Excellent customer service and excellent work overall. I brought in my car after getting hit by a deer. My entire drivers side was destroyed and in less than a week everything was repaired and the car looked brand new.

You guys are awesome, from the moment I dropped off my vehicle, right until I picked it up. Not only are the technicians extremely talented in their work, but there is constant follow up and communication from Dave and John.

John and the rest of the guys were amazing and honest which is hard to find these days. My car looks brand new and it was painless. I can’t rave enough about how happy I am with the service that was provided at this body shop. I bought my car in to have the rear door fixed and they buffed out other scratches they saw throughout the car. I will definitely not go anywhere else in the future when it comes to body work they go above and beyond for you.

Unfortunately I was hit rather forcefully and the damage was pretty severe. My car isnt even two years old. Had my car towed to Syosset Auto Body; they were on it immediately! Super prompt, super fast service and my repairs were completed ahead of schedule. The car looks brand new. Also, they even took the time to help me out with a misplaced item in my rental car. I have personally had work done here on several occasions. It’s rare enough to find an auto body that does the quality of work they do, for an honest price, let alone such decent people. The owner Paul is a stand up guy and I have no interest in his business or relation to him; I was just honestly that impressed!

Ran into a fallen tree in the first snow this year. Luckily the tree fell right in front of me, not on top of the hood/roof. The front bumper was pulled out and totally loose when I backed up from the branches. I called the shop and drop off my car there. Paul took a look and suggested put the old bumper back instead of replacing it as my car is ~15 yrs old that doesnt worth to get a new one. I was kind of hesitating if I should junk the car and get a new one if the repairing cost is too much. Surprisingly, he only charged me 100 bucks and get it done in less than 3 hours. I could not be more happy about it. Highly recommend

The owner was very nice and squeezed my small job into his busy schedule when he didnt have to. I paid out of pocket and was very satisfied with his cost. I would definitely return.
