Walgreen’s in Sylacauga, Al is the worst. Employees are exceptionally rude; can’t seem to get straight answers about whether or not they are running the correct insurance as there is no consistency with price and coverage. Different story each day regarding prices, etc. so, I have transferred all my Rx to a competitor. They used to be so efficient and so easy to deal with. Very disappointing.

Got some great buys. Employees Waited patiently sort of late getti g there and thank you for your good hours. ALSO VERY CLEAN STORE!

Dont even try to call the pharmacy. I literally waited 15 minutes trying to get someone to answer. After a while I put my phone on speakerphone and had time to wash dishes and put a load of clothes in the washing machine and still no answer. So I hang up and try to call back and still nothing. I called way before they closed. And the wait time in the store is ridiculous. The people that work there do not care what so ever. This store doesnt even deserve one star!

Always had great experience at this location. When you have pharmaceutical questions the pharmacist is always willing to discuss your problem or answer your question. The have made me feel like part of the family.

I NEVER have written a review but I have had the absolute rudest customer service at this pharmacy! The workers are all rude! I have done business with Walgreens for years but not anymore! I will never understand why some people choose to work with the public and have such awful attitudes!!! I understand we all have bad days but I have NEVER been treated kindly at this place! Sorry to say they have lost my business!

Staff is friendly, but it is literally impossible to get anyone on the phone. Every time I try to call I spend over 10 minutes on hold before giving up, and it doesnt matter if I call in the morning or afternoon. Ive never seen such a slow pharmacy thats impossible to contact. Would NOT recommend.

I came in with my mom a few weeks ago to get some disposable cameras and sunscreen. The greeter at the front made sure to know we were greeted and then took the time to make sure we got all of the discounts that applied to our purchases. Then she told us to make sure we came back to get our pics developed there. It didnt feel like an up sale but instead felt like legitimate pride in the store, and you know what, we DID go back. Its clean and the staff is friendly. Love it.

You can never reach anyone when you call. Furthermore, they pick up and don’t even ask you to hold....they just put you on hold. This is not what I call customer service!

Pharmacy staff not helpful at all, and with terrible customer service attitude. And then, accuses the customer of having a bad attitude andthat the customer needs to get that fixed. The worst customer service experience ever.

Absolutely slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. It is like this everytime no matter how many customers are in line. I mean strictly the pharmacy not the retail side.

Wait times are too long. Medicine is never ready when they say it will be. Still because I am new to area I have continued to use thinking service would get better. Nope! Today was my third encounter with employee Hope. She is disrespectful, rude, and just borderline hateful! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I honestly wish I could give no stars. Extremely lonnng wait. Never accurate on times that that give for pick up. I called in a refill at 6:10pm and was told that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came through the drive thru at 7:45pm and was asked if I could come back in 15 minutes!!! An hour and 35 minutes after I was told 30 minutes. This is extremely unacceptable and from now on I will hold up their drive thru until my prescription is ready

The pharmacy has very rude, incompetent, inconsiderate people Ive ever seen or spoke 2 ever.. Seriously how 1 person gonna tell a customer be back in 1 hr to pick up a prescription then when they go back they say they cant fill it til Wed because its to early.. Huh? Then when the person asks why the change the woman wants to act like shes better then the customer. And when the customer walks away the cashier says some very ugly things about her as if she were a nasty piece of trash. I dont care who you are or who you are or where you came from or how much money you have or what school you graduated from you have ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT to treat or speak to someone like that. I was seriously wanted to cry out for that customer. That is really wrong. I wish I had gotten that girls name so I could blast her everywhere. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!

My fav pharmacy/store - they cater to the customer by staying open on holidays - lets face it, we all need a place we can depend on when everyone else is closed! The store is always clean and they have lots of sales on their makeup - just love WG all around!
