Amazing place for a breakfast/brunch. Wish theyd remain open after 3 pm.! Excellent sandwiches (vegetarian choice includes the fabulous Green Garden sandwich) and fresh coffee in a myrian preps and flavors...Lets not forget the music choice that plays in the outdoor patio sitout... My lucky day, they played a good round of rock. Will be back...

Have had good experiences in the past but recently have not had good experiences. Went in today and ordered ONE pastry and ONE sandwich to go. Waited 40 minutes and was patient since it was busy. Ordered to go. Got to my car and it was not my order. Immediately went back in and told them. They handed me another bag and apologized. Got back to my car and checked it and once again none of it was my order. At this point I was just frustrated and went home. I did not end up eating any of it because it was not what I liked. The previous time I was here I ordered some pastry that looked like an everything bagel with cheese inside. Tasted horrible and the seeds tasted burnt on top.

Outstanding!! Food was great. Outdoor patio beautiful and service EXCELLENT!! Breakfast was so good I returned for lunch and that was awesome as well. ( I was waiting for my dog to get out of surgery) I HIGHLY recommend Loca Latte!!

I stopped in to grab lunch after my hair appointment next door and it did not disappoint! There’s a lot to choose from and the wrap was delicious. I tried their watermelon lemonade special and that was delicious too! Excellent service and friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back here again!

Super cute atmosphere w a lot of coffee options and gluten free! the cashier and cook in back were both really nice & friendly. however, the male manager (I’m guessing) was yelling at both girls for about 15 minutes and being very unprofessional, I overheard him being rude towards his staff and create an environment not only uncomfortable for all customers but one I personally would not want to work in. I saw the same complaint in a different review so hopefully they start treating employees better as it is a super nice little cafe, I’d love to give my support to a small business as long as they treat the employees well. the chai tea was delicious!

I come here often, either by driving or riding my bike down the Bug Line, and I always enjoy the food and sitting outside. I usually order The Wisconsinite or the Southwest Chicken sandwich and both are always delicious. Their chocolate frappes are really tasty too!

They have signs on the bike trail advertising their place as a rest stop. It really is. Its richly decorated, with a lot of comfortable seating. Open and Airy. Artsy. They offer specialty coffee. And an array of tasty paninis and other kinds of light fare. When you are biking, you may not want to just be pushing it hard mile after mile. Your biking trip might also have the objective of exploring new and interesting stops. This is a good one for that. The folks that run the place are fun, smiling and cheerful. Youre having a good time on your bike trip, right? So thats what you want!

What can I say. I have made this place my go to spot for the best Americano in town. Their espresso beans are 2nd to none. I am very fussy about my Americano and these folks never disappoint. I challenge anyone to find a richer tastier cup in the county. I come in here and these people treat you like family and they go out of their way to provide excellent food choices, really fresh ingredients and excellent service. I would recommend this place as a good place for a husband/wife lunch date.

The food was excellent but the customer service was even better! Everyone that works there was so kind and attentive and the other costumers so polite and courteous of each other. Will be back!

I loved my peanut butter coffee this morning. The only thing that would have made it better is if I was drinking it in the cozy ambiance of the cafe instead of at work. The food is tasty and the staff a super friendly! I love the music.

I was fortunate, (or unfortunate) that I was able to try this place out a few mornings, as my guy was working a job a few blocks down. It was absolutely fantastic! Now, the unfortunate, his job finished.. and its a bit far from my home for a morning stop. Im thinking about relocating to Sussex now! Ha. Really, really good coffee, and great treats. Think about opening up a shop here in Pewaukee, wed L.O.V.E you here!!

I had the Mediterranean salad with chicken for lunch. It was really good and fresh. We sat outside of course, how can you pass up an 68 degree day in November? The service, food and seating were great. I always drive past and never stopped before. I was definitely missing out. Looking forward to trying out some breakfast options next time!

Very nice place in the heart of Sussex. Atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing andc there are plenty of places to sit outside. My chai latte was flavorful. Right now, they are offering their pumpkin roll, I highly recommend it. I love supporting the local places. They also offer breakfast and lunch. Prices are fine, what you would expect at such a place. I will be back. And my apologies for overstaying my welcome, but we hadnt seen each other in months. SUPPORT LOCAL

I had the Prime Rib Panini and it was delicious. My friend had the Chicken Pesto Panini, she really liked it as well. The desserts they had looked amazing. We sat out on the patio which was quite lovely. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their food and try a dessert. And recommend it. Also kudos to the friendly staff.

My husband and I have a friend that lives in Sussex. We all met at the cafe. I was welcomed with smiles and hellos. I ordered the toast with the carrots, zucchini, etc. It was tasty and filling. I ordered a soy milk latte and it was delicious. My server was friendly and informative as I told her it was my first time. Before leaving I spoke with another employee and let her know how nice this place was. Their customer service was excellent and the food was great. I will be back when Im in the area. Great job!

We were visiting Sussex for a weekend and stopped in to Cafe De Arts based off a recommendation from our Airbnb hosts. We were not disappointed! Their breakfast was amazing, I had the Art of the Egg and my husband had the Art Outsider. Both we’re delicious and great portion sizes with a light fruit salad. Their coffee is great and you can even take some beans home as they roast their own coffee. Beyond their food and coffee, the service is great. Our waitress was warm and offered to turn the music down and made sure to check on our coffee levels. Seating is plentiful and comfortable. We would highly recommend this to anyone driving through or looking for a classic coffee shop to spend an afternoon in.

If you’ve been to the Starbucks on the other side of Sussex you’ll understand how badly Cafe De Arts was needed. Hands down the best service around. They’ve treated my family (kids and dogs included) very well and the atmosphere between the outdoor patio and indoor seating is unmatched.

Took a friend to lunch there for her birthday today, how nice it was! Organic greens a big plus in our book, and I also bought a pound of freshly ground organic coffee. Our coffees were outstanding, I had an Americano, she a half decaf half reg coffee.There is a little fireplace in there to sit by and enjoy, also a courtyard full of pretty plants when the weather is agreeable.The bathroom was spotless, roomie, and handicapped equipped.There is some wonderful art for sale on the walls, and we also noticed they had some CBD coffees for sale, which I would like to try in the future.So glad we found this little gem, will definitely be back! Thanks everyone for making a nice memory for us!
