They always make me feel welcome even though I usually have to bring all four of my kids with me. They also make my kids feel comfortable and heard when we have to go there. Only good things to say about them.

Thank you Nurse Diane and Dr. For giving me my life back. I get weekly injections to cope with a number of allergies but life is much better for me now.

Dr Lee is amazing. My daughter is always at ease when we see him and he takes the time to answer all of her questions and ensure he explain things thoroughly so she understands what is going on.

I dont leave negative reviews very often because I work in customer service and I know the impact bad reviews can have but people deserve to know before they schedule an appointment with this ENT. Heres my exact experience with this ENT: My doctor recommended I give them a call to set up an appointment. I took the number and planned to call them when it was convenient. A few weeks later my mother (Im married and living on my own by the way) receives a call saying that I have an appointment that same day and if I dont show up Ill be charged a no show fee. Since I am a full-time working adult, I was unable to make that appointment. I had to plead with them every time I came to the office for an appointment to drop the no show fee. I explained as clearly as I could that my doctor must have made the appointment on my behalf without my consent. Eventually, they dropped the fee but that is only the beginning. After a few visits, Dr. Czerny recommended a CT Scan. I said that I would only consent to a scan if it was fully covered by my insurance. She said she would check and my wife and I waited for 30-40 minutes for that process to take place. She returned and said that it was covered so I agreed to the scan. A few weeks later, I am now living out of state and I start receiving calls saying that I owe Sound Health Services $106. Turns out, they checked my insurance as Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. This after I told them that its Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri every time they screwed up my co-pay. I called them and told them I was not paying for their error and they pawned the debt off to a 3rd party debt collector who I now have to back and my credit score has been affected negatively. Needless to say, dont ever use these guys.

The nurse practitioner there was not personable at all. She acted like she did not want to be there or help you. Then then did an endoscopy which took all of 20 seconds and they charged $550.00 and my insurance only covered about $200 of that leaving me almost $300. They charged more for 20 seconds of looking up my nose than the hospital charged for my mammogram and ultrasound. I am sure they are living large with the money they are raking in. Then they do not even let you make payments unless you pay at least $100. Needless to say I canceled all future appts and will NOT be going back there. Rip off!

We were changing our insurance to a high deductible plan beginning January 1. When we made an appointment for our daughter to have surgery, we made it very clear that the only way we could schedule the surgery is if it occurred before the end of the year. The office knew this was our priority. At the time of surgery, the office scheduled our daughter for a follow up visit on January 6, which we assumed would be included in the original charge for the procedure. The appointment took less than five minutes and the charge was $1,752. We disputed this because we made it very clear that all charges must be submitted by the end of the year and asked why the followup appointment was not included in the original cost. We requested the office remove the charges and Dr. Carl Lee declined and they stated that follow up appointments are not included as part of the procedure costs. We strongly discourage anyone from receiving services from this greed-driven facility.
