Went in to get a replacement antenna for my car March 3rd 2021! When I went to check out the guy at the register was talking to a guy who just walked in and asked where the wheel covers were and he walked over a showed him! Instead of coming back to check me out he stood there talking when I ask him to check me out he ignored me and kept talking. This guy looked like a school kid and was very rude! I will not be going to the Sylacauga store again! Ill go to Cbu e.g. or take my business to another parts store!

Gave an extra start because whoever answered the phone had the decency to accept fault for an issue, and was polite.Placed order online, and received an email that the order is ready for pickup. So, I drove from Cburg (past the AutoZone that said they are out of stock online) to Sylacauga, only to be told that the parts I ordered were not in stock, despite the notification that they WERE in stock.Rather than calling me and letting me know, they issued a refund. Refund will take 3 to 5 business days to hit my card. Im down to a couple dollars in the bank, I used my last bit of money for parts to fix a car for work.Had they actually called me and let me know its not in stock and not to make the drive, I would have requested they order the parts and Id come pick them up tomorrow. But now, Im broke for the next week. I cant even order the parts.Please, PLEASE Autozone, next time this happens to someone, call them IMMEDIATELY and let them know, and ask them if theyd prefer a refund or to order the parts. Your customer should decide what should be done with their money.

Knowledgeable staff, no BS on returns (keep your receipt) and if they dont have it theyll go out of their way to find it. Good local guys with a pretty good understanding of anything automotive.
