I was very happy to hear that they could come out today to evaluate the problem and fix my garage door. Dan the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a very thorough job of inspecting the door. The total cost was very reasonable. Great company with outstanding customer service!

Anytime was called because of an emergency with the door. They arrived promptly at appointed time; even called ahead and said they were on the way. Assessed the problem quickly; fixed it, and let us know they were finished. When they told me what we owed, I was pleasantly surprised. I did not feel like I had been gouged. At no extra charge, they even sprayed all the points of the door that would have been handled during a maintenance tuneup. Serviceman was friendly, and knowledgeable. This was the first time I used Anytime Garage Doors for servicing the garage door. As promised, service tech Jonathan called me at work ahead of his arrival, which was appreciated. He was professional over the phone, and once he completed the job, in less than an hour, he gave me a follow-up phone call. Two days later, the company gave me a courtesy phone call to make sure our garage was operating properly. Bonus points for customer service! Anytime is located near my home, and I am glad we chose them to complete this job. From start to finish, they were top-notch.

We called on Sunday night and they were able to get out to us midmorning Monday. Jed was very pleasant and replaced the garage door cables in no time. When finished he went ahead and greased up everything including our additional garage door. Should we ever need any service again on our garage doors we wont hesitate to call Anytime Garage Doors!!

Very happy with our new garage door and the install by Jed. Overall the company is courteous and pleasant to work with. I knocked off 1 star because of how long it took to get our door, ordered at the end of March, installed July 14. 3 1/2 months is a long time to wait, and while it is out of their control…it did leave me a little frustrated. But, in the end, it is fine

Called a 11:30 am with broken door spring. Secretary checked and said technician could be in my area between 1 an 3pm. Technician Dan texted at 1:15 that he was on the way. By 2 pm both door springs were changed an he was on his way. Excellent service with great communication.

My garage door stopped working over the weekend. After looking around at companies that serviced the area I decided to call Anytime Garage Doors on Monday afternoon since they had so many positive reviews.The positive reviews were right! Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly, and they were able to get someone out to my house first thing Tuesday morning, which confirmed the motor to the garage door had stopped working. The owner of the company, Roy, came back out to my house a few hours later and replaced the motor and everything is working great.This company was not only easy to work with, but their prices were extremely fair for the services they provide. I highly recommend contacting them if anyone has issues with their Garage Door!

Unbelievable! Came home around noon and heard a loud bang in the garage after I was in the house. Roy, the companys founder, repaired our garage door problem. It had begun opening itself. Roy determined a wire was shorted because some installer years ago had stapled the wire too tightly and repeated usage had worn through the covering. He replaced the wire. Also, without mentioning it or charging for it, Roy lubricated the door track/wheels. I had done same upon purchasing house last September but it had not helped much. Roys application has absolutely muted the door.

We were very pleased with our experience with AGD. They were reasonably priced, and able to solve our non-standard issue (broken spring on rolodex style shed door). They were quite timely, especially given they had to special order the replacement spring, which they did at no additional cost to us. I needed a small repair done on one of my garage doors. Anytime Garage Doors had someone at my house in about an hour. Jonathan, the service technician, did a fantastic job. These guys are great! My garage door spring snapped, cables dangling, and the connection point from the opener to the top door panel was halfway ripped off with bent metal, I was convinced of an extremely expensive repair of at least 600 ... these 2 guys arrived in 3 hours and one hour later, they had it all fixed for $339 with an innovative solution (new bracket at top of door), plus a better spring system! Thank you! They were super cool/nice too... and had an easy to use online payment site.
