HORRIBLE customer support. They totally screwed up my shipping AND my billing and seem to have no one at the company who is capable of doing even the most basic customer support function. STAY AWAY.

I purchased through one of their dealers and they informed me that my order was backordered and would ship in 6-12 weeks which I thought was a very long time considering it is outdoor furniture then after 27 weeks informed me they could not make my order. avoid sister bay furniture this company has been purchased and resold under different names numerous times..

Terrible company they keep moving the ship date farther and farther back. No end in sight
