The staff and service team are very excellent. They show you and tell you what needs to be done to your vehicle and they do it in a timely professional manner.The sales people and the manager are very helpful and professional as well. They dont push you into a sale and they dont harrass you into buying either. They are very polite and professional in telling you everything you want and need to know about buying a new vehicle. I highly recommend them for anything your vehicle needs or for buying a new vehicle.

I purchased a Jeep from Jeremy and I was very happy with his customer service and genuine personality. I give him 5 stars. I’m just very disappointed with the lady who wouldn’t answer my questions about different warranties and how she rushed through the whole process versus informing me and answering my questions. But thank you Jeremy for helping me with my purchase.

I had 2 salespeople when I showed up. The saleslady China was still learning the ropes but did an amazing job. Will was the salesman that helped her. They were both very polite and done everything in their power to get me into a new vehicle.With that being said I came in with an old run down f150 that needed a lot of work done to it.I let them all know this but they did not hesitate to take it off of my hands.They gave me what I believe is more than the truck was worth.The bank they used to finance me took a little while to approve me but I was in fact approved with a reasonable payment.My wife and I were hesitant at first but after adding everything up and getting as much help as I could from the team and GM Jack we were able to come to an agreement that worked best for us.We walked out the door today with the keys to a 2018 Dodge Journey SE. The car was in the middle of being detailed so it took a bit longer than expected.I let them know I didnt want anything brand new and this was the oldest vehicle they had on the lot.With payments on time every month the car should be paid off within 3 years. The warranty covers for all 3 of these years.If I ever need another vehicle I will be coming back to see what kind of vehicle I can get my hands on next. Hopefully we are in a better financial position to get a newer one.I want to say thank you to everyone that helped me today and keep up the good work.

First experience with the service dept at Toyota of Sylacauga and I couldnt be more pleased. They were quick to find what turned out to be a non issue then went so far as to waive the dx fee. As long as I own a Toyota and live near them, they will be my go to choice for service.

Brought my car in for service. Candy and Jordin were very pleasant to speak with. Asked to have my tire pressure at a certain number. Explained that in the past it was never done until I complained and had to get ugly. First time I that Ive actually not had to go back to have tires re checked!

I have been a customer for several years and given them high marks in the past but was very disappointed with service this time. I went in to have new tires put on my car. I was supposed to be there 1 to 1-1/2 hours. I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes. According to the estimate they were supposed to put nitrogen in the tires as part of the purchase. They failed to do that so I had to wait another hour for the nitrogen to be done. Then they charged me for the nitrogen. Also the representative told me my battery needed to be replaced. I was not having my car serviced so I’m not sure why they were looking at my battery. I hope this is not indicative of the new ownership.

Great service department! Always treat me with respect. Keeps check on everything to keep my Highlander driving safely. They are always good to tell me what might be coming up that could need servicing in future. 4 stars is best I rate as no one is perfect.

They will only put you in the car that fits your needs instead of pushing for a car thats too expensive or one that doesnt fit your needs at all. The only place I trust to be able to take care of all my car buying needs as well as to take care of my car when it needs oil changes or repairs.

I made an appointment for service, since another dealership in Plano, Texas has suggested I needed two things; namely new spark plugs, and a throttle body/fuel injectors cleaning. When I took the car in to Sylacauga Toyota, my service advisor told me that I did not need both services now, but only the latter one. He said that some other dealerships pay their service agents on commission for additional add-on work which they can get the customer to agrees to. Thankfully, he said my spark plugs are now to be exchanged at 80,000 miles but at 100,000. I very much appreciated the honesty from this dealership.

I bought a used car from them and the next day, a check engine light came on. They promised that they would take care of it. For 3.5 months they kept telling me that yes, they ordered the part. Then, I was told that they had mailed the part, 10 days ago. Still, no part after 4 months. They knew that they never ordered the part and they had no intention of ordering the part. Nothing that they ever said was true. They never returned my phone calls. Anything they tell you, you need to get in writing. Will never use or recommend this place.

