Brought my car here for a service and a factory recall repair. It was a pricey service, which I was fine with because I assumed it would be worth it. The car overheated within twenty miles...the car has never had a coolant issue before. There is clearly a coolant leak that was not there when I brought it in. The tech inadvertently broke a coolant line while making an unrelated repair. While this was very inconvenient,the dealership fixed the issue at no charge.
I brought my Ford Taurus in for extended warranty work, they changed out bearings, when they returned my car to me I noticed that my passenger side rear plastic molding around the tire was popped out, I know I didnt do anything to cause this damage and am sure that the technician damaged it with the lift, I dont know how he could have missed it, but they chose not to repair it and returned my car damaged
My wife and I have some very poor buy experience,(2016 Ford F-150) and one of the best buying experiences of our lives. Amanda(2021 Ford F-150) Mills is without a doubt one of the most patient sales professionals that we have ever worked with.We live almost seventy five miles from Monadnock Ford. Amanda took additional pictures so I could compare to the MSRP sheet.Both Amanda and Jesse in the finance department. Were a great pleasure to work with. If Amanda and Monadnock Ford have a vehicle that you are interested in. Dont walk, get there as fast as you can.
This place is the reason dealerships get a bad rep.My service experience at Monadnock Ford was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My household has an older Fusion that had a few recalls that needed to be addressed. I chose Monadnock Ford because they were able to work around my schedule and get me setup with a loaner. I arrived for my 8:30am appointment at 8:15am, under the assumption we’d need to do loaner paperwork and that would take a just a few minutes. I walked in to a dark, empty service department. There were a few people behind the cashier’s window drinking coffee and talking, and some guy in an office telling someone on the phone about his current medical issues, but nobody came to greet me. Finally, I was introduced to Graham. We arranged the loaner paperwork and discussed one thing I wanted done (for which there would be a small charge). This is something that takes just a few minutes for a tech to do and they wanted to charge me for it. At zero point during the day did Graham actually contact me to update me, unless it was during the noon hour when he called to sell me unnecessary work. I had to call, got left on hold twice and hung up on by the phone system after 10 minutes on hold. 3rd try, I got to Graham who was rude and very poorly versed in what had happened to the car. I called back looking for the General Manager, but apparently he’s dodging me too.This is not the place to go if you value your time, or want to be met my a professional service team. Buy a Chevy, instead. You’ll be happier.
If you want to get into a Ford or even a fine selection of used vehicles (I happen to know that there is a well cared for BMW on the lot), talk to Stephen Huff at #MONDADNOCKFORD. I knew buying a new car with the supply chain challenges (chips, shipping etc) would be different this time around, but Steve and the folks at #MONADNOCKFORD were able to make me a great deal and get me into a brand new Bronco Sport. Just received delivery of my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid from Monadnock. I got a great deal through an internet quote and Robert there walked me through getting that quote guaranteed, arranging a no pressure test drive, and eventually having the vehicle delivered to our front door. Robert was incredibly easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and responsive to questions and requests. I would definitely return to Monadnock for any future purchase.

I have received horrible service twice now. The first time I was insulted after saying the value/asking price of a truck just wasn’t there for me, I was abruptly informed they were sorry they didn’t have a vehicle I could afford. It wasn’t the dollar amount, it was the dollar amount on that specific vehicle. This was about a year ago.I decided to give them another chance and reached out about a truck as my needs are growing. I asked a specific question about a truck and was told I’d get an answer the following day. It’s been a week. Based on the other reviews it seems that aBased on the other reviews it seems that Amanda Mills is great if you are buying a new car but doesn’t seem to have time for the used car side.

I had a great experience w/ Chris and Graham from the service dept. Chris was helpful and pleasant and went out of his way to accommodate scheduling my sons car before Christmas. I received a follow up call, as promised to confirm my VIN and Ford part number. A difficult installation of a Ford dealer option also was completed without any issues. There is no comparison to other dealers in the area. Monadnock Ford is, by far, the best in customer service.

