I did have to wait a few hours because of how many cars needed towing (nice day in St. Louis metro. If you live here you get it. The driver that came was Jordan and he was so nice and very professional. Honestly, AAA, pay him more. He’s worth every Penny. Hanging out with your broken down car in the dark is upsetting and a little scary. I was feeling a lot better by the time I got home and that was in large part because of Jordan.

Worked with a travel agent (Ulianna Buxton). She was great. Super nice, very knowledgeable, great to work with. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

After a number of years with Tripple A I had no choice but to cancel my policy. My agent always used the excuse that my e-mail had gone to SPAM. After reaching out through a phone call and making clear the addition of a new vehicle and updates to existing, the quote was double if not triple what I was quoted elsewhere. This is how they reward loyalty?

I called on Saturday morning at 10:30. They had only one agent to answer questions, Lakeisha. She was with another person, and would call me back according to Tess. At 12:00 I called back and Tess said Lakeisha was on another call. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said there was no supervisor in the office today, so she went to get Ken Wests number. When she came back, she said Lakeisha was off the phone. When I told her I called at 10:30 and didnt get a call back, she said she didnt have a message to call me. She could not help me with my problem, and told me I would have to contact the Ohio office- which couldnt help me at 10:00 AM and was closed by this time. Not helpful.

I have had a terrible experience with AAA for Homeowners insurance. I am now questioning if Ill get any kind of service on my car insurance should I have an accident. Im going to cancel it all.

Im giving this a 5star rating because of the customer service I received from Adam (AAA car insurance) HOWEVER. Sherry the receptionist was rude. If you ask question, make sure YOU have the answer. Otherwise youll get the eyebrow lift, rolling of the eyes and rude behavior from her.
