I understand why the Sussex Walgreens has only a 2.7 rating - horrible customer service especially from Sara S. Very poor customer service.I went to the Pharmacy Express and Sara S. was ringing up a general shopper with 11 items even though there were two register clerks at the front of the store standing around talking and a self service register to use.Sara S. made the person in back of me and I wait - the person at the register should have gone to the front of the store and the Pharmacy Express could be used the way it was meant to be used.This Walgreens needs to talk with Sarah S. about this and educate / train her about what the Pharmacy Express is used for.I do not recommend the Pharmacy at the Walgreens Sussex with the VERY poor customer service provided by a menial asst Sara S.

I spent 2 hours scanning genealogy photos, just to find out that NONE of them were saved. I even asked a Walgreen’s employee for clarification as to when I would be able to edit my scans. She said after you scan them all.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever used. Called in to check on my prescriptions, was told on the automatic line it was ready for pick up. Go in and give them the name I am picking up for. It took a very long time. I get the prescription and Im missing one. I ask them and they tell me oh you have to ask for it specifically. Ive never had to do that before only had to give a name, it was an additional ONE HOUR wait. I watched and saw customer after customer just give a name and get everything for their prescription.

My doctor sent in a prescription at 2 pm YESTERDAY it is now 10 am the next day I called asking what is going on they literally said it will be filled within a WEEK because they have THREE HUNDRED to fill before me. Also drive thru hasnt been open in almost 2 weeks. it is nothing but problems and ATTITUDE with this Walgreens especially the blonde technician who looks like a CAMEL who is SNOTTY for no reason last straw will be going elsewhere for now on

Terrible! The pharmacy always opens late. They are painfully slow. When there is an issue with my prescription, they do nothing with it! I waited for over a week for my doctor to write a pre-authorization to find out that Walgreens never sent them the information or told them it was required. There is one med I get every month. They never have it in stock and I have to go days without it. I have a heart condition and cant go without my meds. There is absolutely no sense of urgency there. The other day the drive thru was closed for prescriptions. Only Covid tests were being conducted.

Me and my husband obtained pretravel pcr covid testing at walgreens. Both did it 2 days ago and both at noon. I did mine at menomonee falls and him did it in Sussex. I received my results yesterday and his test has not even arrived at the lab!. Their excuse is: FEDEX! i am not sure we could travle now. unacceptable

I was helped by Brenda after a sale price was messed up and I needed to do a return/exchange for a product. While I don’t typically choose to shop at Walgreens, she was so helpful and understanding that I will be returning to this store! Excellent customer service!

Never before have I experienced such intensely negative passive-aggressive interactions from a cashier than what I regularly experience at this location from Barb, who seems to resent my sheer existence. Two stars because it is not the other cashiers. Only Barb.

Giving a place a 5 means everything is exceptional. I have had difficulties in the past here but it is getting much better now. The pharmacy is extremely busy and seems to always be having many older aged customers who forget that this is a place to pick up your medication. It is not the place to be diagnosed.Thats why you have your doctor to help you. Overall I am pleased with my service and will definately return. The store is clean and the employees are always friendly but not overly friendly.

Always helpful and willing to work with my insurance which is often challenging. That alone is 5 stars for me. 5 stars and an A+

I was putting my items, I purchased, into my car. I usually take my cart back into the store, but this time, I decided to put the cart up next to the building, because last time I brought my cart back into the store., the lady behind the counter scolded me for not putting back in the right spot, so this lady comes walking by, with a dirty look on her face and said to me, in a rude tone, too far to walk back to the store, to return the cart and I told her about the lady had scolded me last time, I brought the cart back, and she replied, yeah sure, like I was just making it up. I called her a bleep and drove off. If this is the type of rude behavior, I will receive from employees, I will never shop at this store ever again!!!

Walgreens has a lot of turnover in their pharmacy area, service is slow and getting a prescription within a few hours is no longer the norm. Employees are nice but services need to improve.

Its a Walgreens. Pretty much the same as other stores but not a 24 hour location.

There always seems to be something wrong with my prescriptions. A reason they are not completed in a timely manner. Mostly because the doctors office didnt send something over. However- the exact same info is sent to a walgreens in Menomonee Falls and its completed in a timely manner no hiccups.

Terrible new set up and service. Whyyyy did they switch the Rite Aid to this awful Walgreens now???

Horrible customer service, my order was supposed to be done yesterday at 8pm it os 11am now i just drove 20 min out of my way to get it and she said it wasnt done they ran out of paper Monday!!!!! Its thursday, someone should of called or figured out a way to handle this rather than going to get it and not done and then barely got a sorry!!!!!!!

Dying of strep throat and their system is down and cant fill my rx. Offered no work around besides sending me somewhere else. Which is exactly what a really sick person wants to do.

Expect to wait at least an hour for your prescription. worst pharmacy to go. its ALWAYS something, Im still waiting for a prescription Ive been passed up 6 times now and Im actually seeing people leave instead of waiting. its Thursday morning..
