck in.Went to Carlsons and they did my truck the same day.never will go back to les shwab.
