I can’t thank MKM enough for helping me change my tire on the side of busy highway 84. They went above and beyond to get to me despite heavy Labor Day traffic. They were fast and so nice. They even called around to find me a tire shop in Snyder that could help me get back on the road. Having a flat tire is no fun but the folks at MKM made it so much better. They are a reminder that there are kind people everywhere. Please give them all your business!

Owner had no respect, over charged ( only towed me 10 miles down the road )cause I had out of state plates even though I live in Texas, would not accept my insurance because he was saying he would not get paid even though my insurance has towing coverage. He would also not accept card, told me to go to the atm and go pull $850 out and he will then release my vehicle from the tow truck. do not recommend this place to anyone for any use

My friend and I recently got into a car accident a few weeks back. We were driving from Big Bend on our to Dallas and unfortunately happened to get into a car wreck that left my friends car totaled.We were fortunate enough that our car got towed by MKM Wrecker Service. The tow-trurcker took us to the nearest and cheapest motel to their lot. He knew of other places in the case that we wanted to stay elsewhere.The next day since we were stranded in Sweetwater with no car, we called the office to see if it was possible to fix our car, at least to have it moving, so we could get on our way back to Dallas. Our car was totaled but the office lady at MKMs offered to give us a ride to Abilene, the nearest city, so we could find a car rental place to have us on our way back home. We had issues finding a car rental place but she was still more than happy to drive us through Abilene to different car rental places, and even to Abilene Regional Airport. She even consoled my friend when my friend was crying upon seeing her totaled car again. She also gave us two youngins pretty good advice about life, and what to expect of the insurance process going forward.To her I say, thank you!!! You helped livened this bad experience for us and brought us a sense of reassurance in this inopportune time for us. I feel like Ive became a better individual just from the short one and half hours that we spent it talking to you. Had radiator trouble. Came to tow within 10 minutes. He was nice and respectful.

We were stuck about near Colorado city and were going to be towed there because AAA only covered 7 miles but our driver who was the owner of the company offered to take us to Sweetwater for free cause he was headed there anyway. This company is awesome and I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!!!!
