This was a wonderful experience. The manager was and always is very good at making a person feel at ease and was very helpful with not only me but all the other people in the store, it seemed. Shes a reason I will go back.

Jeana Matt and Zach are great! I had a bedroom set delivered today and they all three made the process so easy! Jeana made my purchase and financing easy and understandable. Matt was a pleasurer to talk to while Jeana did the busy work and Zach with his helper had my bedroom set put together in no time! I cant wait to see them t their new store..

Jeana was surprise nice and very helpful. She showed my wife and I 3 sectionals yesterday and made the process easy. She seemed to really care to help us but we just couldnt find anything. We also like that giant tablet it made the shopping process less stressful. We did like Jeana even though we didnt find anything

Jeana is great easy to talk she makes the buying process so easy. But she needs some help the warehouse guy is disrespectful and acts like anything she needs help with is s big deal. I bought a mattress today and jeana asked him to help load it and he threw his box cutter down on a really expensive after her asking him 4 times to help and gripped the whole time how he needs help and doesnt like her. But I didnt understand what help because Im in your store every Saturday and Jeanas moving furniture around pricing things helping customers and tons of other things and anytime Jeana ask Eloy to do something he has something to say to her then trashes her to me or anyone else hes helping That store is great because of Jeana but you guys need to get her someone that appreciates your business and respects the management

Jeana was so helpful! She has worked with me to make sure i got every thing I wanted and I could get financing. She did everything in her power to get us our dream home furnished

We bought a dinning table and chairs months ago, (around the last of July) and we have not received it yet. The sales lady is very nice and told us it would be about 8 weeks for delivery. We keep calling and we get a run around every time.In October we called asking about the table and she told us it would be another three weeks.November is here and we just called again today and there is another excuse. (She has to call big spring)The sales associates there are very nice, but I have been more than patient with this company.

This place was terrible the lady that has been trying to help me for weeks has been manipulating me and has even made some of my other relatives cry from just how rude she has been with not only me but my whole family. 0 stars, recommendation hire better staff.
