Locals shop here. Some good prices, some high. Plenty of parking. Fresh produce. Fresh flowers. Basically everything you could want. A bit of trouble finding staff to help me. Check out people were friendly and efficient. Id shop here over other stores even if some prices are higher because it isnt crowded and its easy to access.

I love this store! The service is phenomenal, the store is immaculate and the prices are competitive. I drive from Massachusetts to shop there because it’s the best place I’ve found to shop in the area, BAR NONE!!!!

I went food shopping there last night and I got everything I wanted there fresh fruit is so very good it just got delivered and stocked up I was so very happy. The employees are very nice and helpful also still I use to work for market basket and I love how they keep hiring such very nice and respectful people still to this very day.

The service was very good, and the drink too, but the food on the other hand was not.. We couldnt even eat half of it because it was so bad. Which we all got something different. We brought home the leftovers and my daughter whom was not with us also couldnt eat because the taste was so bad. We spent $150.00 for the bill counting the drink. If youre going to just go for the drink, this place would be a 4 ⭐. But the food 1 ⭐

Large isles make it easy to move around at a faster pace. Great place to pick up a hot meal to eat out in your car or take home and feed a few. Chicken is great all flavors.

I just don’t understand why they store the gallon water on the other side of the cleaning products. I use to get my water here until I kept getting water that smelled and tasted like cleaning products. Even after bringing them back a couple times and telling them why...they still do nothing about it. I can’t be the only person to notice.... it’s so gross. Please do something about it Market Basket if you really care.

The place is clean and the meat, seafood and bread areas have good food, they stock in the middle of the day so a lot of things you are looking for might not be on the shelves

I travel from Chicopee Massachusetts just to come here every 2 weeks. I save a ton of cash on Marlboro 100s. In Massachusetts they are $12 a pack and NH I buy an entire carton for $67. So while Im there anyways I also buy this cheddar & broccoli macaroni salad thats very good. And also maple fudge and huge chucks of milk chocolate you literally need a hammer to bust it up to be able to eat it. Love the ride going

I have been going to Market Basket for 50 years off and on depending on where I have lived. And when it was called DeMoulas before that. Their produce wasnt always the best back then but it has improved dramatically. I always shop around what is on sale that week to save money. Today I was picking up a couple of their chickens that were only $.89 /# for a friend. The staff is always friendly. Its not uncommon to find employees that have been there for 30 years or more. Some started when they were in high school and worked their way up. The stores are always clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate.

I want to say Michelle in the bakery was awesome! She took the time to decorate a cake we purchased for my Girlfriends little girl and her friend. She went out of her way to make it extra special. Very kind lady!

It certainly is big and bright but I am confused why I have to go to 3 different places to buy chicken, what is with that. And I didnt see One plastic bag along any of the meat counters...arent there supposed to be some there??In the frozen food corridor there is No signage above the different sections, just have to guess where things are. Yes at the ends it shows whats there but where ??I like your store but I sure do Not want to spend all day looking for what I need.

Please come to NY! I shop here when I am in MA and NH, but if you were in NY or VT even, I would shop regularly at the Market Basket and no where else.

We love this place and the quality of vegetables and fruits are excellent. Post pandemic situation, we have noticed that all the products are consistently refilled here and the quality has been exceptional. Kudos to the staff for their hard work

My go to grocery store. The keene location is usually always busy. Stock is always good. Prices are the best in town (not including sales at other stores I am a sales flier shopper) Employees are great. Sometimes there is a wait to check out, but only because they are so busy. They always have alot of registers open. All and all a great place to shop for groceries.

Great place to get your groceries! They dont give me a hassel at the door about wearing a mask, but one of the female cashiers treated me poorly. She also failed in properly scanning my stuff. I still enjoy my overall experience. Im always running over there for something and they have a nice variety of foods. Would have given 5 stars, but since some of the workers harass or treat poorly people who choose to not wear a mask and the management allows it ill have to give a 3 today.

Very popular Store and nice people

Not a place I enjoy shopping at anymore. I came in Jan. 2021 to find people not wearing masks, wearing them wrong, going the wrong way down the aisles, and no employee enforcement. Im sorry it falls to the employees to have to be the enforcement, but I just dont feel safe shopping here.

Compared to Peterborough markets it is far better in diversity of choice and prices are better. Cons: Crowds and if you live in Peterborough, its a bit of a hike.

I love this market basket. Its big, clean, and the lighting is dimmer than older MBs, which means its less institutional and more ambient. For me, this creates a better and more calming shopping experience where Im able to think more clearly and move around the store more efficiently.

I was shopping there today and I find the cashier was rude. She spent the time talking with the bagger about the covid shot and complaining about her back instead of taking care of the customer

Two wagons stuck together that I couldnt pull apart. A man came to help me, I thought, but instead he pulled them apart and walked off with the first one. I thought that was very inconsiderate!

Baggers managed to crush bread and marshmallows

Ive been wanting to shop here for almost three weeks. Its over a 30 minute drive and it was a total disappointment! The three things that I specifically went there for they didnt have. Bummer for my birthday. 🙁

There the only place that carry a few different things that i purchase regularly.

The prices of any of their items is great. Although I’m not a fan of their produce at all, I’ve heard some pretty bad rumors about the produce and how they handle it. Other than that, I can’t complain about the rest of the store.

This supermarket has pretty much anything you need at the best prices around. They have a decent fish selection and great produce. The meat selection is also pretty varied so there is something for everyone.

Everything is always fresh and clean

Absolutely awful experience. Went in today and our bagger was so unsocial. Slow as can be that people behind us just wanted to bag their own things. Basically handed our items to us to put away instead of loading cart. Dont get me wrong we always help load our cart . We put everything up organized to for one make it easier on us but also make it easier on the bagger when putting things away. Everything ended up a jumbled mess and our bread was shoved on the bottom of the cart completely smashed. Very unhappy with this experience.

Market Basket is my favorite grocer of all time. The quality, freshness and variety of food here cant be beat and neither can the prices. I cant thank you enough MB for all the money you have saved me over the years. I will be a loyal customer for life if you keep up the high quality and low prices of your products and the fair treatment of your happy employees. This is how to run a retail grocery operation. All you other stores take note: If you want to have people searching for a parking space in your store like they have to do here in this huge lot, MB has the formula down pat.

Carts are being disinfected by their employees and they have disinfecting wipes available. Well mark for inside traffic and even have individual masks for sale at the register. Everything went smooth while shopping and meats were not limited.

Best prices for a grocery store in the area and always properly staffed with checkout people, but....The layout makes absolutely no sense! You end up wasting so much time trying to find where things are because none of it is intuitively placed.
