When I greatly needed ice melt/salt, this company was ready! They still had a supply, which they were willing to sell to individuals when all other stores were sold out. The online platform to order was very smooth. I could easily determine what was in stock and what was sold out. Each had a great description along with a picture. I then was able to pay ahead of time therefore there was no payment transaction when picking up. Upon arriving, Don and Jerry were extremely friendly and verified my order was ready. They had a no contact pick up - the bags were loaded into my truck bed by another friendly employee! Thank you Salt Factory!
