Went in the store in Swansea on Friday morning spoke to April was very Helpful told her my price range and she accommodated me unfortunately I did not have my wife with me went back on Sunday was told April is not working spoke to Steve again Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful made a deal mattress was delivered today Tuesday very professional delivery peopleNice neat and clean and quick all in all very satisfied with the sale and the delivery would definitely recommend someone else

Extremely over priced mattresses. The deals and MSRPs are fake. Word of advice, if you find a cheap mattress there, there is 100% a better deal online, and much better. There is no reason for anyone who does thier research to buy a mattress from this place. The only thing this place is good for is trying mattresses...before you buy online. The people who work here are good salesmen, please dont fall for it.

Talked with Oscar Laponte from the Swansea store. He did everything he could to make sure I got the most and best for my dollar. He was super accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Went here just before the Labor Day sale and was looking to purchase a mattress. We saw some we liked, and so had the manager look into credit options. Opened my mail this afternoon and found that he had signed me up for a credit card. Canceled the card on the scammiest sounding system ever, and immediately filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and specifically named this store. STAY AWAY, they are con-men.

Best place to buy a mattress and box spring. This is a smart place to go to save a lot of money and get the same product you would Elsewhere for a lot less.

I recently purchased a Mattress set from the Swansea, Ma., location.I met with Brenda one evening who was very friendly, informative and took her time showing me a number of options.I returned a few weeks later to make my decision and met with Brian Furtado who was just as wonderful in showing me around the showroom to help make the right choice.Brian gave me several different ways to make it easiest for me for follow thru with this purchase. As well as being friendly, informative and a gentlemen, plus I never felt pressured or rushed.Thank you for a pleasant experience.I would highly recommend this location!

Do yourself a favor and never shop here. Still dealing with a return on a mattress/box spring. The sales staff was exceptionally dishonest and the bed we received(even after the month) was nothing like the one in the store. By the way theyre nasty when you want to do returns, charge fees, take long lengths of times to return calls, and refuse to work with the customer at all. By far the worst experience Ive had with a company in my entire life.

I purchased a mattress that ended up being cheaper online than it said in store! Also never recieved my cool pillow after spending over $599 he said the deal was over. Yet again online said differently. also was charged delivery after being told i wouldnt be. Nevermind the fact he told me it would be delievered for free and i wouldnt need my boyfriends truck. Will be back there tomorrow to fix this. Wish he wasnt trying to con me i wouldve been A LOT happier with an honest sale. Not to come home go on the website and be pissed off for the next 24 hours until i go back
