This place is HUGE !! And the prices are very LOW. The pitted dates I usually buy for $5.50 elsewhere are $3.99 here. The shelves are stocked with volume and variety. The aisles are wide, there are multiple cashiers, the store is more modern than any Kroger. And dont miss the Bakery/Deli in the back corner. Easy access, with plenty of free parking.
I have never seen a more impressive Indian market. It was so bright and clean. They had a full produce section with lots of fresh fruits to choose from. They also had fresh food prepared. They had food and spices from each section of India. It is well worth a trip.
The manager Yash is very friendly in addressing customer needs.Best Machine Made Chapati ( aka Indian wheat tortillas ) and Indian Groceries In Metro Atlanta.I drive all the way from Marietta ( 25 miles approx) alternate weeks to purchase 50 chapatis since my wife, daughter and I enjoy your chapatis. No matter what time I come to purchase chapati, there is a huge line and most of the time only ONE chapati machine is running. Even today, I stood in line for 30 minutes and returned since line was moving very slow. This has happened several times for me in the past two months. Is your Kennasaw store going to have a chapati machine too? It will be close to me for sure.Requests: Please consider the below requests:1 - Make sure that two machines are running during peak hours2 - Consider implementing an online ordering system prior day night and provide pickup kiosk within store so that you can have chapati picked up after online order prior day or prior to few hours. This may require a night shift for your staff to make them ready for morning order.I am looking forward to hearing back from you on my requests. Thanks, again!Regards,Shankar M.B.A.,
Coming from NJ, I thought Patels was good in NJ … but this one was even bigger and huge, as compared to NJ Patels. There is a ready made chapati shop just like other locations .. loved the veggie puffs and other items like samosas, dabeli buns etc. vegetables are fresh .. and we get almost all Indian items here . Billing can be quick but I think it’s ok. Lots of parking available. Was surprised to see good restrooms too ;) overall a good shop.
Great selections and an abundance of items. Brightly lighted store offering many Indian and a selection of non-Indian products. Pricing are reasonable. As for fruit and vegetables, those are extremely fresh and you can taste it when eating it! Dont forget to check out the bakery area.....the line is long for roti but it is worth it!! The staff is very friendly and helpful!
Excellent shop, wide variety of groceries and fresh vegetables. The layout is nice and shoppers friendly. Staffs are very cordial... one of the best Patel stores in USA.
These guys need to fix the process of Roti. Its a great concept but lacking leadership and organization.
My go to Indian grocery store. Very happy that they opened this location closed to where I live. Earlier it was too far to go. Had a nice collection and very friendly staff. The homemade food in their kitchen is the best you can get from any Indian grocery store.
The best place in town to get fresh Indian Fruits and vegetables (including Green Leafy veggies). Also the Indian snacks options are great here including the cookies and the option for buying South Indian sweets and snacks.
Patel Bros has a great selection of groceries. The store was neat and with ample amount of space and lighting. Visited on Sunday, so vegetables are okay. I believe fresh vegetables will arrive on some other week day. Friendly staff and good prices!!
I shoppednfor 1hr and then stood in the checkout lane for 30mins and the lane was closed in between. Other lanes were jammed...very bad experience
This is a nice big store with more variety than I have seen at any other Indian store. They even have a fresh roti counter where you can get freshly made chapatis on demand. Bear in mind that the chapati counter closes at 5pm while the store closes at 8.We tried some of their fresh snacks (like samosas, puffs, rolls, khandavi, etc.) but didnt like them at all. They were very oily, didnt tatse good and caused severe acidity. Hence the 4 stars.Otherwise it is a fantastic store and has lots of checkout counters. The staff is very friendly and there is tonnes of free parking.
Everything and anything you could possibly need for Indian cuisine is here. Consistently good service. Fresh produce goes fast! Would recommend.
Great place for Indo-Pak groceries. The Decatur store is bigger and more impressive than the Johns Creek location. The only thing I didnt see was a fresh meat counter.
I love this shop. Its unique that this shop carries many local brands like Green Harvest Millets that you dont find else where in Atlanta. I regularly buy green harvest millets here. Thank you Patel brothers for getting us best quality products.
Recently visited the Patels in Alpharetta. It is pretty clean and has lot of varieties of food. The kitchen was empty being Sunday. But I heave heard good things about it. Hopefully next time I get some fresh food to eat there.
Very well organized and clean place to shopping indian grocery and vegetables and much more...
All Desi groceries in 1 place. Best fresh snacks.
