Intelli-Tec has the highest level of professionalism and knowledge in the security business! The company is well priced and has excellent customer service. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

I have had intellitec as my alarm company for 20 years! I’m writing a review today because when having my alarm upgraded there was a miscommunication. Hunter called and spoke with me and ultimately resolved the issue for me with ease. He was very understanding, helpful and accommodating. My service tech Mike (MJ) who upgraded my alarm was wonderful to work with as well. Very nice and patient. I would highly recommend this company for your security needs. I wouldn’t have had them for 20 years if they weren’t doing such a spectacular job!

Horrible Company....They came to install a Radio Unit because the system was not calling out for test signals successfully which cost me close to $500. When they came to install the unit...they had my wife sign the invoice for the radio which just so happens to have a 5 year agreement built into it so when you sign...you are automatically locked in for 5 more years. Didnt say a word about it to my wife. Shame on them.

Awful! These people scammed us so bad. System is literally from the 1800s. Tried working things out with the company but they just like to argue with the costumers and bash other security systems. Please go with another company.

What a rip off. They sign you up for 5 years then 3 years into your contract they make you upgrade your system for $300. You have no option, except to cancel and pay 90% of the remaining money on your contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
