In my first time in his shop I found Craig to be extremely friendly and inviting. I could tell right away that he had huge passion for what he does! I watched and listened as he helped a customer with a pellet grill. His experience and knowledge really came out as he explained what to look for when using it. As he shifted his attention to me and I began to explain what I was looking for in a rub and mop sauce, he said I know just what youre looking for with the best smile! Before we were done, he had made several recommendations that were super helpful and even invited me to an upcoming event. This is a shop you can feel comfortable in even if youre a beginner. I already have plans to go back and will support Craig as long as he decides to be in the BBQ Biz. Thanks Craig!

THERE IS NO WAY a business could have all 5 stars... and then I went there... I understand why! It was an AMAZING experience to say the least! I walked in looking for a specific product and the owner filled me in on the product and more! He really knows his stuff, and isnt selling for the sell! He is passionate about everything in there and it shows! I HIGHLY recommend checking this store out, you will find the top product while receiving top notch customer service! Picked up some egg-ccessories for my big green egg, some jealous devil charcoal, a few new bbq rubs to try out, and the prize of the trip...a wagyu tri-tip. Craig and his wife were super helpful and the store is awesome. Great selection of everything BBQ.

Went here for the first time recently and Im glad to have it nearby! So much better than going to any mainstream store for BBQ supplies. I was also surprised to see they have a decent selection of meats that are imported from Texas. Awesome place!
