Very quick and helpful with my shower door repair.

Went there for a windshield on an old classic car and they were pure pro. Yes. It did take a while to get it installed but they did a PERFECT job. They are also really nice to work with. If you want it done right....this is the place 100%.

I apologize to Ira at Syosset Glass for taking so long to express my appreciation for the way I was treated by His Company. It took many hours to locate a Company that would even attempt to make a windshield that was No longer Available 1984 Chry Lebaron Convert* .The Company that I picked to install it in Toms River NJ left me with a windshield that cracked on the way Home & stalled me for 3 months. & ultimately left me High and dry (Very Expensive Windshield} I finally contacted Ira Direct and to my surprise & without hesitation He sent me another Windshield, I Had it Installed PROPERLY at Safelite Glass on Rt 37 in Toms River. I was a customer for many years but never again. They replaced my windshield gasket and 450 dollars later it leaked. That’s why I brought it to them in the first place.So I brought it back; they attempted to repair and unbelievably they wanted me to water-test it at home.....again. Still leaked.I purchased sealer and spent hours repairing it myself. Very inept.
