The staff there is just like family. They are really a great group of people

Wouldnt even give them a star at all but it said I had to give at least 1 star. They are nothing but money hungry people. While in the store they were on the phone with the delivery guys. The store manager told the delivery guys she was coming to the house They were at. They were to stay there and keep knocking on a customers door until she got there and then she would deal with them. The people were home but wasnt answering the door. That to me is HARASSMENT! Then they automatically used our debit card to make payment WITHOUT asking us first. We GO INTO THE STORE TO MAKE OUR PAYMENTS. I called last week and set up a payment arrangment and was told we wouldnt have a late fee if in by close on Monday. I was in there before close and still got charged a late fee. The item we got was an electronic device and weve only had it for 2 weeks and or already started to glitch out big time. They tried blaming it on us. I dont think so. I found the same exact thing for WAY less then they wanted! Not doing business with them at store #26 (Sylacauga, Alabama) ever again. Second time weve used them, second time weve gotten screwed.

Over priced furniture. We had gotten a bed, and when they delivered it to our house, it had roaches all in the drawers. They said it was new. Negative. They harass you over a payment, even when youre never late. Didnt even wanna give one star but I had to.

I would never rent from them ever again. They harass the hell out of you. My payment with them was never late but they called and texted me the day before it was due and the day of as if it was late. They charged my card twice for one of my payments and when I went to get it straight they denied it even though I was showing them proof. But my bank thankfully reversed the transaction. I finally paid them off and they even gave me a hard time about that. They kept trying to get me to get something else and they wouldnt take no for an answer til I threatening to report them. Please do not rent from these people.

I needed a fridge in a hurry and they got it to me within a couple of hours. Everyone is super friendly and know me by name! I highly recommend them.

First issue I had is they brought the bed I got my disabled elderly mother with bed bugs in tow. Then the living room set I got was damaged. I pay club fees every month so that my furniture is insured but then they could not find the same set so they talked me into a sectional. It was also damaged upon delivery. Then after months of paying on this damaged sectional I realized that I had not received any credit from the previous furniture...which again is why I pay club fees. And now when I finally get someone to speak with me about these issues...the new manager is trying to solve this issue but the DM is not cooperating. Not only is he not cooperating...he is hiding behind his employees. Forcing them to deal with the angry customers. I now know why people say to never rent to own. Sylacauga bestway...just do yourself a favor and do not do business with them!!!

Very polite and helpful people

The people at the store is rude and pushy. They make threats. Call you at all times day and night even about stuff that does not have anything to do with your account. They call to ask you to come in and pay early. Than they call you all day the day its due just to remind you its due.

Charged my bank account without my knowledge and messed up my account. Charged it on a Thursday knowing that I didnt get paid till Friday. They are rude. I will never rent anything from them again!
