Was told clearance couch defect as only 4 or so rip bottom back. Taped as I requested>thank You. But as facing couch left upper top seam not connected, stitching pulled away&wood&stuffing visible. Still like the couch. My fleeing Cincinnati with little money, at least have.Delivery men probably worked overtime to help this Senior have a place to lay her head in new residence>subsidized senior housing. One fellow needed use of my restroom. Strongly suggesting post>hand washing.The queen mattress set-up was last job of eve. The corner where fella handled had dirt and pink hue. As a retired nurse, have to assume fellas unwashed hand had a cut. Important to client, respect of hygiene etc.I am sure the 5:30-6pm delivery, both men worn. So I did my best to clean and sanitize area. Payment of all items in full was over $5,000. Was told since no full size mattress of plush in stock, and twin not desired, queen or a 6 wk wait. I bought a mattress cover, but wish You had bed bug cover to sell. The mattress is near 14deep. Many cities have problems with bed bugs, this one included.But under circumstances of my need to escape long term harm in Cincinnati, fleeing only what I could fit in my car, this Senior female lucked out for I could no longer afford hotels and I knew nothing about this area; GPS could get No signal. I am new to the area and unexpectedly needed a new couch due to my couch not fitting through the apartment door to get into my apartment. My leasing manager recommended I check out Frazier’s and I am SO HAPPY I did!! Amity greeted me right upon arrival inquiring if I were looking for something specific in which I was. She showed me options, was very knowledgeable about the products and pricing and was very personable. I had random questions and thoughts about the durability of the furniture and the size of it in my apartment. She DREW OUT A MAP OF MY LIVING ROOM with measurements I had and then took a tape measure to the couch and showed me exactly the space I’d have surrounding the couch.She didn’t pressure me into anything and allowed me to shop the showroom and think. When I made my decision to purchase an item she made the transaction seamless and quick.It was delivered within a few days in which that was also seamless and they were careful handling my couch and bringing it into/setting it up in my apartment.I am so happy with my first piece of “adult furniture” and I already recommended someone to in to see Amity for their furniture needs!

The salesperson was really helpful and I found exactly what I wanted very quickly. The two delivery people were on time, professional and very careful. They even checked the legs on my dining room table to make sure they were tightly secured.

We had looked for a long time for furniture that would fit our our living room. We were interested in in a small sectional and a chair that swivels. We went all over and then found Frasier& Son. Nicole M. was a huge help and knew just how much to help. We were shocked that we could pick out fabric and have the sectional back in 3 weeks.The delivery was set up exactly as scheduled and the delivery crew was great. They were respectful of the halls, the walls etc. and they worked hard to pull it off. Raised ranches are not the easiest.Frasier & Son has been a wonderful find. Thank you all so much.

Our sofa sleeper buying experience was uniformly positive, starting with the helpful but not pushy sales person and concluding with the friendly and punctual delivery guys. There was a faint spot I noticed on the upholstery upon arrival, and the delivery guys BOTH reported it and cleaned it. Very cool.

Not the greatest in quality or customer service. Waited days to resolve a new furniture claim. Do not recommend!

Walked in there today picked out a dining table and buffet was willing to pay cash $2200 but wanted a red tag (scratch and dent) table or the $49 delivery waived. Was told there was no negotiating, that’s sad and poor business in my opinion. Great thing is, I drive 30 seconds down the road and purchased a wonderful set from better people for half the price.That’s not it at all, you can be as a matter of fact as you wish, just reinforces my judgement to walk.

I am very disappointed with the service team. I bought a couch which I absolutely love, it is a lazy boy and is very comfortable. However, there are to many dishonest people working at this company. When I bought the couch the sales rep told me that billing would start upon delivery of the couch. I have a sales receipt showing that I picked the couch up on August 4. I received no bill in September so I called to find out where that was. Come to find out, the person whom I spoke with said that, Oh, we (Frazier & Son) never started the billing process. It is started now and you will receive a bill shortly. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED BILL. To make matters worse, I went back to this store to get this straightened out because I wanted to buy more furniture. The sales rep I spoke with this time, the same lady who sold me the couch, told me that, I never told you that the billing would start upon delivery of item. Truth is, yes she did. Then I told her about my conversation I had with someone at the store about the billing process not being started, this woman again told me that that wasnt true. I WISH I NEVER OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE! I need to furnish my whole house and guess who will NOT be getting my business? The dishonest people at Fraziers, thats who.

Super friendly staff. They make your fee welcome and dont follow you around or press for a sale. Furniture is of varying quality, depending on the line. But theyll steer you toward the high quality stuff if you are willing to pay.

I found the prices to be very high......l bought furniture in there about 10 years ago. I was very happy with the price and couch, which I still have today....a quality piece does not go out of style Im not looking for cheap prices cause with that comes cheap furniture, but I couldnt find anything in there that was reasonable, Ill have to shop somewhere else
