We just got finished with our training and Brian was AWESOME! He sure knows his stuff!!! Our guys had a blast bending pipe on our new machine.

The women called me, wanted to speak with the owner. The owner does not take calls, EVERYTHING goes through me. I asked if I could help her & she hung up. I was going to give her another way to contact him that he would be able to see he & I would receive it & go over it. Her inappropriate behavior & terrible customer service skills lost her any sales. She was the most unprofessional and disrespectful cs rep; you cant even wait for the information you really want? I dont like you cold calling me as must as you dont like talking to me. I even tried to call back to give information in case we might be interested in whatever she was selling but it was a different number on the voice mail...for a business? Interesting. I would have to say I believe it is a scam as well.

KCM has been a pleasure to team with. Great machine and pricing on parts has been incredible. This month has been our best month yet for exhaust work. Would recommend.

Just called us on a cold call. Super Rude and hung up after we would not let her talk with owner immediately. Sales 101, dont be super RUDE to people you are trying to sell to :)
