I said I need a mattressGeorge Whats your budgetI give the price.He asks what size and firmness.I answer.Come here, I think this is your mattressI lay in the perfect mattress at exactly my price range.I ask about a mattress protector, order the right one and pay.I was out of the store in 17 minutes with a mattress delivery day scheduled.

My salesman at Mattress Firm wAs a kind, patient man. He made sure I tried out many mattresses til I found the right one for me. He made sure it was within my budget and put my mind at ease that delivery would go fine and if there were any problems at all, he would be there to assist.I would highly recommend mattress Firm. 😊

I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in Syossett on Jericho. Charlie was the sales person and he was calm, knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended a mattress based on what I was describing and he picked the perfect mattress. I recommend him and Mattress Firm with no hesitation. And yes I went other stores that sell mattress’s and Charlie was breath of fresh air!

I purchased a mattress from Sofia in Syosset, the mattress came with support brackets. She told my wife and myself that the brackets and mattress cover would be delivered separately. The mattress was delivered on time but we had to call to follow up on the other items. After schedule a separate delivery the wrong brackets came instead of apologizing she made it out to be our fault and could not remedy the situation initiallyI found her totally unprofessional and rude she spent more time speaking about her personal life then concentrating on the orderI would not recommend anyone buying a mattress from herOh and by the way I am a chiropractor and recommend people to Mattress Firm all the time not anymore

Sofia is the best. She made my (many) shopping experiences easy. She is very helpful and understanding with all questions and information on mattresses. Will definitely be shopping again.

I appreciated the service I received at the store, the guy was very helpful and we received everything we wanted, one slight issue I faced was at the pickup of my mattress, when I arrived at the warehouse it was locked and we had to wait 10-15 minutes outside in rain for someone to open, I kept pressing the intercom button but no one replied and had to start knocking in order to get someone to open the door. That was the only issue otherwise I’m pretty happy with the service I received.

Just bought a mattress here, I would highly recommend going to this store/location...very clean, the staff was extremely friendly an knowledgeableTook the time to explain everything with no attitude no pressure ...I literally jumped on 20 beds back an fought and they were very patient.....Again highly recommend 5stars

I went to the Syosset branch and was very happy with the service that Ronnie Phillip and Charlie kast extended to us. The experience was wonderful.

4 times they came and deliverered the wrong item and missing parts. They gave me the run around and left me making multiple calls and no one knew how to rectify the situation. They left me with no bed and mattress on the floor for weeks. I had to finally go elsewhere as they were unable to deliver the parts after 4 tries. Additionally they left a mess all over the place and never followed up.Horrible service, no call backs no attempt to rectify the situation.

Let me.start out with saying we put ronnie through ringer and chewed him up and spit him out again he never broke a sweat and lost his cool. Two hours later we ended up three mattresses from him. Hes a consumate professional. If you wanted to be treated like a queen and truly have the red carpet rolle out for and getting the deal of the century. Ask for him by name. You cant get truly no better. Thank you mattressfirm
