Visited this store about 4:20 this afternoon. Took my items to be rang up. Two items were ringing up higher than the advertised price. When I brought it to the attention of the so called manager he went to verify the price. Well the price I quoted him was correct. Instead of correcting the price he tells me....well it rang up for that amount and thats what I have to charge....Really. I said No....then said that was the price with the tax...Really, 25 cents tax on $2.00. I said No. I then asked to speak with the manager. He said he was the manager....Really. He refused to correct the pricing error and asked if there was anything else I wanted rang up....No thank you, and you can keep everything you just rang up. Dollar General, get your folks trained!!!!! That is not good customer service at all!!!! Wish I could give negative 4 stars!!!!

They were closing the store, for a New and improved one. Great hard working folks, very helpful. Hope all goes well for them.

This Dollar General was really ill prepared. I went in for a few snacks and cleaning products and there were a lot of rusted, dusty, empty shelves. It was also poorly organized, things were all over the place so I had to go down every aisle to find items I was looking for. The sales associates were nice but not particularly knowledgeable about where things are or if something is in stock at all. One associate guided me to the store office to get me two canisters of lysol wipes because they didnt know where they were kept but they knew there was a brand new box in the office. There was someone stocking a shelf a bit forcefully while I was there, I mention this because the employees are using the overhead shelving for storage and another employee came by and pushed some loose contents back onto the shelf more securely right above my head moments before it fell because it was scarily close to striking me on the head. This location does have a new self checkout option but its not particularly user friendly and in order to use it you have to have the dollar general app on your phone which is weird. The cashier had to explain how to use this and it sounds easy enough. Overall the price, the music piped into the store and the friendly employees were the only reasons this place warranted the 2 star review.

Associates are friendly and fun to chat with or joke around with...my brother goes there for a special kind of cigarette but I think they are as high as any other retail store on products.Use to they had really low prices.Not any more! However due to the curtosy and friendliness of employees I am giving it a 4 star! I really value those quality in emoyees...believe me..I have been in stores where employees look at you like ...if you ask me anything I will go off on you!! I simply dont go back..unless its a favorite place of mine..then I just make a few phone calls..😆 😆

Sad that they are going out of business but good they had a sale hate i caught it when the shelves were empty.

In transition I would say when I went on new years eve but good size and pretty good selection of little nick nacks I was searching for?

Same as usual, have to wait up front until a cashier decides to come from back. In mean time I see the new line for natural hair by suave. Watch out for buggers on the out side walking up to female customer asking for hand outs.

Im glad to have a place like Dollar General to buy some of my inexpensive household but some of the employees have terrible attitudes especially the management. I know you all are overwhelmed and over worked but its not our fault we are your customers. Remember we are supporting you and the store. We want to see the store as well as you succeed. Please dont allow your customers to stand in long lines waiting for you to restock show customers some consideration. Be kind to your customers. Greet your customers and thank your customers for patronizing your store.

Got what I needed. In and out quickly.

This is my home to place for just about everything from food to cleaner. They also have household items, body cleaner and hair products. They are a reasonable price as well. I like fact its less than 5 minutes from my home.

The woman who checked me out was incredibly polite and very personable it was a great experience for just shopping for good deals especially due to her advertising verbally that you can download coupons to use in the store

Its messy, never stocked, they never have keys to their locked windows. The workers are very nice, but the music thats played has had profanity in it. I just wish theyd stock better!!

Worst costumer service. I never expected the bad actitud coming from the manager or “man in charge”If you don’t like to treat with people you are in the wrong job.

Prices on many items are higher than Kroger. I thought with it being DOLLAR General it would have better prices.

The other day my husband and I visited this location and after we were done shopping and the Manager Toni said very inappropriate things to me and my husband and then she was dancing and not a good look for a manager and the store had items in the aisles

Stock fluctuations are my biggest concern with DG. It might be batteries or bar soap, but inventory of popular items seems always in flux. Huge bins sit throughout the store for days. Supposedly these contain the items you seek. 2-3 days later, the bins are still there and the items are still out-of-stock. Looks like a labor or training problem to me.