Nice, clean, lots of options to chose from, friendly staff. I prefer shopping indian grocery here over other more congested stores. Theyve fresh vegetables for the most part. If anything, they can potentially extend their fresh food hours and also improve the quality. Their kitchen is not helping improve sales from my family for sure, neighbor store is much better. They have few curry and snack options but meh, i dont care much. Ive seen long lines for fresh chapati, which are great.
Very spacious.Enough variety of Indian and other food as well.
Well organized and clean Indian grocery store. Wide variety of Indian snacks are available here.
In this world there is no humanity left.I was at patel bros calibre street suwanee ga stood in line for 30 mins to buy rotis. My mom passed away and i was holding a service at home needed three packs of rotis. The gentleman at roti station denied as they have only limit for two then I requested Iam holding a service for my mom who passed away im hoing to have lot of people st home needed extra one packet this guy told me - everybody says that to buy rotis. This is unbelievable ! I told him do you need a proof. I went ahead an talk to the manager or supervisor his name is yash.. explained him about the behavior of the employee. He also said we have 2 packets rule. I respect the store policy but its once in a life time people come with special request..Im not going to give any business to them Im not going back to Patel bros! This is unbelievable.
Nice indian grocery place. Clean and spacious. U will find vegetables, fresh rotis, and many more.
I like this store because its spacious and clean compared to some other Indian grocery stores in the area. The prices are very competitive and good selection of Indian groceries. Cashiers are fast and good(dont expect greetings from the. Because they dont greet, but good at checking out fast)
Unlike other Indian stores, this one is very neat, spacious and everything is in order. I like how they arranged everything. You get fresh chapati, and a lot of veggies there.
On Saturdays and Sundays, have additional help in the fresh roti section. I waited an hour now to get rotis!
Nice place for Indian groceries and spices but please note that they don’t have non vegetarian items and meats
This Patel Brothers location is very modern. I like the large spaces between aisles and the produce section is so spacious. They also have free electric car charging while you shop. That is a really nice perk for an EV owner like me. They also accept Apple Pay and their parking spots are bigger and plenty. Their kitchen also has some good stuff including eggless cakes. Even their restrooms are clean.
One place for every thing . Very clean and spacious. Don’t miss the fresh chapathi counter at the back corner
Nice place for vegetables, Indian and Asian items
Another HUB, feel like home.
Huge store.. variety of fresh vegetables.. best quality products.. well managed store.
I am use to of my local patel brother. But this one tops. Clean, large isles and good service. With more selection. Almost envy this location. I am local gives great service but opposite in very other comparison. Keep it up guys. Nice job...
Dont buy Swad Rasagulla and Rasamalai at any cost even though they throw buy 1 get 4
Spacious store, not crowded during weekdays and one stop shop for all indian grocery needs.
Huge place. Lots of space and was less crowded than their branch in Decatur.
Amazing place for grocery shopping!
It is spacious, clean, parking lot is big, they should add more item in there live kitchen like Naperville Patel.
Huge store. They have a fresh kitchen as well and so their snacks are cheap and tasty
Very clean and great variety in vegetables and fruits. Checkout aisle are very cramped and could be better spaced
Awesome roti and thepla
Fresh hot chapatis and paratha. Indian food. Huge grocery store. Clean and has every imaginable Indian food possible.
Good store for popular Indian spices and snacks.. all major Indian brands for pulses and grain available
A visit to Patel Brothers never disappoints
Good selection. Very spacious. Slightly costly than Suvidha.
Patel Brothers. Suwanee GA. Great selection of Indian grocery. Full size grocery just like most major grocery stores - Kroger, Publix, Safeway, Ingles, Giant, Giant Eagle or similar. Great produce and freshly made food. Rotis made fresh in special machines. Polite and friendly staff. Managed very well by national grocery chain and the owner.
Very clean and very helpful staff. And pretty spacious. Easy to find everything that you could possibly need for an Indian home.
Good place fir Indian rotis and Indian groceries
Love this store. Great prices. And they take steps to ensure everyone feels like they belong.
Great place for Indian groceries but finding veggies not so fresh now a days, !!
Like this branch for the wide range of items and in store pantry. But only complain is on the billing line, people at billing, ask customers to pack themselves and if you are slow doing that they get irritated and start putting things harshly. Totally disappointing nature. Other helpers will simply be standing in the empty counter watching us instead of packing for the customer.
Excellent. Very big store. Really recommend for Indian groceries.
