The Platinum Voice and Data team was very knowledgeable about our phones and network. The phone system their company installed has been great! The owners, Russ and Denise, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. This is a first class operation!

Denise and Russ came to our business location to install a new phone system. They were hired by the company that sold us the lease on our new phone equipment to do the installation. They did a very quick and sloppy job of installation and failed to get even the basics of our new phone system operating (voicemail, transferring calls, etc.)Now 3 months later when we are begging them to come back and finish (were even willing to pay them to come back) they arent answering phonecalls. If I could give them zero stars I would, but to leave this review it requires at least one star. Weve had phone systems installed before over the years and this is the poorest choice we could imagine as far as technical knowledge and customer satisfaction. Beware
