As others have noted, Mike is very good at keeping you updated on every step of the repair process. I would also add that the management is very helpful with special requests. Had some door problems on my van. Got me in quick with a very reasonable quote. Fixed right away and when I got there they charged me LESS then the estimate! Has never happened to me in 30 years of driving. Highly recommended!

They did a great job on my car after I hit a deer. They communicated well throughout the whole process, with both my adjuster and I. We worked with Brian, and he was nice and detailed whenever I asked questions. The car looks like it was never in an accident! You could also tell that they sanitized the areas they touched like the wheel (it was squeaky clean). Also love the little paper they put on the rear view mirror to give you care instructions for the paint, I totally would’ve lost it if it came in a plain sheet of paper. The paint blends well with the original too. Most shops would not do this detailed work.

Very professional helpful and responsive

Went there with a motorcycle gas tank to get a dent pulled on it and said it would take 2 hours and at least a hundred dollars. After offering to clear the paint off of the dent area with sandblaster to save time and explaining that it has sat for 3 weeks with vinegar in it so there is no risk of gasoline and that it will take 20 minutes tops to have it roughly pulled with stud welder and slide hammer (which every bodyshop has) they refused to do it all together. Just lost all of my future business.

I felt like I was getting put over the barrel when was quoted $1,200 to get 2 parts simply painted for a 2014 Chevy Equinox that are not even on my car yet. I brought my car to Maaco and they laughed at the price. Then quoted me 375 and they can match a stock color, no problem.
