Extremely poor experience, stay away. Zero sense of urgency or care to make sure the $3,000+ worth of merchandise I ordered from them would ship promptly after causing a multi-week ID verification delay for security purposes (security is fine, being negligent isnt).If I hadnt called and repeatedly insisted, they would have let the order just sit there for who knows how many more days. This resulted in my my order shipping EIGHT DAYS later and, due to weekends, will likely arrive up to FOURTEEN DAYS LATE!The worst part? They acknowledged their mistake (after taking multiple days to do so), and couldnt offer me any sort of remedy for what they admitted was their error! They blamed it on limited inventory which has NOTHING to do with their unwillingness to make things right.DO BUSINESS ELSWHERE.

Would give less than one star for this company. I ordered Pavo electric chair at recommendation from one of the reps for my new practice. The chairs arrived with black marks and they are refusing to accept responsibility for their defective chairs. The chairs themselves look very flimsy and cheap in comparison to similar chair I ordered from Spa and equipment for the same price.They dropped off 500 lbs of freight outside the office building with defective chairs and accept zero responsibility.They want you to pay for shipping back and forth if you want the item returned and read their policy--they may charge you 30% or more restocking fee. I was sent in circles from shipping company saying they are not responsible and DIR saying---its not damage just fingerprints. I have another chair from Spa and equipment which is much more sturdier and does not attract dirt and fingerprints like the cheap material used by DIR. Stay clear of this company. Many better ones out there--try Spa and equipment--impeccable customer service.Here is their response:Hello,There isnt any damages rather simple hand and finger prints, in order for anything to be picked up for return, they will need to be repackaged and placed on a pallet (the same way it was originally delivered)DIRSo be prepared to shrink wrap and ship 500 lbs back to them AND hire movers. They will charge you 600 dollars shipping fee--back and forth and perhaps even a restocking fee of 30%. Yes, they let you eat all the costs for their fault.The saga continues: They never notified shipping for pick up so you have to call shipping to set up the time even after DIR emails you the shipping time.My total cost to return this absolutely cheaply made chairs was 600 dollars for shipping fees and 400 dollars for movers and for movers to shrink wrap and ship the 2 chairs back. They emailed they would refund my money back and I hope they would but this has cost me my mental peace, my day of running back and forth coordinating with DIR and shipping company. So, better like your units or better have 1000 dollars or more to write it off as shipping and moving charges.

I love these products. They are beautiful. Their customer service is great. I have purchased large orders from DIR twice. Once, They sent the wrong sinks but they were quick to correct the order And send out the proper ones right away. They are always an honorable and fix their mistakes I havent had a problem with them yet.

My customers are very happy. I also bought the plastic cover to protect it. The company called to confirm delivery date, time, and location. They came literally the next business day and assembled the product for me. Small business. Great service.

Walked in wasn’t wasn’t acknowledged at all, nobody asked if I needed any help . I rather spend my money on a place that offers better attention to their customers. Should there be any problems with your order, I’m sure you would probably receive the same level of assistance I received. Too bad for them as I was ready to purchase at least 3 stations from them, I guess they do not like money . Next time pay attention to the person that walks through your door, you might actually sell something.

Dont rely on this company or any assurances of delivery or ship dates.Shipped only means they charge your card. Two weeks later, the shippeddesk (which should have been delivered) is actually still sitting in the UK with no idea of when it will actually ship. Waste of time and money.

The Bella Massage Reclining shampoo chair is cheaply made. The fabric/zipper that covers the moving massage parts ripped within one week. DIR was nice enough to send a replacement chair and that chair ripped within the 1st 5 minutes of use.In addition both chairs came without an instruction manual.Also ordered a color bar. The color bar arrived and the sliding drawers in them were broken, the rollers for the shelf was also broken. I wanted them to take the entire color bar back and replace. They refused and instead sent replacement parts. The replacement parts arrived broken. They then sent more replacement parts which also arrived broken. Just a disaster all the way around

Stole my money and lost a front desk that I’m still paying for!!! Don’t use them for anything. I’m out 1000 dollars and when they said they would refund it they did and the next day charge my cc again this is obviously something they do often. They will be hearing from lawyers BBB FTC and the FDIC. Interest is accruing!!!! Now it’s up to $1100.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER! IF YOU ARE FROM FLORIDA DONT BUY! You really need to change the company delivering for you in Florida. We ordered a Spa Bed and went through a WAR to get it delivered. First of all the company confirmed the date and time and than called to cancel telling me its a misunderstanding. Than the manager called to let me know A. He will deliver it the day he wants at the time he wants and B. no need to loose time discussing it. As the Bed arrived it had a hand written tag saying leave on the street NOT CURBSIDE NEAR THE DOOR - THE STREET - Ive been running beauty businesses for years and Ive never encountered something like this. I cant stop a running business the day a delivery company pleases that is why its by appointment, they never respected our time and were an absolute disaster and made sure we had the worst experience ever.

Order the massage shampoo bowl my client love can’t get them to get up from the bowl so relaxing for my client they look forward to coming to be relaxed. Order double sided station with LED light & wall mirrors with LED lights. Quality salon furniture.

These sinks are terrible and the customer service was good until i bought these sinks. i have had nothing but issues with these sinks and everything else i bought from DIR. Everything keeps coming loose on the stations and sinks. I have had them for a year and a half and have to ALREADY replace the hoses. Not one person who works there will even contact me back. i would not recommend !

The worst customer service. We are now stuck with 6 salon mirrors that are badly scratched because of the way they shipped them. The only way they wanted to correct this situation is to have us ship the mirrors back to them before getting new mirrors. How can a salon go for 4-6 weeks without mirrors? We asked them to send them one by one or even just to try sending one to see if it came to us scratched? no can do. not willing to work with us at all. Refunded us for 1 mirror and thats it. please do not risk doing business with this company.
