DO NOT RECOMMEND.Their customer service is so irresponsible.You cannot call to cancel/move out.Even if you physically visit to cancel, You never receive cancellation confirmation.The office never responds to your calls. When phone skips over to customer service representative, the rep. does nothing but say he will email the office to help you out.Rudely hangs up the phone while Im talking.->Reponse to your comment:If you mean GSIM, as in, office representative. They are not available on the phone.The call that skips over to 24/7 Call Center did not take care of my cancellation call until I had to physically be there to cancel.When I visited the office to sign a form to cancel. The representative told me I will get a cancellation confirmation... Never got one.Again, the call center did not try to communicate and resolve the issue regarding cancellation confirmation, but hang up the phone while Im talking. If you want to discuss this further, find me from storage #1199 and call me.

I had a horrible experience with Budget where I reserved a pickup that ended up being unavailable. I had 1 day to move all my belongings from Suwanee to Druid Hills and I was very stressed. I called Go Store It and Ally answered. She was AMAZING!! She got me a 10 ft truck that was half the price of the pickup truck rental that fell through AND managed to hold one that had a full gas tank which was extremely helpful during the gas shortage. She also made a point to get me the box truck because it was raining. She saved my move, my money, and my peace. I also work in customer service and her skills and dedication are above and beyond. Get that girl a raise!

Awesome storage facility. Wide double doors to fit anything through. Alley to your unit is wider than normal. Excellent staff. Nicole set me up in a few minutes.

Greta customer service, process was quick and they follow-up if theres any additional information needed.Update 7/27 Received a 25% rental rate increase after renting at the facility for less than 3 months. I’ve never received such a high increase not even 6 months into my contract with a storage unit. Very predatory practices especially in a global pandemic. Extremely dissatisfied given I was recommended to this specific storage facility. Will be retrieving my items and terminating contract.

The facility and restrooms are always very nice and clean. The decorations they have in the office definitely put me and my family in the halloween spirit! We were very satisfied when we visited Go Store It and rented a storage locker. The area was clean and well kept and easily accessible. And the best part was the monthly cost which was far more affordable and the buildings were new. We would easily recommend Go Store It. Now we will see if indeed our optimism is warranted for the long haul.One note: parking for new customers could be greatly improved.

We searched everywhere for affordable storage in Suwanee. It was so hard to find value! We were SO lucky to find Go Store It at a time when we were about to pay double for a storage unit at Extra Starage or Public Storage. Bella and Heatherann were sent from heaven! Not only were they kind but extremely helpful from the beginning. You would be remiss to skip this place over.

