Came by in between typical GA thunderstorms to pick up a new sectional and struggled to fit it into my fairly small pickup truck. Fortunately, Eros was extremely helpful in getting my furniture loaded in the back of truck and helped me make sure it was properly strapped down and secure. He really helped make a stressful situation feel a lot more comfortable and that really meant a lot on a day like today when I was moving apartments AND picking up new furniture. Eros really deserves great recognition for his service.

Paid for my table in February, they gave it away to a different customer and l had to wait until September to pick it up. When I got the product, it was defective, missing crucial holes on one side for the bolts. They said I would have to wait a month, with this defective table taking up space in my house, for either a technician to try to fix it or refund or an exchange. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You are not a valued customer. They do not care about honoring their commitments. Do not shop here. They dont care about honesty

Finally something positive to report about Rooms to go. The distribution center worked to get me to the dock and make the exchange on my patio furniture love seat, and in very quick fashion. That was the best part of the overall purchase experience. Thank you.

Honestly they get 0 stars. We are contacting better business bureau on them. 3 attempts, never got everything we ordered. Customer service was a nightmare and they lied to us. If you want your money back you have to babysit them to make sure they do it and dont get off the phone until your confirmation is received otherwise you have to wait 2 hours to get in touch with them again. Do not use the call back system, because they do not call you back. What a joke of an internet sales and customer service company. Lost our business for good.

Dont bother with the extended warranty. They send someone out, take 2 months to get back to you, and then say oh no, so sorry, the warranty ran out last month. The accidental warranty doesnt cover any stitching, only tears that were done by accident. The worst customer service I have received.

Worst customer service ever. I made a purchase almost a month ago bedroom set over $3400. We were supposed to receive it after two weeks. Bed full of scratches, damaged drawer and night stand, we had to wait for another 2weeks to get the night stand and hopefully they will fix the drawer meanwhile no apologies. Day j night stand damaged again same spot. Called the store and requested talking to the sales person Trey they have told me he was off and when I started complaining the lady said hold on he is here. He listened to my complain and asked me to stay on hold while he transfer me to the manager who refused to talk to me. I was told I will receive a call back from manager after 15 min. No call back until after 3 hours from corporate customer service again no one apologized properly. No discount was made to ease my anger and no special delivery to get my night stand as soon as possible. By the way I’m am expecting a baby any moment and they have take in consideration anything. I would recommend to all futur customers do not buy any thing from Rooms to go worst customer service ever ever ever.

By far the worst experience ever. Ordered my furniture online 9/29, selected the express delivery option for an additional $99. My sectional was scheduled to be delivered 9/30. The time frame giving was 7am to 10pm which is all day. The delivery driver called at 6:48AM and left. Due to bad reception in my complex I expressed my building # as well as Apartment # in the suggestion box. Instead of the driver doing his due diligence and going the extra mile for great customer service by getting out to knock on the door he just left. Didnt answer any of my calls or texts.... I called customer service all day starting at 8AM and finally got a conclusion this evening around 6PM. The Rep ended up putting my delivery on a truck for Saturday, which is almost a week from the promised date... This is very disappointing. The only upside is the Rep PROMISED to refund me half of the delivery fee.... Sadly to say I will not be a returning customer.

Service was fast but the guy that load my stuff looks like he was in a bad mood, he just tossed the boxes without care, I wish I record that my cellphone. Furniture is way over-priced for what you get. My oversized chair is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture and no one in my family has ever been able to sit comfortably. Plus, I realized one of the legs on my ottoman was chipped. They also tacked on another$50 delivery charge to add a TV stand, even though they were bringing my sofa set to the same address.(They already charged me $50-$100 delivery for the sofa set) If you can afford it, go to a reputable furniture store.

If you want a salesperson to lie to your face, this is the place to go! Aside from lying about when your delivery will be, you can also be conned into paying $100 for a pathetic excuse of a “warranty”. I was told my warranty covered any damage aside from “beaks or claws”, however upon further investigation (stemming from multiple people’s similar complaints), I realized I’m covered only for food, nail polish, or ball point pen ink. The best part was even further down the five-page, 8-sized font ridiculousness. I was asked if I had pets, and told If they happen to have any accidents on the furniture, it would be covered. But according to the fine print, it’s not covered. Now, this wasn’t what sold me, but to blatantly lie to someone’s face, isn’t just bad business, it’s completely scummy. So, congratulations for securing over $1300 of my money by lying! Glad to see it’ll keep you operating your sad excuse of a business. I guess there is, in fact a valid reason for your 1 1/4 Star on the better business bureau’s site!

Messed up order. I purchase a living set with coffee table and end tables and they delivered them without glass top... they proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the tops separate...seriously. The sales rep. told and sold us the complete set and screwed it up they stated, but would not correct it. made me pay more in order to get the tops. Who in their right mind would buy just the wood with no tops? Idiots

Delivery is terrible. One of the worst customer service. They scheduled me a delivery from 12 to 4 PM and they were trying to deliver by 11 AM and I was not available in home to receive the delivery at 11 AM. I was waiting in home from 11:50 AM to receive the delivery but no one showed up. When I called Customer Care, I have been told that it was marked that I was not available in home to receive the delivery. No words to say how bad they are.