Nothing can go wrong at Patels
Need to put tesla charger instead of other paid EV charger
Huge and wide variety of Indian groceries, snacks and vegetables, definitely recommend
Really big store. Lots of options for Indian vegetables, snacks, savories and sweets. A separate aisle for snacks. Groceries are very competitively priced compared to other shops. Freshly made food at the in-house restaurant/food preparation place is very attractive that serves fresh chapati, dhokla, kachori and samosas.
One of the best desi food market in the area.
We go there for Rotis but do not expect any reasonable price.in fact some items are costlier than my neighborhood Indian grocery store (Spice hut on old Milton hwy in Alpharetta). Seems like owners are greedy. That said nice and clean store and no parking problems.only Indian store that can give you a feeling of visiting American Super Markets.
Its a good place to shop indian grocery
I dont know much about indian food, but this place had a lot of choices, and a fresh cooked goods area towards the back. they make dosa and naan on site ( apologies if I miss spelled that ) and other indian type foods. I got some roll thing from there to try, the flavor was good even if it was a bit hot for me.
Very clean store, good prices, and stocked shelves. Cashiers were courteous and friendly. Overall good experience, no complaints.
At their snack counter, they started to fill my order and suddenly stopped when they noticed a white person behind me. They then Filled her order immediately and attended to mine after. Just in case anyone was wondering how British conquered india, please come to Patel brother’s for a demonstration.
I love this place! First, lets start with the produce, it seems to be the freshest around! I like the fact that they are welcoming of different cultures. Everytime I shop there the staff is very friendly and willing to help. Everyone including the customers are very courteous and respectful!I originally went there in search of areetha seeds, I can always find them at Patel Brothers! Every visit I always seem to pick up something new to try while I am there.I will definitely be back!
Well laid out. Large selection of products at reasonable prices. Helpful assistants specializing in each product group aisle.
Ever since they have opened this location at Suwanee we have stopped going to Decatur. It is so much better in all aspects, fresher produce, better kitchen, more spacious (can actually practice social distancing during these times).
A massive store with loads of goodies from India, Pakistan, and other far east countries. Great for a pit stop and lots of snacks! Highly recommend!
Fresh Produce at reasonable prices and wide variety.Above all the store is very well organized making this a shoppers bliss, compared to other Indian Grocers.
Except for the vegetables everything is good. The vegetables does not look fresh.
Desi grocery paradise
Great place to buy Indian Groceries
Poor and non-cooperative staffs. Waste of time, dont expect any required groceries from this Patel Brothers store.
This is an excellent place to shopPreviously i used to go to Suvidha, but Patel provides lot of options, much better space, and offcourse much better parking spaceVegetables are also freshKitchen, i am not a big fan off, but is ok
Good grocery store. Wide aisles, feels open and not congested. Fresh made rotis (wheat tortillas) and other Indian snacks are available.
Don’t buy sale item as they are very old and near expire. Also high pricing on regular item. Go to other Indian grocery store.
My favorite Indian store around. I come here whenever I miss my parents. They have a wide variety or product and its all so fresh. The prices are comparable to American stores with the produce. The roti in the back is ok...I miss my mommys Roti. Im glad they do a 4 pack and 25 pack. They also have a different curries too and snacks too. They did a great job handling the safety of customers and employees during the pandemic. However, they are struggling to keep up with demand or keep items in stock. The last few times Ive gone a lot of shelves have been empty or theyre out of things I want. Im sure its because of the pandemic.
This place is excellent for groceries and Rotis. Wanted to give five stars however reduced one star as rotis not available on Monday should’ve been mentioned somewhere (on website or inside store).
Good Indian grocery store.
Good store..spacious and clean.
I loved this place, they have a great selection of curries and different Indian spices. They import a lot of Indian treats that remind me of the stuff I used to buy in Australia. The prices seem pretty reasonable, the ice cream was a bit expensive though.
Perfect place for all Indian groceries and fresh vegetables. Staff is super nice and this store is much cleaner compared to other location. AlsoHave bakery on back for fresh bake goods which is simply delicious. Good location and plenty parking space.
Free charging for EVs. Large store with wide variety of selections and freshly made hot snacks.
Great prices, super super clean. Very nice produce selection. Fresh hot samosa and other pastry prepared onlocation for you to enjoy.
Every Bharatiya items available here. Grocery, cooking items, spices, Ayurvedic medicine, utensils and much more. I especially Loved Anant Bhel, Nasik Chiwda, Shrewsbury biscuits, Ras Malai. Must visit.
Excellent place for Indian items - groceries, veggies and virtual anything food related you may need for home!
One roof all Indian shopping including festivals specials.
Huge place allows for easy social distancing. Good selection of groceries and provisions.