IT IS ALSO ANOTHER DESPERATE ATTEMPT to escape responsibility. We recycled cardboard and plastic containers that once had food or vitamins in them and used them to hold small and fragile kitchen goods like wrapped porcelain spoons. STOP ATTACKING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND FALSELY ACCUSING THEM. GET SOME MORALS AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL SURELY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN THEY MOVE OUT IN THE COMING MONTHS AND YEARS AND FIND OUT THAT THEY TOO HAVE RAT INFESTATION. BY THE WAY CONSUMERS, EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT RAT INFESTATION IS NOT COVERED SO YOU WILL HAVE TO REPLACE 100% OF YOUR ITEMS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. DON’T BE IN OUR SITUATION. DO NOT TRUST GO STORE IT.MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:Our family trusted this facility to storage our belongings. Weve been paying for the unit since Dec 2015 but did not really move in all of our belongings until June/July of 2018. That was the worse decision weve ever made. My husband arrived at our unit number 1035 (a 10 x 10) to pick-up our belongings on March 5, 2019. He immediately noticed the presence of rodent feces (poop). While loading all professionally packed boxes and furniture into our Penske truck, he began noticing that the rat feces were literally everywhere. After making a long and hard 2 day cross country trip with our belongings, we were devastated to start opening our boxes (again, they were professionally packaged) and find that over half of the boxes had been cleverly penetrated by rats. The smell of rodent urine and feces inside of the boxes that the rats got into was overwhelming. Feces and eaten thru packaging, destroyed clothing, and goods were abundant. I am pregnant and vomited from the smells. Our brand new Havertys wood furniture that was still in its original manufacturers packaging was also eaten thru and the furnitures wood apparently fed rats for quite awhile. I am attaching photos. In looking at our packing list and all of the boxes of designer handbags, sunglasses, ski apparel, and business suits that we threw away due to them being ruined by urine, rat feces, and being chewn thru, I estimate our damage to exceed $15,000. This is not even counting sentimental items of our children like their newborn clothes and first blankets etc, which I consider priceless. I spoke with the district manager Jacqueline twice and she could not care less. She tells me that GoStoreIt protects themselves against rodent infestation in the lease agreement but so far they hung up on me and did not call back when I requested the lease agreement. I will have my attorney verify this, but TENANT BEWARE that this is the level of customer service that you will receive. All of these great reviews must be FAKE and written by the owner and his staff. There is no human concern from the staff or management, no decency, or even one single apology that I have gotten from GoStoreIt. After the thousands we paid them, they will of course not refund even one penny. Instead, manager Jacqueline literally just dismisses me as a pain and laughed when I told her I was going to warn the public and submit a Better Business Bureau complaint (which I am). Further, when we moved in to this storage unit, the price was $63 monthly and we were told they were very much on top of pest control. Wilma Spinks was the manager and we trusted her. The property then got sold from CubeSmart to GoStoreIt. GoStoreIt increased our bill every chance they had and their own employee working on site said that they do not like to spend money on basic property maintenance like pest control. When we moved out we were paying $93 monthly instead of the original $63 monthly at move-in and for what? To have our personal property destroyed due to their negligence and cheapness??? BEWARE. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET YOUR VALUABLES DAMAGED AND BRING RATS TO YOUR HOUSE WHEN YOU MOVE YOUR BOXES OUT.

Polite service every single time, the facility is also very clean. Have used them for a year and had a great experience.

Allondra was extremely helpful. My fiancé and I had two units reserved and she was great at canceling the additional unit - she called both of us ahead of our arrival to ensure we were all set. We were able to swiftly get our paperwork completed and our Climate-controlled unit setup.What I like most about this Suwanee location is the easy access off I-85, the climate controlled units, and the availability of carts.

My favorite aspect about this CubeSmart location in Suwanee can be summed up in one word: WILMA. She is the general manager and she is INCREDIBLE. I cannot express in words how much I was dreading finding a storage unit. I stopped by a few places and just didnt feel like I could trust the staff, but at this location, Wilma makes it so much different. Once you meet her, your mind is immediately put at ease. Her personality radiates positive energy and even on those stressful moving days, she can make you feel so much better. Most of all, you just want to TRUST her immediately. You know shes in charge, so you are in good hands. Its sort of like if you were storing your belongings at the home of a family member, thats honestly how comfortable I feel at this location. Plus its a super clean and modern facility and also has great surveillance. In summary, I think Ill love it here and you should too. Just remember, ask for Wilma and youll understand exactly what I mean!

She really sold this place for me: because initially, I was just shopping around. I accidentally left my ID outside. She was patient. She went outside and ensured my passcode would work after hours. She recommended a good lock and offered great pricing!!!- I was sold. So professional! Her personality is definitely a great asset to this company and hopefully she will stay at this location where my storage is! People like this make great managers because they know how to deal with problems without being frustrating to customers!

We were searching around Gwinnett County to find a clean affordable storage unit to store our belongings for our 4 bedroom home until our new home was ready to move into. My wife and I had finally made a decision on where we should store our items and finally settled down and chose CubeSmart located on Sawmill Road. We purchased a climate controlled indoor storage unit from the facility. The staff (Wilma and Tisha) were very courteous and attended to all of our needs. The facility is very clean (its a brand new facility) and boasts a convenient layout with easy indoor and outdoor storage locker access. They provide excellent customer service! This location has really went down since I’ve moved in. I am on the 3rd floor of the building and the elevators have been not working for almost 3 weeks. I have to used the stairs to get to the third floor, which is a huge major inconvenience! Then the workers act like they get an attitude when you ask about when the elevators will be fixed. I don’t know what happened to the gentleman who was there when I moved in but he was very nice. The workers there now are always on their phones when I go down to the office to used the restroom and they never can give you a simple answer when you ask a question. I will be moving out soon and will never use this location again!
