Me and my significant other wandered into this gem on a whim, and were immediately overwhelmed by the beauty and organization of the well-cared for and clearly valued products this little shop carries. We were immediately met by an extremely kind and helpful staff member, who was a true, friendly joy to talk to while she assisted us in locating a table lamp for our new apartment. Though at first it didnt seem like they were currently carrying the type of lamp I was looking for, this staff member acted with such patience and went above and beyond - even showing us the most recently arrived lamps that were in the rear of the store and not yet out on display. Their prices were fair, and she negotiated to assist us in our mission whenever she could - customer service that I havent experienced at most any shop, let alone a consignment shop. Low, and behold, we finally located a lamp we adored - a piece of treasure we adored for a beyond reasonable price. I even found a ring in the display case I fell in love with for just a couple of dollars.However, the true treasure we found in this blooming business was the face that met us when we got to check out at the cash register. The owner of this beautiful shop was a complete joy to meet, a pleasure to talk to, and a fortune to connect with. With such a strong, bright, and genuine, personality, its no surprise to me why the customer service in her shop is of the highest standard and caliber, as are the products that are put out for display and sale. Wandering into this shop was an impromptu decision at the time - but it ended up being a blessing to encounter a local business of such quality to patronize long into the future. Fanny knows whats shes doing. Organized setup, excellent inventory, and tunes in to her customers wants. I went there to do some hodgepodge shopping for my sons Halloween costume and came out with more than I anticipated. She even threw in a pair of sunglasses for free to go with his James Bond look. Fun place!
