Good products, bad policy of discrimination at star bucks. I smoke and there isnt an area for me to smoke! I was told I could be in the parking lot but not the outside area. I felt singled out and had no area to enjoy my coffee. Non smokers have a privilege to enjoy there coffee outdoors. Where is the smokers area?

Wow - ordered coffee and it was too full with curdled cream and I asked barista to help - grabbed coffee and it spilled on my hand burning me and then turned rolling her eyes and generally being so disrespectful that I just told them to give the next person a coffee and I left. Been gold member for ever and I’ve never run into such before!

Put in a mobile order on my way to work and I stood there for almost 10 minutes after putting in my order 15 minutes prior to arriving. I was told my order had been received when I got there. However, they didn’t even have what I ordered. So, not only do they not update their app appropriately the girl who told me my order had been received didn’t even look at my ticket to be able to tell me this information. Will not be coming here again.

Pretty good place

They were out of the strawberry tea, white chocolate mocha, ALL cake pops, they had good but couldnt sell it because the oven wasnt getting warm enough, so we ended up ordering things we wouldnt normally order, and all but the hot chocolate went to the trash. The start is for the person at the window who was nice.

They were sold out of my favorite drink but the one I got instead, the Strawberry Funnel Cake was okay though I probably wont order it again. I ordered inside and it didnt take long at all.

Very nice and kind and asked us if we wanted to pay for the order behind us since the people in front of us paid for ours.

Not very professional at the window, depends on who is at the window if you get your total like other Starbucks. Im just used to very friendly helpful people like at Cahaba Heights. There are some really nice people, but not always there when I go. I even hog thdm a new customer tonight!

The vanilla iced coffee is amazing!

The longer straws that they have for the larger drinks are made of paper. I do not like paper straws. They get soggy and mushy before your drink is finished.

I go to this Starbucks all the time. They are always happy and get to my order quickly. I want to call some names out but legitimately every single person that works at this Starbucks is an all-star. Tip big when you go here! They deserve it!

Hands down the best Starbucks experience my family and I ever had. Happened to stumble upon this place on a recent road trip. The place is brand new and super clean and welcoming. Store wasn’t very busy but there was plenty or room and then some. My wife ordered a white chocolate mocha and it packed some serious flavor!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through!

I go to Starbucks a lot and the people there are wonderful. Today I had an amazing experience with this barista she was so sweet, and she made me feel welcome. As I was at the window we had a conversation about tiktok drinks and all this other stuff. The point of this review is that whoever that girl is she deserves great things! Shoutout to the nice girl who gave me a new drink idea, and I will be back.

We actually go to this Starbucks location several times a week! We never have a long wait if we use our phone app to place our order ahead of time. If we place our order inside the store, the wait is minimal and we get just as much attention as the drive thru customers. I have noticed that isnt the case at all locations, but no worries here! Were greeted at the door and always helped by pleasant and courteous staff. Its a pleasure to get our coffee or tea here and were glad to have this location so convenient to home, work, and shopping!

Service is very inconsistent. Often I have to wait 15-20min for my order to be completed even when I order ahead. Morning crew does not have this problem and seems to be isolated to the afternoon/closing shifts.

They are serving inside now, although you can’t sit down and drink your coffee there. You just make your purchase and then consume it off-premise.They recently put outdoors seating back into place, but not inside.

We’ve stopped here several times, hoping this problem will have been overcome but today it’s the same: our coffee and hot chocolate is never hot enough, really almost lukewarm... at least that’s in comparison to other Starbucks that we frequent. Please turn up the temp!

This is the 2nd time that I went and got a caramel frappuccino and if was horrible. It wasnt a smooth taste like the drink should have had, it had an burned taste that left a twang in my mouth.

Went to this Starbucks and had a terrible experience. I asked the worker in the drive thru if he had a trash he could throw my cup away and he just said no and walked away. Then they gave me the incorrect drink and when I asked them to fix it, they made me pull around and come inside for it.... terrible service. Will not be coming back here.

I was in town for a memorial and needed my Starbucks and it was 0.7 miles from my hotel. My order was prepared correctly and I like that this location was very busy but the workers are polite and efficient.
