We purchased a house in Susanville and got the flooring we needed at Zaengles. The service was excellent, Vince and his son did a perfect job of installing vinyl, we will enjoy it for many years to come.

Im very disappointed. Wanted new flooring. First bid didnt seem right and didnt show a break down so I asked for the break down. Several days later, I received it and they used the wrong price. So, asked for a corrected price. Took several more days. Finally received, and happy with price so at that point I was told I needed to sign the contract and put 50% down in order to get the materials ordered. I went in, signed, put down over 1/2 and by this time our install date was gone so we had to book into the new year because I didnt want to move things once decorated for Christmas. Then I get a call today that they messed up yet again and the price is way high again. That I have to agree to this high price or no go. I was quite upset with this comedy of errors. And even asked if I could get my deposit back. She said she needed to ask her boss. That was the final straw. If I couldnt get my entire deposit back, after I cancel the job due to their error. The owner did call and will cut a check, not cash, which is what I paid, but all in all, not happy. Hate the monopoly they have. Very sad they feel that this was ok.

Sure. An appointment was missed due to a truck breaking down, which is very understandable, but beyond that I just honestly havent had good experiences in tone and mannerism 90% of the times I have visited.

Customers service is awesome, if you like rustic, its the shop for you...if you do business in reno and have issues, it can be a BIG issue.. shop local and let them give you free delivery set up along with top of the line customer service..

Some of the things they have are cheaper made and way way over priced.