They had a large array of vehicles. There was a interesting promotion going today. I didnt make a purchase nothing peeked my interest today. But feel free to head over there before the weekend is up.

Told service rep to change oil and check leak at filter housing. Got my receipt. No oil change.Went back to service rep and reminded him to change oil and check leak. Oil was then changed. Once home the filter housing dripped on the garage floor.... team doesn’t seem to listen or address issues.

First time customer at Toy of Syl service department. Although I made appointment online with specifics of what I needed, the actual experience felt like I was unexpected having to repeat what I thought I needed. Otherwise Andre was very helpful and informative. Also the signage for entrance from Highway 280 and directions to the service department could be improved. Otherwise, everything else.was top notch including fresh gourmet coffees at 1 in the afternoon. All in all, we’re very glad to have found our new service center for our 2017 Highlander Limited.

Buying process was fairly seamless, paperwork was a bit slow because they were short staffed that day and had corporate trainers onsite. Business manager was very nice, vehicle was clean. 4 stars because exactly one week after I purchased the vehicle it began having electrical issues and the dealership “had their hands tied”. Fortunately the vehicle was still under factory warranty and I was able to utilize that at an authorized dealership to have the issues fixed that hadn’t been identified during the dealership inspection.

Bought a 2019 Toyota was promised that they would replace the windshield because it was broke when I bought it and they was supposed to call in the next day it been 3 weeks and still no phone call and I called them and they said give them twenty minutes and theyll call me back and still no return phone call they do all that to sell you a vehicle but after the purchase you dont hear nothing else from them not even when you are due car service. bad business

Do not use this company! I asked them to do a recall and a oil change on my Tacoma. They rotated the tires. I called to see if it was ready. (Since I dropped it off the night before.) Lady said she spoke to me and remembers the discussion ab what I wanted done. Still told me that the service guy didn’t know anything about it. Absolutely garbage new owners and staff.

Basil is super awesome and nice. but it takes way longer than an hour to do the airbags so dont let the letter that the Toyota manufacturer sends you fool you. Overall they could not have been nicer or done a better job.

Me and my husband are in town due to his job. And we keep the maintenance up on our 2015 Toyota Camry very well pretty much by the book. But it was time for our cool it to be flushed and tires rotated and balanced. The gentleman that checked us in was a very nice man. The only thing is I had to go back a second time because they didnt quite get the right balance on my tires. But they corrected it and made it right. So all in all I was very pleased. If Im ever back in town I will go back. If I have to have something else done to my car.😊😊

I visited the service center for a water heater replacement on my 2018 Highlander. The team had my vehicle fixed within 24 hours. This was a painless process and I will continue to use this dealership for my needs.

Just bought a new 4Runner from them. Drove 3 hours from Atlanta to do so - dont regret it at all. They were very responsive and wonderful to work with. I understand that the dealership is under new ownership or something but they are doing great from what I can see.

The 1 star is for Amanda who at least answers the phone and genuinely cares. My car was dropped off for warranty service on March 26th. A part had to be ordered, but it was supposed to be here the 30th, and my car would be ready next day (yeah right). The part came in and then they proceeded to work on the vehicle all while not actually doing anything for 3 weeks. A friend stopped by to get something out of the car and an employee couldnt find the tech working on it. Meantime, another tech said, I wondered what was going on they just ran this thing out here a few minutes ago and put it up on the rack.I left multiple vm for Brad, but he had Amanda call meq when I went to Chris (gm) because he never returned my calls. They cant do the work the way the factory recommends because they dont have a tool. They proceed to drop the whole motor, destroy a perfectly fine exhaust system. Im then told Ill have to pay $2900 for exhaust work which they manage to cut down to $547.00. The meantime, Chris wont return calls either. I show up to finally pick up q 10 hour job on April 27th (A WHOLE MONTH) and then Brad says the price is the price. I get in it to leave and of course its making noise.. Well, I will never buy a vehicle from here, I wouldnt take a matchbox car here for them to work on. I will be continuing to call Chris, Vaden, forwarding all recorded phone calls I have to the BBB and the state trade commission. Avoid this place at all cost!