While we waited, many other customers came and left. The manager didnt seem too concerned about helping us in a timely manner.

Very nice people, but it was raining & asked if the had some plastic like from a mattress they delivered & had 2 remove after they left. They brought 2 plastic garbage bags & slightly taped them on, really they flew off halfway up th block. It is a huge warehouse, they could hav a bin close to th front 4 pickups & recycle th mattress plastic, so wen it starts pouring out of no where at least no water will seep in the box or on th item. Just a suggestion!!I was lucky didnt hav 2 wait long at all ( only a few minutes)unlike last time (almost 2 hours & only 2 people in front of me)becaus of th rain.

Terrible company! If there was a zero star option, thatd be what I gave them. They have no regard towards their customers, theyre all about making money and have absolute 0% customer service.. This was my first and last time dealing with Rooms To Go! I bought an over priced sectional 1/19, it was supposed to arrive Wednesday the 23rd anywhere from 7am to 4pm. I get a call at 6:28 in the morning from the delivery driver saying hes on his way and will be here soon.. before 7am.. I had to reschedule, it wasnt within the time frame they gave me and I had to get my kids up and ready for school. The delivery driver was pushy and kinda rude, but says okay, how about 8am tomorrow. Perfect! I took the day off work and had arranged for my kids to be taken to school with a neighbor. I waited and waited.. finally at 8:40 I called the customer service number. Come to find out, the delivery driver does NOT have the authority to reschedule deliverys and my couch wasnt coming. I took the day off when I could have been making money when it wasnt even coming. The customer service lady then tells me its rescheduled for Wednesday the 30th!? No way! So I call back, spoke with someone different who actually did offer some help, she had put it in as an add-on and said Id have it tomorrow, the 25th, another day off work with no pay and still no couch! I call customer service again and this time they say, oh the add on didnt go through so it wont arrive untill the 30th..So I have to wait a week now because the delivery driver couldnt come within the time frame promised!? I sold my furniture and have nowhere for my family to sit together and I have to wait a week!? I spent almost $300 on delivery, so I asked if it would be compensated considering it wasnt here still. Nope. They wouldnt even give me my money back I spent on shipping!!! Im not looking forward to receiving my order, God forbid something is wrong! Having to deal with this company and their customer service would just be the worst!!!Edit: (1/30/19) my new couches were actually delivered today! Not set up, unpackaged and left for me to move them how I want them by myself... Thanks? And sadly my worst nightmare came true, I did indeed have to deal with Rooms To Go and their fabulous customer service yet again, you can see by the pictures theyre not new. And all Rooms To Go has to offer is sending a technician out to fix it. Lol okay 😂👌 again just the worst customer service

I wish you could leave zero stars. Over an hour and Im still waiting. The system they have for pulling furniture was obviously designed by someone who does not care if they waste customers time. And why not? They already have your money if youre coming to pick up here. Take my advice and get it delivered.

If youre a driver, dont try to park here. But they dont seem to mind letting us do a 10 hour on the road. Cramped security gate in and out, and pretty tight moving around. Try not to block the entrance though, pretty easy to get your hood ripped off if someone doesnt know what theyre doing.

Every piece of furniture I have gotton from this place has been damaged (chipped) or defective! Customer service is very rude and do not like to work with the customers schedule. I having been trying to get my order fixed and replaced for over a month, which was after waiting 2 weeks for the items to come in stock. After telling rooms to go representatives I have decided to return the furniture they made it very difficult. The first time they refunded only half the money, I had to call them again for the 25th time. The second time after we mutually agreed upon a date someone went into the system and spitefully changed the pick up date and locked me into a time frame after being told I would not be home but at work. I encourage everyone to buy from some place other than rooms to go. The furniture is not good quality to be going through all the trouble.

What a joke.....one item is not in stock for the next 4 months so I decide to go with another piece of furniture that matches my set. It cant be delivered for almost 2 weeks. I go online to order the item and will pick it up myself and low and behold you can only have items delivered if they are ordered online......I know it is a drop in the bucket but they just lost $700 from me. I wonder how many other people they have lost money from because of how hard they make it for people to do business with them.

Can I just say Zero Stars! I bought a couch, chair and ottoman. When I went it the sales lady was so helpful, the first time. Within a month the couch had a problem. I heard wood crack and the seat was sitting too low on one side. They sent a repair person out to look at it. He said he couldnt see anything wrong on the inside but it was obvioius it had a problem. He took pictures and said if they offer me a replacement to look at something from a different manufacturer. Which they did. I went to the store and they called the same sales lady that helped me in the first place to come help me. Once she found out it was a return and replace she could not have been less helpful or more rude. Nothing I liked was available for over a month and when they figured up what I would have money wise to exchange they shorted me 500 dollars. No explaination as to why at all. Just I was only given an amount 500 less then what the set cost. Needless to say I walked out called the corporate and told them to just send a replacement. Now this one is already starting to have problems and I have only had it a couple of months. I have always had someone to help me with purchases like this but being a widow I had to go it alone. They saw me coming and took full advantage of me. I will never recommend RTG and I will never buy from them again.
