Hazards galore in this poorly-managed and sparsely-stocked store. Target Store Swansea has apparently never heard of a night shift. Stocking shelves and safety also appear to be foreign terms to the incompetent employees, as well as the concept of customer service. AN EPIC FAILURE! Sorry excuse for a store.

Evan at the Swansea Ma location was so sweet and friendly. One of my items didnt scan correctly and he was over before I could even look to see if someone was coming. He fixed it quickly and wished me a good day with a smile on his face, and as I was leaving he made a point to smile again and say thanks have a good day. Amazing customer service!

Cashier was friendly and fast. Order was ready to go and items were in good condition. There was not wait time at all and the pickup area was clean and uncluttered for the most part. This is my favorite Target location, always a pleasure to shop here.

One of my favorite targets! Always clean, well stocked, and staff is friendly. They could use more cashiers at times since they tend to have long lines most of the time, but drive up service is always speedy and accurate!

Had finally found one LEGO city box right on the toy shelf for my son for Christmas as the entire toy section is wiped out and there is little to nothing to choose from. When I got up to the register after ringing in the over 150$ worth of merchandise the I purchased. The woman at the register rings up the LEGO city toy and for some reason it is not going through. Another supervisor comes over and literally tells me that that one thing is not supposed to be out on the shelf yet so I can not buy it. After spending hours in the store trying to pick through whatever they had left(I assume they are not restocking until after Christmas) I find at least something for my son for Christmas and I mean there is nothing in any target or Walmart in my area and they tell me I can not buy it! How it is my fault that someone put that out before they were supposed to? What was so special about this item that they could not allow me to buy it due to their employees mistake? I’ve see this same item for years sitting on toy shelf’s of big stores in my area! This was just ridiculous and unfair! So now once again back to square one and tomorrow is Christmas Eve. FYI it was literally a LEGO city road that you can build with a couple of spot signs and traffic cones! So crazy of them to really not sell me something so irrelevant!

Good products with decent prices

A little more expensive than other places, but I do like the fact that they have almost everything that I need in 1 stop...a great selection of items to choose from, and its a very clean, well organized store.

The store is perfect - everything needed is always in stock and the store is clean and is safe especially during the pandemic. Going in is fast and easy - all protocols are followed from all the staff - This is a HUGE deal with the world that we are living in.

My go to for pokemon cards. Collector before the hype and could always get what we needed. However cant find any. Could find Cocomelon toys for my son though. So thats a plus.

Very disappointing experience tonight. I’ve been a consistent shopper at this target for years now but after the way my friends and i were treated tonight, i question if i will be making and further visits. We originally made the trip so i can get some more facewash and decided first to stop and say hello to our friend who works in the electronics. When we got there we saw this friend was tied up helping a customer. So as we waited, we casually browsed around and did the typical banter that friends partake in. No swearing, no obscenities, nothing rude, nothing disruptive; none of that. I work retail myself so i try to do my best to respect the workers there and try to be the least intrusive customer possible. We made our way to the speaker section where you push the buttons that make the display speakers turn on. We turned a couple on and began laughing at the absurdity of the music selection. Then, a seemingly unhinged employee made his way towards angrily yelling at us and repeating the phrase: “NOT TODAY”. He then threatened to kick us out of the store. This was very bizarre bc in my youth i had been kicked out of stores before but i always felt it was justified in some way; despite not being happy about it. This was very different and frankly kind of dehumanizing. Never before I have ever seen a retail worker so crazed and upset. You must keep in mind too, they were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot on account of the snow so its not like this was exactly a busy night. This associate’s nametag read “Nelson” and I gathered that he was a manager of some sort. If you’re somehow reading this Nelson, im sorry you were having such a rough day but to take your anger out on paying customers simply just bc you felt like you could is simply wrong and makes you are an embarrassment to all other retail workers in my eyes.

Because I asked a team member to please find Philips red and white Christmas lights for me that were on sale....there were only two packages out on the floor. He looked on his scanner and went into the back room and was able to bring them out for me! Now that is VERY good customer service .

As much as I love this store (and visit it far too often), they could really stand to stock their shelves more regularly.I recently purchased some flavored Seltzers, which happened to be the last ones. Checked back for over a week, and they hadnt been restocked. So I thought to place a pick up order via the Target app, and lo and behold, they were available for pick-up after a few hours.My question is, why was it available for me to order through an app, but not actually put out on the shelves?

After todays experience with the cashiers, I dont think Ill be going to this location anymore. she was extremely rude, had the nerve to Shush me because she thought she knew better. The only cashiers I ever have an issue with is the older women. Needless to say, Ill be staying away from this location for a while

This target is the absolute worst they constantly say they have stuff in stock only to order it for pickup and then get an email 2 hours later saying its no longer available happens all the time only at this target

Clean stores, friendly staff, good selection of products. Would have given a 10 but some items are priced a bit higher than other stores

They have a ton of stock in place even during the covid. The aisles are clean and organized and toy selection is huge which is great since toy stores have gone out of business.

Since the pandemic the organization of the store has declined significantly. The signs on the aisles do not always reflect what is in them and dish soap is mixed with laundry etc. Keeping the shelves well stocked in the fresh grocery area was a problem pre pandemic but now it looks like the apocalypse has hit.

