Staff is courteous. Only downfall is sometimes it takes a while to get unloaded but otherwise i enjoy delivering to this place. As far as I know no appointment time its a fcfs basis. Also no overnight parking. I park at quad graphics empty trailer lot on county y just to the north plenty of room there.
Employees are very friendly and helpful. Seed is excellent as expected.

Went there for bird seed, when I arrived one of the managers, Dave was obviously drunk and stammering around. I asked for another person of management and they told me that the other managers and owners were busy. Won’t ever recommend that experience to anyone.

I normally do not write reviews but this experience was unbelievable so I will document it here hoping that others can avoid this same mistake we made dealing with Reinders.We have a Kasco de-icer that needed an oil change. I called Reinders to get a quote on the service and they told me around $150 so we decided to take it up to Sussex for service. After dropping it off back in March we never heard back from them. It was now the beginning of May so we called & they said they would send an estimate. The estimate came back at $351. I thought that was a ridiculous amount of money for an oil change on this small piece of equipment that cost $560 new so I told them never mind, I’ll just come and grab it and do the oil change myself. At that point the service advisor, Rick Tucker, told me that I’d have to pay approximately $150 in service fees before I could pick up my de-icer. He said their technician had to take it apart in order for them to quote the oil change and they wanted me to pay for his labor up to that point. After talking with Rick a bit more, he agreed to take a look at the estimate to make sure it was correct. He changed it from 2 hours labor down to 1 hour labor so it reduced the quote by $105 but still seemed high for such a small job. I called Kasco direct to inquire about this oil change and they confirmed the unit holds 7.6 pints of oil yet Reinders was quoting 2.5 gallons. I contacted Rick again and he agreed to change the quote again to 1.02 gallons of oil. Now the quote was $189.00 so on June 1 I gave them the approval to do the service.Finally on June 19th they contacted us to say its ready for pickup so I asked my wife to drive up to Sussex to grab it. When she arrived back at home I noticed they charged us $207.16, not the $189.00 from the written quote. I also noticed the power cord on our unit was damaged and wrapped in electrical tape. Once again I contacted Rick Tucker and he said they must have put more oil in the unit and that is why they charged more. He also says they put another customers damaged cord on my unit by mistake. He agrees to send a technician to our house to replace the damaged cord. This was a nice gesture considering the mess this whole thing has been since the start. Unfortunately they installed a completely different style cord that has a large dis-connect along with a metal chain & bracket making the power cord too big and bulky to use on our pole dock mount. I’ve also since realized that the prop is different than what we sent in as its damaged and corroded. I am going to buy a new power cord and prop to finish the service myself, I cannot imagine doing business with Reinders again.Absolutely terrible experience from the start.

Brand new G5 72 had problems in the first few hours smoking and burning oil. It took 4 separate visits for them to get it fixed. First 3 times they said they couldnt get machine to smoke so Id pick it back up and go to the nearest property and within 30 minutes be back on the phone asking why...replacement engine on 4th trip fixing issue.Bigger issue is I had a 2012 GS 52 that wasnt starting. Talked to a local Toro dealer and he said probably starter but only played with controls. SO I took to Reinders in Sussex hoping for the best. Of course I had to leave and make the 50 minute trip back to get a call the next morning. Jason tells me its not good the engine is locked up. I was like yea right...he goes on to say there was no oil in and not warranty due to misuse. I told him that doesnt sound right as we try and check daily. Not perfect but shouldnt be dry. Jason goes on trying to sell me a replacement engine for over $2,000 and being the end of season along with I didnt believe him said NO and will pick up. No sooner does employee get back from the 2 HOUR drive does my truck mechanic goes and takes a look. Not even 5 mintues into inspecting as he took off the shrout cover to see the gears of the starter broken off and stuck causing it not to crank. Call another dealer to get a starter WHICH WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY and put in ourselves. I dont recommend Reinders to do any or your service needs...also as he was removing cover I check oil and there was oil in it. SO Reinders straight lied trying to sell/repair things not need. Very disappointed and unethical business practices
