Can’t go wrong here . Tastes way better than Starbucks and Dunkin and price is lower .

This was my first time trying Caribou Coffee, not only was it delicious but the barista was so kind. I was very indecisive and was recommended the Turtle Mocha, which was phenomenal!!

Best coffee and raspberry lemonade in Sycamore. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Got to meet the owner Linda on one of my coffee runs.

Its nice to stop here to get a cup of coffee before grabbing some groceries. The Chocolate Covered Expresso beans are pretty good.

Fast and friendly service going thru the drive thru. The building looks handicapped accessable as does the parking lot. But we used the drive thru. Love the coffee and bagels and cream cheese

I still cannot believe Caribou is not in more locations across the state. Drove a nice 45 min to enjoy this cup of joe. Wont be the last time.

This coffee is SO delicious. I cant even describe the joy it brings to my life. The baristas working there are awesome and helped my husband figure out a specialty drink today, that was seriously delicious. This place is the greatest.

They have dark hot chocolate yall! Dark hot chocolate!!! I love dark chocolate. And the fact that they have hot chocolate and dark chocolate is mind-blowing. Its so good. I would recommend this place that everybody because of that alone. Plus their baked goods are really good too. Its a nice little Nook and I enjoyed very much.

This is the last Caribou Coffee near Chicago. Sometimes we drive out here from the western suburbs just to enjoy the drip coffee. RIP Caribou Coffee. You are missed. And your recipes will always be better than Starbucks in both theory and practice.

I use to buy coffee from here every day before going to work. It way nice, good customer service. But they change manager and employee and totally sucks now. Rude staff and they dont know what they are doing. Not coming back ever again. Ill make my coffee home.

Love that their sugar free options use monk fruit instead of nasty artificial sweeteners. My latte was delicious!

Caribou is a great place to pick up a quick coffee/tea whilst you shop around Hy-Vee. Just avoid it when its busy - too small of a space and not enough employees to fully staff a rush.

I would prefer going to small local coffee shops, but if I ever go to a franchise coffee shop I try to find a Caribou. Always know that it will be good coffee, and I have never had bad service at one.

First off let me say that this is my favorite coffee. However Sunday I stopped in after grocery shopping and the poor girl who was working did no have clue what she was doing. She was obviously new and should not have been there alone. Then the machine broke and she couldnt make anything. I walked out with a mint flavored chocolate milk after a 20 minute wait. Three other customers left after waiting for service for 10 minutes. Nothing against the employee however management should never left her on her own. POOR MANAGEMENT CARIBOU.
