Great place to buy from had the machinery i needed at a great price.

Not happy. I purchased a duct notcher over 2 months ago from their Ebay store. It was listed as used but in excellent working condition. I was contacted on the day my equipment shipped to be told that (2) cylinders leaked hydraulic fluid, I requested replacement parts. The equipment arrived poorly crated, and a shutoff handle came off during transit. Upon inspection 4 of 5 cylinders leaked. I spoke with Arthur after several attempts about the replacement parts (back ordered 2-3 weeks). Still no resolution and can not get them on the phone.
