Had Tracy help us with re-carpeting our house about 6 months ago. Thanks to Tracy the whole process was smooth and seamless and we couldn’t be happier with the job the technicians did laying the carpet. Carpet is in and looks great! Francisco did a great job and was conscious to leave a strip at the door. From the moment I walked in the door, Sarah went above and beyond with her customer service, kindness and knowledge. Buying a house and installing new carpet while in the middle of a global pandemic at 7+ months pregnant sounded stressful, but Sarah made the process and installation so seamless. She kept me updated on shipment/installation dates, was extremely knowledgeable and was so flexible with changing dates. The carpet made our home look like a new home and were so happy with the service we received!

The service and product selections at this store are excellent. I have worked with Steve many times and always have had a great experience. He is very knowledgeable with regards to everything he is selling and wants anyone who comes into the store to be satisfied with the products they purchase for years to come.

My husband and I have dealt with Steve for all the products in our home, carpet, vinyl, and tile. Very knowledgeable about products and gave excellent suggestions for designing our kitchen backsplash and tiling our master bath shower. Very good customer service. Would and have recommended him to others and will use again ourselves.

I was looking to have my basement stairs carpeted and went in with specific ideas of what I was looking for - Aspen, at carpetland, in sycamore was able to help me find the ideal pattern, color, and carpet type that perfectly complimented and completed the look of our newly finished basement! Good place to get floring

Jessica Eberly made sure to find us an affordable product that still looked very sharp. She provided multiple quotes on several products and helped us with the pros and cons of each. She was very responsive and made adjustments right away.

Let me start out by saying that i own an RV 5 th wheel trailer and needed new carpet for the living room and the dining room. Looked around for some carpet with out really knowing what type i would need. (sales persons should make some suggestions) When we found the pattern we liked it took approx 2 weeks to get some samples.Just a thought when i brought in some measurements Scott was not sure of how much a guess amount of yards I WOULD NEED THAT would have helped which left me not even sure of any amount the product would cost. The product that was selected said on the back a price of $5.79, a square foot for carpet, padding, and labor. That gave me an idea of a price per yard then. Using google conversion i needed approx 12 yards. Doing the math that roughly comes out to be $52.11 per yard times 12 is $625.32. After 2 months of no information follow through or sorry. I went in to carpetland and spoke to some one and requested that Scott call me the next day with info.This is the break down of the 12 yds of carpet price that i was given $118.00 per yd complete even that the carpet said another amount. The amount that Scott had figured was never given me. Would never go to a carpetland store again and the training that Scott must had received was poor at best. Even at a drive up they read your order back to make sure and if its not ready they let you know. SKILL, FOLLOW THROUGH WAS A TOTAL ZERO.
