Sister came in here to get her 2012 Chevy Cruze fixed after getting in a front end hit . first off the headlight alignment is off on the side hit. As you can see in the pictures I posted, gaps are off. Headlight aim is not done and the edges are botched maybe it came like that from lkq bit it shouldnt be painted that way.Edit after posting review they got in touch with my sister and fixed the problems that where brought to there attention. I am satisfied with there work now.

I have had my 2019 Toyota RAV in for a repair after someone hit me from behind. The office got me in for a appointment quickly and the car came back looking like new. To the OWNER their was no miscommunication on my part i ran out of house and forgot title for trade in. Your sales team made it an issue so i told Jacob i would be back Monday with title and finish the purchase of the truck when i called on Monday to let Jacob know i was on my way i was told the truck was no longer for sale to ME it was for sale Just not to ME. U need to FIRE Brianna she is a LIAR and costing U business. The only thing that got worked out was i went to another Dealership and they found 9 trucks just like urs . After experiencing a near head on collision (other party was at fault) I had serious apprehensions that my car would ever be the same. Multiple times during the restoration they found damage that wasnt visible on the original estimate and took care of it. My recent negative experience with Brian Bemis Collision Center was completely turned around into an extremely positive experience after one simple phone call. I recently had a bumper replacement installed on my Toyota Corolla S. Once I picked my vehicle up after having this service completed I noticed a few scratches on this new bumper. I called Tom Cousar and informed him about my experience and he put me in contact with Keith Krabbe (Body Shop Manager) Tom Jahn (Brian Bemis Fixed Operations Director) and numerous other Brian Bemis upper management. Throughout my entire experience with Brian Bemis I never once felt unappreciated by any Brian Bemis staff. Brian Bemis Collision Center went above and beyond and even fixed a small door ding after I informed them they did not cause. Phenomenal customer service, this business has my recommendation 10/10.

Great work & they teach you like a human

Had work done in the collision center 2011 with a lifetime warranty on the body work. The repaired panel over time buckled until it finally cracked the paint. Took it to the body shop & they said they would look at the original photos and call me. Never called so called them back and then said it may have been hit again even though there was no scratch on the panel or chrome. So why did it get progressively worse over time? They said they would work it out and get back to me. Never got back, guess they hoped I would go away. They could at least have called back even if they would not cover it. They do not stand behind their warranty and have poor followup customer service.

Took my car in after a minor accident. Keith took the time to explain how the process would work and exactly how long my car would be there. They finished my car a day early and it looks fantastic!
