Nice location if your driving a semi truck, I parked overnight and wasn’t bothered. There’s stores and restaurants all close by so you can take care of what you need

I forgot to see what Walmart this was... And now I cant go back or Ill lose this page. But I write the same for every Walmart Ive been to here in bama. Prices are definitely going up on everything, I dont understand why self check out doesnt accept cash at any of these bama Walmarts. They work fine everywhere else. So being out of town or traveling and using cash because most banks are local only, its really annoying to wait in long lines simply because these arent set to accept cash. 3 star. Fix this and Id give 4.5 stars. Set prices back to 1970 prices and Id give 5 stars.

Only one star because thats the lowest it will let you give. To exchange a propane tank should not take 45 minutes. First person walked out and said she didnt have the key but tried everyone she had. Left 15 minutes later someone else shows up no key. PLEASE TELL ME HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS everyone I know complains about them. Cannot wait for Public to open.

Very busy but well stocked. Prices are reasonable except for meat products. Has self checkout. Actual cashier availability is always low.

Today at this Walmart was a wonderful trip. Our cashier was Dana and all the workers were helpful and happy. Store was very clean and straight even though it looks like they maybe remodeling it was perfect thank you.

They need more cashiers. The lines were ridiculous and on 3 cashiers were available. This seems to be a major problem at most Walmart stores and as much money as they make they can definitely afford to hire more people. The isles were almost empty and the bathroom was filthy. With COVID going around they definitely need to do more detailed cleaning in there.

No one to help. Checkout lines backed up. Walmart just wants you to check yourself out. And lord if something rings up wrong. The elderly person( bless them) takes forever to get to you. They do not understand the computer. What happened to one on one customer service!?!? Walmart has totally let their customers & employees down!

The rooms are very clean. The Owners are Wonderful!! I stayed there for 2 weeks. They make sure there are no vagrants around & it is very quiet. All the mattresses are covered & no bugs of any kind. They are less expensive than other motels in the area!

They didn’t have a deli and there was pretty bad customer service. Also nobody was answering the phone and it rang for over 15 minutes.

Packed, only 5 checkers open, and self checkout completely packed, average time in line about 20 minutes. Dont be in any hurry and dont count on the inventory on the stock in store to be accurate.

Bought a pound of deans sausage..price on cooler stated $2.78... get to register..girl scanned..rung up as $4.13... nope ..a pound of sausage.. $4.13.. Im not scanning for prices.once stated.on merchandise is,what it should be..cashier not friendly..was not greeted at register..very abrupt when asking about price..have to go to customer service...i did..got my money back..wm..got thier lb.of sausage back..guy in customer service was helpful and very friendly

The Pharmacy is GREAT!! But in the grocery dept. ALOT of items were not in stock. ; alot of empty shelves. Disappointed. Had to wait in line 30 minutes to check out. The employees are nice & friendly & all seemed to be working. Maybe they need to hire more people........

I usually go thru the self checkout because all the other lines are almost always full and long. The self check out is faster although there is a line everytime I go.

I went in there for a few items. Water, chips and vitamins. No 10oz. Or 8oz were on shelf. A few waters was on shelf, but was pushed to the very back. Picked up another item.

Best place go shopping at lots of things.

Theyre out of alot of stuff. Dont try to use cash its a pain in here.

Cashier had bad attitude. Threw groceries in the bag like it was a ball. Took some things off ticket for fear of broken glass in food. Spoke with Manager and dont think it will go any further. Should of left everything on counter and walked out. That bad

The customer service was good and it was bot crowded

I ran into Walmart of Sylacauga today for fresh foods. Suddenly I hear people screaming and turn around only to see people fighting. Several customers run over and pull the ones fighting apart and hold them. That didnt last. They broke away and started fighting again. Customers broke them up again, separated them, and/or got them out of there. Once it was over the staff came up. Where were they 5 minutes ago? This store needs better security. To make matters worse, they were out of what I went in to buy! Ugh!

Was finally able to get some paint at a Walmart ! This was in Slyacauga Al store . They had a good selection of paint unlike the Talladega Walmart where I havent been able to get a light based paint for well over a month !

The Walmart curbside grocery delivery is a huge success! All of the people who do this job during this time of COVID are heroes in their own right.This specific location us busier than some other Walmart stores but they still get the orders pulled, 98% correct order I estimate. And the workers have always been courteous, professional and friendly.I never thought I would say it but good job Walmart.

I have a return that states, take it to a Walmart store, they will print out a return label. Sylacauga Walmart AND Opelika Walmart BOTH said their printers are broken...ANOTHER REASON TO HATE GOING INTO A WALMART STORE 🤦‍♀️😐👎

From out of town and of course needed some stuff. Went down the road and stumbled upon this Walmart. Had everything I needed and stuff I didnt know I needed! Stocked up on sale stuff for my 7 year old. Major score for us!

A lot cleaner, staff friendlier than the local staff (Wauchula fl)Store is stocked.

The store shelves were mostly bare and only 3 ck out lanes active.at the self checkout area you can see a lot of products going out that didnt get paid for.the call in servers are a hinderance to in store shoppers they are loading the call in carts and clearing the shelves before the store shoppers have a chance due to the stupid products never in the same location.they have a roadmap.

It was okay as far as most items I needed. However, the main item I went after was out of stock. Overall, its usually stocked.

Bathroom in front and back were absolutely filthy!!! You would think during a pandemic they would strive to keep all common areas clean as possible... Tissue paper all on the floor, toilets disgusting, and sink area nasty.

Close to home and I can always find just what I need

A WalMart is a WalMart. This one seems standard. Clean establishment. Friendly cashier. Came in because the ckerk at the GameStop across the street was extremely rude. Gave WalMart our business instead. Much better shopping experience.

They need to open more registers and less self checkout.

This walmart seems like it never has anything stocked. I have literally went in weekly for 3 weeks looking for 1 specific item and still not stocked. Went for another item and its out as well.

Not my favorite Walmart, only went there because it was the only one that had a mini freezer.

Its close to home and convenient.

Not as big as other super centers but it was clean and the cashier was super nice.

Despite the pandemic this store is always still pretty decently stocked and well maintained. There is one gentleman that works in the parking lot thats always very kind and helps the elderly no matter how small the request. Its refreshing to see that good kind people still exist when the worlds forgotten how important kindness is.

I love how Walmart along with Walmart customer service is amazing very fast and they even have curbside pickup which Ill tell you ive never tried but I did see a person there use it pulled in and was gone within 8 minutes