This a super neat and clean store with well stocked shelves and great prices. Far more convenient and clean than Wally World. Excellent management and pleasant staff. Great selection of quality merchandise.

I like shopping at Target because of all the different vegan things they offer. The associates are usually very nice and helpful.

Love the ease of the ordering and notifications and the curbside pickup. No one does it as efficient as Target.

DON’T EVER DO DRIVE UP!!!Bad team leader service! One of the manager Nick lied about how long I should wait for a drive up order to show up unless on resolve the problem of lack of team members. He got interrupted by another lead member Adriana who told me to wait for the 45 mns while they had the stuff in stock. Waited for the next 24 minutes she finally realized that I waited for too long. When I speak up my mind in regards on the service they gave and my background as retailer she apologized and have everything solved.

I just purchased a $100 dollar of headset. Brought it home to discover the cord is served from the headset. I was told they cannot accept returns or exchanges. So be aware, they will take your money but will not stand by their purchases.

This is one of many targets that I shop. This is the most convenient location for where I live. I spend most of my money at this one. It is neatly organized and can usually find the stuff on my list with one stop. Friendly staff too.Willettes Optical Paradise Approved! 👍

I always hated Target because the layout seems to make no sense at all, until I forced myself to get to know it a little better. Its not a bad store, although the fresh produce is often not very fresh.The mens apparel is nice and cheap, which I like because I dont care a whole lot about fashion and prefer to be comfortable. I love the little clearance end caps where they put the crap that doesnt sell... Ive found some awesome stuff in there!

The overall atmosphere is blah. Try at least some classical music in the background .Today register 4 was broken, had to move all the items to register 6 off the conveyor belt. Register 6 light was broken and the cashier and I had to wait for the manager to get a price for a clearance item that was ringing in full price. I took a picture of the clearance stand as to where I got the item and where several items were because there was no ticket. Manager Tyler said he could not verify it was a clearance item and offered 10 percent off. No thanks. Not worth it for the price and the inconvenience. Sad that I now prefer Wal-Mart over Target, shopping at Target has declined over the years. Their loss.

The cashier was treated unfairly and with attitude.by the manager. When she finally came to register the cashier explained in a very calm and professional. she asked for help with her change. everyone seem to be giving large bill of cash as payment . anyway when she called the manager over she explained that she ran out of cash and there were people starting to form a big line all because the manager never brought over her change the first time she asked. it was not her fault but the managers. she should never treated a coworker like she did . i felt really bad for the girl.

I love Target. Its one stop shopping for me. Go in for a few things and come out with a cart full :)

Target in Swansea is always organized and they offer great customer service. The only negative is there is no background music and it can give a low vibe. Makes you want to shop quick and leave.

I dont know if its corporate or management, but the misses/womens clothing department is sparse and whatever clothing they do have is a bunch of floral grossness. The bathing suits that nobodys buying are well stocked. Good job 👎

My local Target store has gone downhill so bad their shelves are constantly empty so shopping there so shopping there is becoming pointless.

Bought a faulty item, and tried calling to see if I could return it, and after doing all prompts, I get a busy signal.

Most stores in the MA area have dull unattractive styles. The buyer for most household designs are women. We decorate constantly, they need to expand there interest in styles. Grab womens attention to group styles in decor. Tired of going out of state to find interesting, modern styles to be shipped home.

Had a lot of trouble getting confirmation from store about second pkg was at store. I had received email saying part of order was available and rest was to be delivered 10/25 to store, called, waited long time for someone to answer guest services and was told pkg. was not there. Called back on 10/26/ Again waited long time for answer, no one answered, after 7 minutes called back some thing only this time line disconnected. Called back and asked to speak to Manager, waited awhile, he came to phone couldnt find order under my name after spelling last name for him (Zack) but did find it under order# and said both packages were there to be picked up. Asked why I didnt receive second email saying 2nd package was at store and he said Corporate if responsible tor emails. I went to pick up packages shortly thereafter. These were gifts for my great-granddaughters birthday and I didnt want to be out in upcoming bad weather reports that were broadcast for this area on Saturday.

You pretty much have everything plus on line shopping if I cant make it to the store

Years ago target was a great place to shop but the shelves empty hardly nothing on the shelves it was a great manager they had years ago that they had mark and assistant manager Lisa but now whoever is running it its a no-go.

Found the perfect bedding and got lunch, too.

Easy to find things, renovation will be nice, and not too messy in the meantime, more cashiers responding in a timely manner would have been greatly appreciated!

Store does not price match, wrong prices on signs, open make up being sold, asked employee were an item was person had no idea and looked like they was high on marijuana. Horrible parking. Only good thing is Starbucks, and cleanliness.

Erin refused to price match an identical item as Best Buy because it was a $30 difference. I called target corporate who offered to match the price and ship them to me but I needed them for an upcoming trip. They coordinated with the Belleville target who gladly price matched Best Buys price.

Clean store. Easy to navigate. Customer service is good. Parking situation is terrible. Everyone shops here. Prices are average.

Dont quite understand why half of the items in your store have no prices. And when i found an item I wanted it was suposed to be on sale yet it rang up at regular price. I feel like if I didnt pay extremely close attention you would have robbed me of my money that I should have never had to pay.

This store use to hustle with activity, now there was just 1 cashier and 5 people waiting in line. They did have some of those wrected self checkouts open and a few used those.