I used to think all garages were full of slacker mechanics who just threw things together and shipped the car whether it was fixed or not. Thats because I took my car to three different garages in the Monadnock region for an issue with the ABS, traction control, and stabilitrak. However Monadnock Ford fixxed my car first time very quickly and for a fraction of the cost of what Id spent at other garages. The team of mechanics they have working in that garage is by far the best in the area and their skill level is through the roof!
The service is ALWAYS without fail slow. When they tell you a time that your car should be ready by, be prepared to tack on an extra hour or two. The majority of the service people at the desk are friendly. However, that can only get you so far. One of the only reasons I went here for service was because they stored tires for their customers. As of the beginning of this year they no longer provided that service. In the midst of getting rid of the trailers that held the tires, they misplaced 2 of mine but without thinking twice wanted to replace them for me for free. However, since I did not “pick them up in a timely enough manner for their convenience”, they got rid of those as well and were not as pleasant about replacing those ones. On top of that, back to my first point, the service I was having done that day as well should have only taken a half hour but suddenly turned into an hour and a half. Needless to say, from now on I will be finding other locations to provide services for my vehicles. I would not recommend going here, especially if you value your time.

Its a car dealership so you cant expect much. The delivery came several hours after I was told - thats not an issue. Felt somewhat rushed to buy the vehicle. Dont expect any real APR percentages on financing quotes - they just give you a monthly payment range, which is of no use to a buyer hoping to minimize interest (see image). Beautiful drive there, but an average experience for a car dealer.Bumped this down to 1 star. There were numerous paperwork problems (wrong address on almost everything I signed.) I was promised overnighted corrections, but it took a week AND a prompt from me to get that going as well and was told they were being proofread. For a week, really? Incredibly sleazy to lie to customers who have already bought a car.Take your business elsewhere.
Had an appointment for 0900. I called at 1 pm and they told me the vehicle had not even been in yet because I dropped it off before I went to work and didn’t note on the envelope when I wanted it back by... Really? I estimate it should take about an hour, tops, for an oil change, the appointment was at 9 so I want my vehicle back at 10. Appointments are made for a reason, so people can plan their day. Would it be acceptable if you made a doctors appointment for 9am and they made you sit in the waiting room until 3 because you didn’t indicate when you wanted to leave by? I finally received a call back at 3pm telling me that the vehicle was ready. When I got there to pay they acted like it was my fault because I didn’t tell them I wanted my oil changed at 9 am when my appointment was scheduled for. Well needless to say, if you don’t mind a 6 hour oil change this is the place for you. Very disappointed in monadnock ford.

Bought a used truck in July (not even a Ford) and had a great experience. Very easy process working with Robert, the Truck was in great shape, and the Dealership was honest: when doing the customary inspection, the tires would not pass and they replaced them with a quality brand new set of tires without discussion. That was a nice surprise when I went to pick it up, not having to deal with the expense of new tires soon after driving off the lot.

If 0 stars was an option I would give them that. Drove 500 miles round trip for a car to find out it was so misrepresented in pictures that is beyond imagination. Car was used as a farm vehicle or something, both outside and inside were trashed. And the sales people said it was super nice to lurk me in. Wasted all day and came back empty handed. They lied to me car was fixed with OEM parts which was not the case. STAY AWAY!

We brought our car in with transmission issues. The service writer was not only more than polite and helpful, but he made us feel like he truly cared. The problem was rectified quickly and my wife picked up the car. After driving about 5 miles the problem came back. Needless to say she was quite upset. I called back to the dealer and let them know that she was going to try to make it back. When she pulled into the lot our service writer was out front waiting for her. That was a classy move!! He reassured her they would take care of it and sent her inside to talk to the young lady in service to get her a loaner vehicle. Knowing she was afraid to drive the pick up the lent her earlier she set her up in a brand new small SUV. The problem turned out to be a defective new part. Nothing within their control. The service manager even drove it himself just to make sure. What an awesome experience this was! This was like old school customer service. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealer to anyone anytime. Thanks again, Mark Bouchard.

Saturday, August 1st we were heading to another dealership to look at new to me cars. As we drove by Monadnock Ford we decided to pull in for a quick peek. Im a pretty tough to please customer. I know what I like and dont like. I dont like driving. I only do it out of necessity and I dont like red cars. We had a price point, condition of car and mileage in mind before we stopped. When we drove through the lot, a red Buick caught my eye. We were looking to replace my faithful 2003 Buick. A salesman, Craig Melanson came out to greet us and after a few minutes of no pressure chit chat. I was behind the wheel taking her for a test ride. As I mentioned already. I dont like driving and I dont like red cars. Well I fell in love. When we returned to the dealership, we sat down and talked numbers. A couple of hours later I was the proud owner of a 2012 Buick Lacrosse with low mileage. Craig made the whole process pressure free and enjoyable. I will be visiting Craig again when we need to replace one of our vehicles. I give his 5 Stars.

Parts department has no idea what they are looking for and takes them 20 minutes to find it. Only reason I gave two stars was because both gentleman I talked to on each separate occasion were very polite over the phone.
